The reception staff are relativaly new, not very much helpful or flexible, just doing their job which is a bit under expectation for one of the main hotels in the city.

Guest UserThe air conditioning in the bedroom was broken. The chalet itself was genuinely beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay, but I didn't get a good night's sleep because of the AC issue.

Very beautiful and wonderful. However, upon arrival, please make sure the room is separate and does not have a connecting door to another room that can be opened to combine the two rooms, to prevent noise.

It's not in the city, but it's quite quiet even though it's on the side of the highway.
