We stayed there for the Carnival weekend in Breda; it's a fine hotel, and the rooms are clean and tidy.
The showers look new and are super sleek, equipped with soap, a hairdryer, toilet, and towels.
Coffee or tea is ready in the room.
It seems to be undergoing renovations, as there is construction material lying all over the lobby, hallway, and mezzanine.
But anyway, the room is the most important thing in the end.
The reception staff, by the way, speaks English with an accent, just like the chambermaids. For a romantic weekend or luxury, it lacks atmosphere or experience. But as a base for a Carnival weekend, it is good; within walking distance of a bus stop, a 17-minute walk to the Bergschot stop, and within 10 minutes you are at Breda Central Station. From there, it's 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city center.
125 for two nights during Carnival weekend is very reasonable.
All in all,
The hotel's downtown location is its biggest advantage, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are modern and relatively clean, and the service is excellent. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Tilburg.
The hotel surprised me with everything. The area is very nice, close to the old city, Just 3 minutes. Hotel is cosy and comfortable. The size of the room was good. Interesting design and concepts of the hotel and room.
This is my second time staying here. The house was renovated and upgraded at the beginning of this year, and the environment is much better than before. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. It is next to the church, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there are too many pillows on the bed, which makes the bed very crowded.
Great service, very big and clean room. Breakfast has wide variety of choices. Would love to back again. They will offer you a free drink voucher at the bar located at level 13 if you skip the room cleaning service.
The hotel is very good, the staff is very kind and helpful, but it is strongly recommended that you do not book this on Trip. There will be many problems with the payment when checking in. Just book it directly on the official website.
Approximately 15 minutes walking from Eindhoven Central Station. Nice and polite staff. Swimming pool, sauna available and was able to use them free of charge as the hotel guest. The nearest restaurant is 2 minutes away, main shopping street is like 6-7 minutes walking. Breakfast is available for payment, good selection of hot and cold options.
This time I had a room right next to the stairwell. At night from 3:00 regularly woken up by opening and closing doors. Seemed to go on all night. Glad I could enjoy the delicious breakfast afterwards.

Very Good
GGuest UserI was surprised with food and dirty socks left from previous tourists in the cabinet. One of lamps was out of order, there's a lot of black marks on the walls... Well at least bed was clean and fresh. Still the perfect location, fast checkin, good facilities in the room makes good impression. Strange but my key refused to open the door next night - but guys at reception helped me fast. There's a good kettle in the room, tea&coffe etc. Good for a short stay at all.
MMarjolein_00The hotel is really close to Eindhoven Central Station, which is a big plus. The room layout is fine. You have coffee, tea, cookies, and water at your disposal. The room was a bit dusty, though. You should be able to handle city noise.
There's a bar, restaurant, and a 24-hour front desk. Socially, I think there are plenty of opportunities within the hotel. So, if you're traveling alone for a few days, I'd say you'll likely make some acquaintances or even friends.
Unfortunately, I had an issue where they charged my account for my booking (which I had already paid for through Trip) without my permission. That definitely ruined my peace of mind a bit. Luckily, it was resolved (though it took 36 hours for me to get access to that money again). I haven't factored this into my rating.
GGuest UserThe hotel is perfect, on the inner wall of the church, the protection of the building is very good, living in the hotel, away from the surrounding dining, shopping is very convenient, highly recommended
GGuest UserThe night receptionist was amazing, super helpful at check in and very friendly. All the staff was amazing and our stay was really pleasant. Thanks so much
GGuest UserVery good hotel with amazing location, in total this year we stayed in three different rooms and they all were pretty nice.
The only bad part was about trip com– the hotel didn’t get my reservation on time and when we arrived the room was taken, even though we paid for it 3 days before arrival. It was quite upsetting, but they gave us our room on the second day and in the end it was interesting experience because we lived in two completely different rooms during our nice trip.
Also, not very a bad thing since in Europe people used to wear shoes inside, but the carpets made my feet very itchy, which I think was because of the cleaning supplies they use. It’s not a bad thing for me also because it means they actually clean them well hahah
Anyway, we will go live in this hotel much more in this hotel for sure!
GGaileyBeeThe hotel was nice. The check in was quick and smooth. Disappointed to hear the swimming pool facilities were not available.
The bedroom was a great size, bed very comfy. Nice to have a fridge and kettle, tea/ coffee. The bathroom was spotless. The rooms need to be checked for rubbish behind the desk before the curtains as there was other guests rubbish there.
The ice machine is on the ground floor and would be nice if there was another on each floor.
Good location for the train station and town.
We parked our car with free on street parking a 12 minute walk away to avoid the high hotel parking charges.
The room was noisy with street traffic, cars racing up and down.
GGuest UserNo mini bar
Cracking bed
Nice environment, pleasant location near the center
Exposure policy, unfortunately no bathing days also outdoor swimming pool naked, from above you can just look down at swimming people, feel uncomfortable and yet pay extra not clearly during booking that wellness was paying.
Breakfast is in good order, no salmon or tuna, no plant or lactose-free alternatives, but ok.
GGuest UserExcellent Stay!
The hotel's location is fantastic—close to everything you need. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the rooms are well-maintained. Breakfast was very good.
I highly recommend staying here!
QQuoc HungVery nice hotel, tidy and spacious room.
Location was also nice with free parking and a bus stop nearby.
Very nice lobby with helpful employees
