The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times.
Some days thereโs also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways.
Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.
I had a great experience with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. It was great. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centres and sight are nearby. Thank you ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
Sticky floor, toilet fly insects coming out from the basin. Spotted also one small cockroach in the toilet. Digi and Maxis line was one bar sometimes good sometimes bad, wifi sometimes no connection.
Environment is good overall, hygiene part need to improve. Car park need to pay RM6 per day.
Room was spacious and clean, had great internet and amazing amenities including a skydeck pool and gym. Wasnโt a fan of the location since it was hard to get around especially with Grabs/Bolt drivers getting confused. Everything closes around 10 pm. Itโs good if you just want to stay in Empire City as everything is walkable but we like to explore KL. Service was good and brought what we needed very quickly. Our view from our room was city side and it was a bunch of construction. Would recommend if you want to be in Empire City.

Very convenient location
Check in was seamless. Very friendly & helpful staff. I requested a last minute change to room type and the hotel gladly obliged
Infinity Pool & gym facilities clean & world class
1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights.
- had sofa
- plug points on each side of bed
- bedside table each side
- toilet rack for clothes
- mini stove
- house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights
- wall decor
Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Pros: Close to T2 airport
Hygiene: 3/10
Service: 5/10
Shuttle Service: 3/10
No toiletries
No fridge
The hallway sensor lights were a bit dim
The hotel's free shuttle to the airport only runs in the morning. After 10 am, you need to take a taxi or walk to T2 to catch a bus or train to T1.
If it weren't for the convenient location, I wouldn't have stayed somewhere so expensive. I booked a double room and arrived at T1 airport around 12 AM. I took the free airport shuttle to T2 and then walked to the hotel, checking in around 12:30 AM. The room had no mini-fridge or disposable toiletries. The TV remote and bottled water were covered in dust. There was a chair in the room, but it felt unstable when I sat on it; I'm not sure if the screws were loose or if it was actually broken. The room was quite dusty, but I figured I'd only be sleeping there for one night, so I'd make do. After checking in, I heard crows cawing all night. If we hadn't been exhausted from a full day of flying, we wouldn't have been able to sleep at all. The soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear the sound of shower water from upstairs or next door, and the opening of doors was also very loud. And all this for about 350 MYR for one night! The only pro is its proximity to the airport; there are no other advantages. ๐
The next day, after having breakfast downstairs and on my way back to the room, I suddenly smelled a strong burning odor. I happened to pass by the bar and saw smoke inside, but there was no one there at all. Later, when I sent my husband to report it, the alarm went off, and only then did we realize what had triggered it. ๐
The hotel is new and the lobby is beautiful. The room was okay, but the linens felt a bit old despite being clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the snacks and cookies were absolutely delicious! Overall, the environment is great with no unpleasant odors, and the view of the amusement park is perfect for photos. Both the room service and front desk staff were very helpful. It took me a while to find the bathroom curtain button โ it was by the sink! Both the elderly and children will love it here! ๐ฅณ

Location of the hotel is not far from KLIA especially if you have your own transportation, about 15 minutes drive to KLIA. Public parking in front of the hotel is free. KLIA transit Salak Selatan station is also not very far with a grab ride. Suitable for as a transit hotel for a short stay only. Hotel no elevator, not suitable for those with heavy luggage. There is no good food outlet within walking distance, the nearest is mamak restaurant about 600 meter away.

Very Good
NNAMR..Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained.
Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldnโt be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.
Parking is available but comes with an extra charge.
Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.
MMEGAT AMINUDDINI recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient.
The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance โ especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout.
One highlight was the buildingโs facilities โ especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session.
In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. Iโd recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who donโt mind a few compromises.
SSeng TatThe hotel is quite clean and nice.
I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice.
However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used.
For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering.
For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue
GGuest UserThe hotel is really clean, no good as what you see from the picture as advertised. Strategic locations, next to it is Aeon. Very spacious king size room. Perfect staying!
GGuest UserDelightful and enjoying moment with all new in hotel. Best cleanliness ever i ever see with the budget price. Unexpected the 3day 2 night was treated like 5 stars hotel. Will come again next time.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect in every way.
The lobby had a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend time. The swimming pool was clean, and the view was beautiful and peaceful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. Everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to coming back again.
GGuest UserRoom was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well.
Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel.
Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful.
However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean.
There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are.
There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Sunway Lagoon and a shopping mall. However, the room we were assigned was tiny, and to make matters worse, it had a 'sea view' of a Hot Pot restaurant! ๐ ๐ I guess its only redeeming quality is the location; the room is barely big enough to sleep in...
