Guest UserWe chose this aparthotel for its location, and we weren't disappointed. The metro station is literally a five-minute walk away, and from the bus stop, you can catch a route to almost anywhere in the city. We also tried taxis, and they arrived quickly without any delays.
The surroundings were a pleasant surprise: on the ground floor, there's everything you need for daily life – cozy cafes, a pharmacy, and a shop. Very convenient!
Check-in was warm and instant. We were greeted by a cozy studio. It's not very big, but every detail has been thoughtfully considered; it has absolutely everything, including a washing machine. It truly felt like a home away from home.
I'd also like to specifically mention the impeccable cleanliness: fresh bed linen, new interiors, and snow-white towels created a feeling of freshness and comfort.
In summary: excellent value for money, perfect transport accessibility, and attentive service. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends.

The large, floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the quietly flowing Neva River, with the Aurora cruiser nearby and the Winter Palace and St. Isaac's Cathedral in the distance. Bathed in the evening glow, it felt like a glimpse into the glory of 18th-century Tsarist Russia.

We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

Oh, how I liked this apart hotel, there was a small transit transplant through St. Petersburg on the way home.
Therefore, I was looking for a hotel close to the airport.
At first they wanted to settle in the hotel more simple, but then decided at least 12 hours, but let them be accepted.
When checking in, the slagbaum is worth the slugbaum and the taxi driver was afraid to go to the territory, thinking that when leaving it they will take 300 rubles. Don't be afraid to go quietly, the fees for it will not be, for the guests of this hotel free
The registration was quickly passed and we were settled on 22 floors, the gods look chic, in the morning sunrise found, in the evening sunset and all day was the sun in the room.
Everywhere perfectly clean and in the room and on the floors.
The room is quite spacious, large dress lockers, slab shelves on the wall for small things.
Food cooking dishes, there is a stove, a teapot, microwave. There are shops nearby with ready food and cooking products.
The only thing if the windows go south as we had, it will be noisy from the road, but in the summer it is possible to keep the window closed and turn on the air conditioner.
The hotel is far from the center, but the taxi solves the issue.
But close to the airport, 8 minutes in the way.
When we left there was evening and in the lobby of the hotel the girl played on the piano and I enjoyed a stunningly beautiful music.
And the girls were given at the hotel on the flower of the tulip, as it was March 8, it is incredibly pleasant that such attention to the guests.
There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, but we didn't have time to visit them, but I think there is also everything fine
Very light, modern, motor energy at the hotel, boldly live in it.
It is possible even with pets.

Overall satisfactory, but the duplex is actually very inconvenient. You have to go downstairs to go to the toilet at night; but the location is excellent, the Winter Palace, the Blood Cathedral, and Nevsky Street are all walking.

Guest UserGreat location, just a 15-minute walk to Moskovsky railway station. The hotel is right in the city center, but tucked away in a courtyard, off Nevsky Prospekt itself, so it's very quiet and free from traffic noise. All the bars and entertainment spots are nearby, and the metro and all major attractions are within walking distance. I stayed here several times a few years ago, and the quality and service level remain consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Very clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.

