WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

More than expected for the price. Modern, spacious, and well-furnished rooms. Can take trams directly to the city center that run every 3-5 minutes.

Beautiful environment, great location with convenient transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even welcomed us with smiles when we checked in in the middle of the night. It's also excellent value for money, at around 200 per person per night. Highly recommend!

Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

I originally booked a different hotel, but it was canceled due to renovations. Teip arranged a replacement hotel, which I was initially unsure about since I had no prior information. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite okay. The hotel is conveniently located near tram line 9, which goes directly to the central station — very useful for getting around. The room was clean and of a decent size, though not very spacious. One downside is that there was no soundproofing — I could hear traffic noise, especially from trams and buses starting as early as 5 AM, which made it hard to sleep in. I also had an issue with my flight ticket and needed to make phone calls within Poland. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to use the phone without charging any extra fees. I really appreciated their support during that stressful time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

There was no heating and it was not fixed during my stay, the receptionist guy told that that may have heating problems on 1st and 6th floors.

The location is excellent, although keep in mind that the hotel is at a very busy intersection and it might get a little noisy. It's not extreme and didn't bother me at all. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. The rooms are on the smaller size, but enough for a short stay. Recommend!

Great hotel. Large rooms. My only complaint is about the semi-transparent bathroom walls and door and the fact that the bathroom door has gaps.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and it was clear that the hotel takes hygiene seriously. Coming back to such a pristine and well-kept space each day felt like a small luxury. Overall, Sheraton Grand Warsaw combines comfort, top-notch service, and meticulous care. I left feeling well-rested and appreciated, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Warsaw.
