Hotels With Parking in Volgograd Oblast, Russia

The hotel was clean and tidy, with an excellent location. The constant supply of iced water in the corridors was a plus, and the breakfast was good. The main problem was the sheer number of mosquitoes in the city, making it completely unsuitable for a June visit. The mosquitoes were rampant outdoors, but seemed unable to enter the rooms. Additionally, we were told the metro was closed when we tried to go sightseeing; this is the city's only metro line, but we were told it was not operating both times we needed it. Taxi traffic was also extremely congested on the main road between Mamayevsky Prospekt and Lenin Square during rush hour.

There is a place to park the car. Welcome staff, disposable slippers were issued. The room at price-quality is good, but was dirty in the shower. The pillows are not comfortable, bedding/towels are clean

The hotel is a 30-minute taxi ride from Volgograd Airport and not far from Mamayev Kurgan. The hotel reception staff speaks fluent English. The rooms are new, clean, and tidy. The bathroom fixtures are Duravit and Grohe, and there are several wall sockets, all German 2-pin standard. It's recommended to bring several adapters from home. The hotel's buffet restaurant offers a variety of options to suit most Chinese tastes. There's a Europa department store next to the hotel, which has Burger King and a Russian version of KFC. Note that the store is open until 10 PM. The hotel has a self-service laundry room on the 4th floor with one washer and one dryer. You can bring your own laundry balls or buy one at the front desk for 200 rubles. Laundry itself is free. An ironing board and iron are also provided in the room. The hotel price is very reasonable, reflecting the low cost of living in Volgograd. Volgograd is a heroic city with excellent safety; you can stroll around the streets safely even at 10 PM. I recommend visiting the Stalingrad Battle Museum on the Volga River during the day (closed on Mondays). You can sit by the river and relax; Volgograd is quite pleasant in autumn.

Очень нравится останавливаться в этом отеле. В нем хорошо буквально все: персонал, комнаты, шумоизоляция, завтраки. По пути на юг и обратно всегда останавливаемся в нем. Часто бывает, что все номера заняты. Бронируйте заранее

Отличный отель в самом центре Волгограда. Из окон, выходящих на центральную часть открывается вид на Собор Александра Невского. Прямо рядом с гостиницей площадь павших борцов. Можно прогуляться до Аллеи Героев, на набережную, где множество различных кафе, летом можно прогуляться на пароходе. Близко к вокзалу. А также к единственному в России метротраму — подземному скоростному трамваю. Отель выполнен в стиле сталинского ампира, в ресторане, на этажах и в номерах сохраняется ощущение прошлой эпохи. Завтраки достойные. Приятный сервис. Швейцар открывает тяжелею дверь, улыбается и желает хорошего дня. Были наверное в 90% отелей Волгограда, Интурист определено рекомендую.

Choose only the renovated rooms, they are more expensive. Because the 2 and 3 floors are like a placard in the Vladivostok-Moscow train or a chunk at the train station. In new rooms everything is very cool! The location is excellent! Breakfast is beautiful!

Мы являемся постоянными гостями, и останавливаемся в этом отеле регулярно по несколько раз в месяц. Совсем недавно, возвращаясь из Москвы, мы наш рейс сначала был отменен, затем следующий вылетел вместе вечера только утром следующего дня, проведя бессонную ночь в ожидании рейса, мы прилетели в Волгоград в 11:00 и соответственно уже не могли заселиться в отель. Я запросила возврат у отеля, они отказали. Я написала на почту, мне ответили, что проблема в том, что я бронировала через приложение, а не напрямую на сайте. Я запросила возврат повторно, приложила документы о задержке рейса, служба поддержки приложения была вежлива, и пообещала сделать все возможное, чтобы решить мой вопрос, но ответ пришел прежним — отель снова отказал. До этого я всегда ставила высшую оценку отелю, но эта ситуация показала, что в ситуации форс-мажоров отель показал себя как ненадежный партнер, не готовый идти на встречу. Обидно. Видимо теперь я буду бронировать его только день в день, когда уже буду на пути, и ничего не сможет повлиять на заселение. В остальным случаях придется выбирать что-то другое.
