I really love this place! It's super close to the mall, which is great. The staff is so nice, especially the lovely lady at the front desk. She's just the best. The room is spotless and the hot water is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room

Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! A lovely, light, friendly hotel, close enough to the airport that we walked! Staff seems to genuinely care about making sure guests have the best experience possible. Our meals at the restaurant were delicious. The poolside bar was a relaxing place to unwind at the end of a busy day.

Im so delighted with the staff who provided me amazing service and hospitality. Kudos to NINA, Walter and to all staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. I will certainly be back. Room is clean and has cool AC. Quiet and homey place to stay. Just 1 ride from airport and nearby tourist spots

Malinis naman po! Pero Diko alam bat nangangati yung toddler ko. Maganda yung hotel kids friendly may play house at may pool for kids. Gandaaaaa. Then hinatiran ako ng breakfast sa room kc di ako maka baba kc may mga infant at toddler thank you! Masarap din yung foods 😍😍😍 Malapit din sa Robinsons Palawan, Starbucks and many more ❤️.

We really had a very nice holiday here! The whole environment was excellent, all the facilities were easy to use and really every member of staff was very kind. Clean of course ! Delicious food! We have had some complaints, and I must explain here that my husband is an old German, and I found that the Germans are much more critical than the French, but the staff, from the general staff to the manager who was on duty every day, took our ”complaints” very seriously, and the most valuable thing is that every one of them really tried to help us to solve our ”problems”. The ”hassle”. I have to admire the service here! It really is better than many 5 star hotels! Fantastic Fireworks on the beach and the Resort had super prepared for all Guests together party! Even for Kids! We'll be back here again.

Staff : friendly, helpful, accommodating, and providing ”top tier” hospitality The location is a major highlight, as the hotel is only a 2-5 minute drive or a short walk from the Puerto Princesa International Airport. rooms are spacious, clean, well-designed with unique hand-painted murals, and having very comfortable beds.

Stayed at this hotel again yesterday, and it was as good as ever. Breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is a nice touch. The only minor thing is that single rooms used to be on the second floor, but now they're only on the first. Still, no big issues at all.

HONEST REVIEW for Room 8: We've spent Holy Week with my family to relax. Got relaxed from pool and garden view. The flowers are lovely for taking pictures. However I got stress coz of weak internet.
