I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles that immediately made me feel welcome. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail — from the cozy bed to the well-maintained amenities — reflected thoughtful planning and a high standard of service. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always courteous, helpful, and quick to assist with any request, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

It was a last minute booking since we had to stay overnight in KB. The room's decor is old and some of the light fixture is broken. There was only two pillows, one for each bed. The room has both bath tub and shower. We love the shower as the water pressure is strong and so refreshing to take hot shower after a long day. Breakfast was ok and they have a considerable number of choices including roti jala and omelette stations. Overall ok for its price and location.

The location is close to attractions such as Siti Khadijah Market and many dining places. The room is comfortable, breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. However, renovation works are currently ongoing, including the rooms, dining area, and swimming pool. The dining area is rather small and not as spacious as usual.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Wakaf Che Yeh Night Market, with numerous shops and amenities surrounding it. However, the parking area behind the hotel is limited and quite cramped. The first room I was assigned was in poor condition; the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, but thankfully I was able to switch rooms. Cleanliness was an issue; the bed felt quite hard, and the sheets weren't clean. While it might be okay for a single night's stay, it's far from comfortable. The second room was similar, though the air conditioning was slightly better. It was an old unit that cooled very slowly and appeared unmaintained. On the positive side, the hotel staff's service was acceptable. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Room is clean. But few things need to be fixed, such as light switch cover, inside toilet. Kids like to play to swimming pool.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was good, close to shops and public transport. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

The place is quite nice. I have no problem with the beds, the amenities. My only problem is the bathroom. As you can see, it didn't look properly maintained and cleaned. I hope they'll do something about it.

2nd time staying at this place. This time got a room at 1st floor. Hence nearer to restaurant below. So for light sleeper better request for higher floors. Oh ya, by the way, no lift ya. Staircase all the way.

This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.
