The hotel is pretty good, clean and tidy. It's across from a park, but the location is a bit out of the way, and the bed was too small. The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was delicious. The front desk staff were professional, and you can always count on a big brand. 😊

It is good value for money especially if you have a car. The only thing that bothered me was the sound of people on the parking lot in the night that seemed to have a fight or something. I think it’s because some weird people also stay at this hotel.

It's near the station, but it needs a long way to go to the center. In the kitchen it was tea and coffee, soap for washing the dishes, sponge. Fridge, microwave. No hairdryer. The floor was not clean. Parking

The hotel is nice and relatively quiet, and parking is free. However, the staff's attitude was just okay. The breakfast was basic, good enough for a quick bite, and the price was cheap. Overall, it's decent.

Overall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.

The shuttle bus from the airport was convenient, and the room was spacious and clean. Having a bathtub was a great plus, helping me recover from my long journey. Perhaps because it was a junior suite, the juices, beer, chocolate, and potato chips in the mini-fridge were all complimentary. The freshly made omelets at breakfast were delicious.

It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.

I was a bit worried after booking this hotel due to the bad reviews I saw but honestly my experience was absolutely fine. The room and bed was clean. It was quiet and the location was excellent. I was able to walk to everything but there’s a metro right outside too. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful

The location was very convenient, close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, making it easy to travel to the city centre, the airport, and other attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than expected for a city hotel. The facilities were practical, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and sleep well. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, while the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, Hotel2Stay offers excellent value for money, a convenient location, and a comfortable experience. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends and family visiting Amsterdam.
