This hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise! Though the room wasn't huge, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed with thoughtful details: the showerhead's button design was the most sensible and convenient I've encountered in any hotel, and the heated towel rail ensured soft, dry towels.
Getting here is incredibly convenient: from the airport, take bus 579 or 583 to Märsta, then transfer to Pendeltåg 40 or 41 and alight at Ulriksdal station. The hotel is just a one-minute walk to the right after exiting the station.
Bus 509 stops directly across the street from the hotel. A few stops will take you to Ulriksdal Palace – I highly recommend visiting if you have time, and don't miss the excellent desserts at its cafe! Alternatively, taking bus 509 in the opposite direction for about 10-15 minutes will bring you to Solna Centrum, which boasts a large supermarket and numerous shops.
A crucial tip: book well in advance! I secured a significant discount on the room rate by booking three months ahead. Also, be aware that in Swedish hotels, you typically need to proactively inform the front desk if you wish to have your room cleaned.

Situated in front of Lake and close to train stations. Restaurants all around. A 10 minute walk leads to to Cultural buildings and OLD TOWN. Staff were courteous friendly accommodating. Its an aircon room.
Consistently great! This was our second time staying here. We first stayed a night two weeks ago when we arrived, and even though we drove out of Stockholm the next day, our first impression was excellent. The rooms are spacious, facilities are well-maintained, there's a safe, and hygiene is good. The breakfast offers a wide variety and high quality. The room type we got for our second stay was even better than the first, definitely recommended! It's conveniently located with easy access to the subway, bus, and rail transport nearby. Getting to the city center is only about 7-8 subway stops, and you can transfer to reach all the major attractions.
I chose this hotel because it offered airport transfers... but then I realized there was actually a hotel *inside* Arlanda Airport! If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have picked this one. The route turned out to be a much longer detour than I expected, too! The driver didn't help with my suitcases and was quite inconsiderate. When I tried to board the shuttle at the airport, I was asked if I was a guest. As I fumbled to show my booking confirmation, the driver quickly walked off and seemed ready to depart, which made me panic! This is hardly what I'd call attentive service... I suppose some people might not mind, but I certainly did.
I did feel that the breakfast and room decor could have been of a slightly higher standard. While the stay was comfortable, a bit more attention to detail in these areas would have made the experience even better.
The staff were great and friendly, except for one guy who was generally unpleasant to me and didn't even answer my question. He was also rude to others in line before me. I don't remember his name, but it was something with 'Ed'. Otherwise, everything was 100/100. My only suggestions are for more space for massages or facials, etc., and that it should state clearly when booking that spa treatments need to be booked well in advance. We thought we could just book them on the spot, but we were informed then that you need to do it in good time. 😊😊😊
Great location with friendly accommodating staff. We arrived earlier and it was no problem to leave the bags and explore the city while the room was prepared.
Breakfast offered lots of choice and the free coffee/tea all day gives the hotel a nice touch.
It’s a good stay for people either having an early or late flight. Aiden provides free shuttle service twice every hour and the whole drive is approximately 5 to 6 minutes, just remember to check their schedule. One thing I’m not quite satisfied is the cleaner didn’t remove the trash from previous guest, lukily they’re all in a paper bag. I didn’t head up to the receptionist since I arrived Aiden at very late night (check-in is available for 24 hours as they have 2 self-checkin machines), but they did apologise for that when I told them during check-out. I believe it’s just a minor issue (at least for me). In general, it’s good for short stay, they have breakfast and a large bathroom (compares to other one-person room).
This is the first time i am in Sweden and what a start this is!
I had a wonderful stay in here and it was down to many factors. The check-in process is good and efficent and the stafffs are so nice (especially the lady from Estonia sorry i don't know your name!). The room is perfect, nice, clean and comfy. I quite like some of the design for the buildings too! The breakfast is amazing too!
I have to be honest. I might not visit Stockholm again, but if any of my friends ask me where to stay in Stockholm, I would say here!!
The hotel was really clean and modern. The location is right next to a bus station for shuttle drop off and pick ups. About a ten minute walk to a metro but nice to be away from crowds. The breakfast was superb and exceeded expectations.

MMrXwThe hotel's location is fantastic, right above the central station, with direct subway access to the airport and other areas. You can essentially catch any subway line from here.
Just a few steps away, you'll find the famous Clara Church, and there are malls nearby as well. It's in the heart of the city's CBD, very lively, and you can find anything you need.
The hotel rooms are good, especially considering it's a spa bed hotel in the Nordic region... this is the most normal room you'll find 😂. It's a king-size bed room with a shower and toiletries included. However, there are no slippers or toothbrushes.

SShanghai based coupleI stayed here with my mom who is from Sweden and is 79 years old but was travelling from the UK where she now lives. We were visiting family, both in and around Stockholm. This was an important trip for her, and me and we really needed it to go well.
Given such high expectations and unusual requirements because of my mom’s her age, we were really surprised by how well this hotel delivered and absolutely delighted with our stay.
The location was flawless and allowed her to see and do things nearby unassisted, while also allowing us to use the train from the main train station 5 minutes away to go to a nearby town, as well as within walking distance to meet her old school friends in a quintessentially Swedish coffee shop in the centre of town.
Breakfast was very authentically Swedish, but it was a bit odd that they didn’t have limpa bread. Otherwise an excellent selection of Scandinavian food that was delicious and filling. The view to the Stadshuset (Stoholm’s City Hall) where the majority of the Nobel prizes are given out from in the restaurant was really charming.
The rooms were spacious and finished to a really high standard.
The service and the staff were fantastic, including Marcus who met us at the door and helped with out bags, as well as Hannah and George. We cannot thank the whole team enough for thoughtful and awesome work to make such an important trip so memorable, easy and enjoyable.
GGuest UserThe shower room very very small, no drop in the shower room floor, only a gentle falls, floors get wet easily. No slippers provided, good to bring your own. There’s no coffee tea making facilities, if you need hot water, has to get it from the lobby. The location is ok, next to World Trade Center and Arlanda Express. Standard Double Room size is ok for two person, enough space to open two 24” luggage.
AAlannuoThe location is fantastic, just a six-minute walk from the central station, five minutes from the airport express, and ten minutes from the pedestrian shopping street. The hotel has a very large and tastefully decorated lobby, complete with a bass guitar available to play.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options.
However, the room lighting was dim, the shower door leaked, and the towels were old and worn (though they were replaced upon request). The hotel has many rooms, so getting to your room after taking the elevator can involve a long walk down the corridor. During the Christmas holiday, the hotel was not very busy.

MMay 25The hotel is close to the subway station Brommaplan and it is very convenient to go to the city center attractions. Hotel health, staff are very polite. There is a drink machine in the hotel lobby, and you can make your own coffee or tea 24 hours a day. If the hotel restaurant has the remaining food (such as cakes, croissants) during breakfast, the staff will be placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We checked out very early, had to catch the train, no time to eat breakfast. The staff is very nice and helped us pack breakfast and take it away, very intimate.
SSpartanPros: The bus stop to the main city is just a few steps away, the price is fair compared to others in Stockholm, the room is clean, the design of the hotel is cool, and the reception staff is very friendly.
Cons: One of the bathroom doors was broken. Additionally, the bathroom has a large window, and the doors also have windows. This can be troublesome during the summer season, as the sun rises at around 3 a.m., and you'll need to find your own way to cover these windows.

MMica NillukaI so wished I stayed here the when I was in stockholm the week prior. Loved the hotel, lovely staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. The location was perfect, far enough away in this cute neighborhood but easy walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops, the arlanda express is a 15 minute walk.
