We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Perfect location to discover all that Ålesund has to offer. Easy to come to the hotel by the shuttlebus from the airport and a few minutes walk. Room, service and breakfast very good. We will come back.

The room had a shared bathroom, but honestly, it wasn't a problem. The room was clean, as were the bathrooms, which were usable. The modern furnishings are comfortable. Transportation: FB65 is right outside the airport and goes to the hotel. It costs 495 NOK for two adults and one child. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, which might be slow with luggage. The return trip is by Uber for 640 NOK – great value! Facilities: Room facilities are okay. There are no disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, but there are bath towels. Bring your own toiletries if you have specific preferences; they provide shampoo and shower gel together. The restaurant has a nice view. Don't go too early, or you'll encounter tour groups. I went at 7 am and couldn't get a seat with a view. Breakfast is typical Western style – quite delicious! My Chinese stomach could handle it.
