The outdoor pool was a true oasis of tranquility, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything needed for a 10 stay. Additionally, we decided to have a massage at the hotel spa, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations, leaving us completely revitalized.

Due to a temporary change in itinerary, we stayed in Viana do Castelo, a small town in northern Portugal for one night. The hotel was newly opened in 2004, and you can obviously smell the decoration, but the facilities are very new, the room is relatively spacious, and the windows can be opened for ventilation. Although there is no kettle in the room, there is a water dispenser on the first floor, which also provides hot water and coffee. The first impression of staying is very good. It is worth mentioning that there is freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, and I give it full marks just for this reason. A restaurant at the port is a two-minute walk from the hotel. The design is very novel and you can enjoy delicious food while watching the train pass through the bridge. It is a great experience. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic. They also provided charging cables and helped to exchange money. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Calmity, contagious sympathy on the first day by the receptionist was decisive for a good stay. A very quiet and quiet place. The hotel and the room are very good. The indoor pool was warm with good temperature and good time of functioning and without defended time tb very good. I have nothing less positive to point out.

Such a unique and period stay, stunning river views, amazing walks nearby and so many market towns and villages nearby with the beach a stone’s throw away by car. Would definitely repeat.

Ribeira is a nice hotel - location is excellent with everything else being good to average. Management can pay more attention to details - as an example, no tissue paper in the room, only one small garbage can etc. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and steam room - the last two were not working when I used it earlier.

We have stayed a few times at the Porta do sol. Great staff, great breakfast, fab spa and swimming pools. Really enjoyed our stays. We will be going again later in the year. Overall Fabulous.

This villa opened in March this year is converted from an old house in the 18th century. The boss is a local Portuguese, and the proprietress is a Brazilian. Both of them are very hospitable. Tell us that we have upgraded our room to a suite. There are only two of our guests this day. Private! The interior decoration is very tasteful, the service is very thoughtful, there is a swimming pool and spa! The breakfast is very rich, the boss is ready to keep fresh bags after eating~ I~ pack the road food! The boss's English is not very good, I basically can't hear the result 😅😅 Speaking of fear suddenly speaking French 🤣🤣 I should immediately speak French I Ok! Finally communicated! Chaotou early and Zhong personally drove me to the starting point of Haosheng Road with my mother! When I booked this hotel, I saw the score system 10/10! I agree! Full score! Hotel with excellent sea view, opposite view (mountain) is an industrial area. Hotel is near a highly moving road (even night), room with little soundless windows which did not allow rest A satisfactory buffet breakfast, but nothing special. The pool and gym belong to the Solinca Group, with internal access to the hotel and can be used several times. To help, a football team was hosted that last night decided to celebrate in the lobby and in the rooms, to which the hotel staff did not give the proper answer to the problem, preferring discomfort and the complaints of the guests the resolution of the situation. I will not return to this hotel, there are other quiet and more targeted options for guests in this city.

Everything is great, location and the bed. If I am not mistaken there is no hair dryer. It would be great if there is one. Other than this, everything is good. A short walk from the train station.
