I had a great experience with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. It was great. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centres and sight are nearby. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice staff. Asia- level clean better than most. Central area with filtered hot and cold water 24/7 and kettle in the room is a huge bonus. Little deal shots under the window in the room, and there are lovely glossy starlings to watch as you work. Comfortable bed. Shops on the street to get food and supplies I appreciate everything about this room.

Upon entering my room, I was greeted by its spacious and accommodating layout, perfect for business travelers or those planning to stay longer. The room was well-equipped with essential amenities, including a mini-fridge, stove, and utensils, making it a comfortable and functional space. The apartment felt like a cozy loft, and I hope the pictures I took capture its essence. I had an amazing time there, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Sunway Lagoon and a shopping mall. However, the room we were assigned was tiny, and to make matters worse, it had a 'sea view' of a Hot Pot restaurant! 😂 😂 I guess its only redeeming quality is the location; the room is barely big enough to sleep in...

1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights. - had sofa - plug points on each side of bed - bedside table each side - toilet rack for clothes - mini stove - house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights - wall decor Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Very convenient location Check in was seamless. Very friendly & helpful staff. I requested a last minute change to room type and the hotel gladly obliged Infinity Pool & gym facilities clean & world class

Conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for those who need to travel the next day and want to relax beforehand. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. Soundproofing could be better, but fortunately the guests were quiet throughout the night. The hotel's real gem is the swimming pool. It is large enough to accommodate many guests and was exceptionally clean. The only area that could be improved is the communication regarding the free shuttle service, including its schedule and the pick-up location at the airport. There was no information available in the app or on the hotel's website. In the end, we gave up and took a Grab instead. For this reason, I am sharing the shuttle schedules and pick-up location here to help future guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect in every way. The lobby had a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend time. The swimming pool was clean, and the view was beautiful and peaceful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. Everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to coming back again.

The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times. Some days there’s also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways. Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.