Guest UserWe arrived with our family and stayed four nights in a three-person apartment (a double bed and a fold-out sofa in a separate kitchen-living room). The aparthotel essentially consists of two buildings: one parallel to the Makarova Embankment (presumably the rooms with a view of the Neva) and one at an angle (where we stayed). The second building doesn't have such a spectacular view (the bridge exit, garages in the distance, and houses), but we liked it: the same beautiful sunsets, wildflowers, and pine trees outside the windows.
What we liked:
1) The staff. We arrived in the evening, around nine. Thanks to the signs, we quickly figured out where the reception was, and we quickly got our keys. Towels were changed every day except the last day (for some reason, some were replaced and some were left behind; perhaps we folded them too carefully). Water was provided daily, one 0.33 bottle per guest, and the trash was taken out then. They snuck into the room like ninjas: not a single thing was moved, but the towels and water were in their places, and the trash disappeared :)
2. Furnishings. Loft-style, everything is well-appointed and beautiful. The small chips and cracks in the walls, in my opinion, only added a touch of loft to the ambiance. I've never encountered an aparthotel with impeccable repairs, but our room here was quite nice.
3. Cooking facilities. Seriously, everything I needed. Because of the therapeutic ”table 5” diet, my daughter couldn't eat out, so she cooked at the hotel. The room had a 4-burner cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer. All were Bosch, which was surprising. They worked flawlessly. Cookware (from Ikea): a saucepan of about 2 liters with a lid, a small saucepan, and a frying pan (over 20 cm in diameter) with a lid. There's also a knife and cutting board, a set of cutlery and various ladles, cups, glasses, goblets, shot glasses, plates, and bowls (like a salad bowl).
4. Real laundry facilities. Zanussi washing machine (but no detergent or capsules; the staff says to ask for them) + a floor-standing drying rack for hanging clothes. There's also an ironing board and iron.
5. Very quiet. You can't hear road noise unless you open the balcony, which is also a window. There were no sounds from neighboring rooms, even in different rooms of the same room with the doors closed.
What I didn't like: 1) metal keys; 2) there were dishwasher tablets and dishwashing detergent in the room, but no sponge; 3) no scissors (kitchen scissors, as it's inconvenient to open food packages with a knife) or kitchen towels; 4) the shower is half-enclosed by glass, the threshold is low, and a lot of water leaked onto the floor.
It's hard to judge whether the lack of mosquito nets on the windows was a good or bad thing. On the one hand, there was air conditioning, and they didn't block the view. On the other hand, not only mosquitoes but also huge flies, bees, and the like were flying outside, and the open window was simply an invitation for them.
Now about the location.
I'd rate it as ”very good.”
The metro isn't easy to find—it's only for those in the know or using maps—but Primorskaya station is indeed a leisurely 20-minute walk through the courtyards. From there, you can take direct trains to Nevsky Prospekt (Gostiny Dvor metro station) and Moskovsky Train Station (Mayakovskaya metro station, a 15-minute walk). Trolleybus and bus stops are also nearby (about 10 minutes away), from which you can get to Universitetskaya Embankment, for example. In theory, you can walk there, too, in about an hour (we walked to the Spit of Vasilievsky Island). There's a Hyper Lenta in the neighboring building. There's plenty of choice if you need to cook in your apartment.

QuanquanquanHygiene: First off, a big shout-out to the cleaning lady who serviced our room daily. It was the same person every day, and she meticulously restocked all the toiletries and water. The room was spotlessly clean. I bumped into her a few times, and even though we couldn't understand each other, I could feel her warmth and enthusiasm.
Facilities: The facilities were standard, nothing particularly outstanding. However, the 1.8-meter bed was considered wide for the local area, so I didn't have any other high expectations. We were assigned a room on the third floor facing an inner courtyard, with no view whatsoever. Initially, I wasn't too happy about it, but given our late arrival, there probably weren't many vacant rooms left. Plus, the main road was quite noisy with all the speeding cars, so I accepted the room location – at least it was quiet.
Service: The front desk service was decent. On our first day, we didn't have small change for the taxi fare before checking in. I asked the front desk to help, and they did. On the day of check-out, our flight was delayed, so I asked if we could have a late check-out. They extended it by an hour, which wasn't much, but I was still very grateful. We bought beer every day, so we'd call room service for ice, and they always delivered it quickly and promptly, which was great. The only downside was the greeters at the lobby entrance; they seemed a bit indifferent. Only one well-built gentleman was very friendly; the others were mostly expressionless and rarely offered help when guests came in with luggage, even with steps to navigate.
The hotel's location is good, with a Cinnabon store next door. We went there for coffee every day and got to know the staff quite well; they were all very friendly.

lerycherWe rented this hotel just for one night, but then decided to keep our stay. I didn’t expect that there were such nice rooms with a beautiful view of the historical part of St. Petersburg. We stayed in a room with a balcony. The view opened up along the entire Nevsky Prospekt and this is the best viewpoint to take nice pics. The hotel is clean, breakfast was delicious. You should consider that it is located on the 4th floor and has no elevator. But this is normal thing for European places with its old hisorical buildings in the centre. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it👍
