This hotel is really great! It's perfect for a private getaway with your girlfriend, you can cook your own meals, there are plenty of shops nearby, and it's close to the metro. The staff are very polite, and you can even store your luggage both at check-in and check-out. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. I lived here for 3 weeks and I really enjoyed it! I highly recommend this hotel.

They let us check in an hour early, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😊 The room was good and well-equipped with everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, coffee, and tea. However, the cleaning before our arrival wasn't thorough. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor, which was a bit disappointing. Daily cleaning was provided, and the water, coffee, and tea were replenished every day. The breakfast was excellent, but if you arrive around 10 AM, finding a seat might be a challenge. Sometimes we were asked to wait 20 minutes because it was fully booked. I popped into the beauty salon on the ground floor to get my hair styled for an event. My hair was already washed and wet. I just asked them to dry and style it with a hairdryer. I have a bob above my shoulders. They charged 3500 (Ruble), even though the price list indicated a different amount. I didn't bother to dispute it as I was really short on time. Overall, I liked the hotel and think I'll return again.

We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

Oh, how much I loved this apart-hotel! I had a short layover in St. Petersburg on my way home. So I looked for a hotel close to the airport. At first, we considered a more basic hotel, but then decided that even for 12 hours, we might as well make them count. Upon arrival, there was a barrier, and the taxi driver was afraid to enter the premises, thinking he would be charged 300 rubles upon exiting. Don't worry, you can enter without fear; there's no charge for hotel guests. Check-in was quick, and we were assigned a room on the 22nd floor. Oh my, the view was magnificent! We caught the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and the room was filled with sun all day. Everything was perfectly clean, both in the room and on the floors. The room was quite spacious, with large wardrobes for clothes and carved shelves on the wall for small items. There were dishes for cooking, a stove, a kettle, and a microwave. Nearby, there are shops with ready-made meals and groceries for cooking. The only thing is, if your windows face south, as ours did, it can be noisy from the road. But in summer, you can keep the window closed and use the air conditioning. The hotel is far from the city center, but a taxi solves that problem. On the other hand, it's close to the airport, only an 8-minute drive. When we checked out, it was evening, and a girl was playing the piano in the hotel lobby. I really enjoyed the stunningly beautiful music. And on arrival, female guests received a tulip flower because it was March 8th. It was incredibly thoughtful to show such attention to guests. The hotel has a pool and a spa, but we didn't have time to visit them, though I imagine they are just as wonderful. The hotel has a very light, modern, and vibrant energy. Definitely stay here! You can even bring pets.

Overall satisfactory, but the duplex is actually very inconvenient. You have to go downstairs to go to the toilet at night; but the location is excellent, the Winter Palace, the Blood Cathedral, and Nevsky Street are all walking.

The room was a bit small, but it was very clean and the location in the city center was super convenient for getting around. Overall, it was good, positive review! The only downside was that I wasn't used to the breakfast.

Very clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option. I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.

Отличные апартаменты Останавливались на 1 ночь, удалось забронировать апартаменты с огромной скидкой по очень приятной цене - не разочаровали! Новый комплекс, современный ремонт, есть ресепшн, бесплатно разрешили оставить чемоданы утром до заселения и до вечера после выселения - за это отдельный плюсик. В студии есть всё, что может понадобиться - плита, посуда, столовые приборы, стиральная машина, утюг с доской, шторы блэкаут и т.д. В пешей доступности гипер лента, во дворе зона с диванчиками и небольшая детская площадка. Из небольших нюансов: завтрак только с 9 утра, выселялись раньше, к сожалению, не удалось попробовать. Расположение неплохое, но до метро довольно далеко, больше 20 минут пешком, примерно в 10 минутах автобусная остановка, но нам проще было добираться на такси.

We were greeted quite indifferently, and given a poor room that didn't match the photos. We had to waste time getting the room changed, which wasn't in our plans. They did change the room, and the staff member who handled it was polite and made a good impression. Since we had a tight schedule that day, this situation ruined our impression of the hotel, especially since it was one of our birthdays and we hoped for more attentive service. In the morning, the staff congratulated us, which was very nice, thank you. The breakfast was okay, but the selection was modest for people who don't eat meat, sausages, or bacon. There was salted fish, but the quality was poor – too much salt and little flavor. The fruits also weren't tasty, and the selection was odd, with canned peaches being very unusual for a hotel of this caliber. It's a shame the staff didn't know the ingredients of the food; we asked about the bread's composition but were just told they didn't know, and no one even bothered to find out. We won't be returning to this hotel, and I can't recommend it, but everyone makes their own decision. The hotel's location is good, but it's a very busy street with lots of people and cars.

We rented this hotel just for one  night, but then decided to keep our stay. I didn’t expect that there were such nice rooms with a beautiful view of the historical part of St. Petersburg. We stayed in a room with a balcony. The view opened up along the entire Nevsky Prospekt and this is the best viewpoint to take nice pics. The hotel is clean, breakfast was delicious. You should consider that it is located on the 4th floor and has no elevator. But this is normal thing for European places with its old hisorical buildings in the centre. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it👍
