The room is spacious, and the location is excellent—close to services, cafés, and tourist attractions.
However, there is significant noise, as the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, making it feel like being on the street. In addition, the air conditioner is quite loud and disruptive.
The price is relatively affordable compared to most hotels in the same area, which is a positive point.
Regarding service, the reception often does not respond to phone calls, and we had to call multiple times or go down to the front desk to request simple items such as water also the female receptionist’s overall attitude needs improvement.

A new and beautiful place that opened 5 months ago. Things were so easy and convenient that they didn't bother us at checkout. Our flight was at 6 pm, and we were late checking out, so we said we'd wait for someone to call us. Thankfully, no one did, and we checked out at our leisure.

AABDULMOHSEN ALARIFIA truly wonderful hotel. It's exceptionally clean and beautifully arranged, and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. MMin Ho LeeThe road to Abuja is long, so it's a place I cut off once. The city is divided into several blocks, so I chose this place, which is convenient to leave. It is a clean and comfortable accommodation that is not lacking for a while. There is a different name accommodation next to this hotel, and from the back you can see that it was built the same as this hotel, but I think if this place is cheaper, it will provide the same service.
