This hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise! Though the room wasn't huge, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed with thoughtful details: the showerhead's button design was the most sensible and convenient I've encountered in any hotel, and the heated towel rail ensured soft, dry towels.
Getting here is incredibly convenient: from the airport, take bus 579 or 583 to Märsta, then transfer to Pendeltåg 40 or 41 and alight at Ulriksdal station. The hotel is just a one-minute walk to the right after exiting the station.
Bus 509 stops directly across the street from the hotel. A few stops will take you to Ulriksdal Palace – I highly recommend visiting if you have time, and don't miss the excellent desserts at its cafe! Alternatively, taking bus 509 in the opposite direction for about 10-15 minutes will bring you to Solna Centrum, which boasts a large supermarket and numerous shops.
A crucial tip: book well in advance! I secured a significant discount on the room rate by booking three months ahead. Also, be aware that in Swedish hotels, you typically need to proactively inform the front desk if you wish to have your room cleaned.
The photo shows Ulriksdal.
Situated in front of Lake and close to train stations. Restaurants all around. A 10 minute walk leads to to Cultural buildings and OLD TOWN. Staff were courteous friendly accommodating. Its an aircon room.
Consistently great! This was our second time staying here. We first stayed a night two weeks ago when we arrived, and even though we drove out of Stockholm the next day, our first impression was excellent. The rooms are spacious, facilities are well-maintained, there's a safe, and hygiene is good. The breakfast offers a wide variety and high quality. The room type we got for our second stay was even better than the first, definitely recommended! It's conveniently located with easy access to the subway, bus, and rail transport nearby. Getting to the city center is only about 7-8 subway stops, and you can transfer to reach all the major attractions.
I chose this hotel because it offered airport transfers... but then I realized there was actually a hotel *inside* Arlanda Airport! If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have picked this one. The route turned out to be a much longer detour than I expected, too! The driver didn't help with my suitcases and was quite inconsiderate. When I tried to board the shuttle at the airport, I was asked if I was a guest. As I fumbled to show my booking confirmation, the driver quickly walked off and seemed ready to depart, which made me panic! This is hardly what I'd call attentive service... I suppose some people might not mind, but I certainly did.
I did feel that the breakfast and room decor could have been of a slightly higher standard. While the stay was comfortable, a bit more attention to detail in these areas would have made the experience even better.
The staff were great and friendly, except for one guy who was generally unpleasant to me and didn't even answer my question. He was also rude to others in line before me. I don't remember his name, but it was something with 'Ed'. Otherwise, everything was 100/100. My only suggestions are for more space for massages or facials, etc., and that it should state clearly when booking that spa treatments need to be booked well in advance. We thought we could just book them on the spot, but we were informed then that you need to do it in good time. 😊😊😊
Great location with friendly accommodating staff. We arrived earlier and it was no problem to leave the bags and explore the city while the room was prepared.
Breakfast offered lots of choice and the free coffee/tea all day gives the hotel a nice touch.
It’s a good stay for people either having an early or late flight. Aiden provides free shuttle service twice every hour and the whole drive is approximately 5 to 6 minutes, just remember to check their schedule. One thing I’m not quite satisfied is the cleaner didn’t remove the trash from previous guest, lukily they’re all in a paper bag. I didn’t head up to the receptionist since I arrived Aiden at very late night (check-in is available for 24 hours as they have 2 self-checkin machines), but they did apologise for that when I told them during check-out. I believe it’s just a minor issue (at least for me). In general, it’s good for short stay, they have breakfast and a large bathroom (compares to other one-person room).
This is the first time i am in Sweden and what a start this is!
I had a wonderful stay in here and it was down to many factors. The check-in process is good and efficent and the stafffs are so nice (especially the lady from Estonia sorry i don't know your name!). The room is perfect, nice, clean and comfy. I quite like some of the design for the buildings too! The breakfast is amazing too!
I have to be honest. I might not visit Stockholm again, but if any of my friends ask me where to stay in Stockholm, I would say here!!
The hotel was really clean and modern. The location is right next to a bus station for shuttle drop off and pick ups. About a ten minute walk to a metro but nice to be away from crowds. The breakfast was superb and exceeded expectations.

Great
Located minutes from the Arlanda Express, a fantastic hotel for anyone wanting to maximise their time in the city. Great breakfast and staff who couldn't do more for you. Room was spacious and clean and a calm place to rest after a busy day sight seeing.
Had an excellent stay. Room was clean and enough space. But the layout isn’t good with mini fridge next to my bed. Lucky I was tired enough to sleep thru. Breakfast was good and hearty.
Location is good near train station and shopping area but hotel looks old tho think they are going through some renovation inside, my room was spacious but a little hint once enter room it’s treasure hunting super irritating haha I have to hunt for my bedroom slippers toothbrush and kettle 😂 please ask for city view if possible cos once I open my window blind I’m like a prisoner inside looking out to an enclosed hotel rooms walls no view at all (please refer to my pictures) also I think it’s the European staff working culture and attitude cleaners are not detailed same as Marriott Denmark where I came from haha they gave me a half used small bottle hand cream then half side of slippers disappearing then some days they left their dirty cloth on my sink counter 😫 also not sure if they clean the toilet thoroughly or not cos if yes they would have noticed a faulty shower head and reported it to be fixed right? .. 5 days and the water is still sprouting out each time I turned it on goodness me! 😆(I wish I can post video of it) Hotel food so so only meatball super salty eating area a bit dirty but a few serving staffs are very polite but was kind of disappointed with their hotel manager and security personnel I was molested during breakfast and none can help me out unless I make a police report it was a sucks day for me but overall Stockholm Sheraton can stay
Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. I booked a room without a window and it was lovely. A wall with a mural which lit up to feel like it was a window. Powwrful shower and hairdryer provided. Super quiet. Great location for public transport and walking around the city. The communal areas with lots of seating and plug sockets. Friendly staff. Self check in and check out very straight forwards. Highly recommended and would stay there again.
Hotel is in the central location. Located 6-7 mins walk from Central station. Very easy to walk to many places nearby like City Hall, Shopping Street and Gamla Stan. Staffs are helpful and breakfast is plentiful.
All staffs are nice, helpful and passion Nice room and facilities Pillows and bed are comfortable Unfortunately spa service are full, I could not enjoy the spa service. I hope next time I could join. Breakfast is good, esp the pancakes Overall, I have a very good stay in the hotel.
My teenagers and I loved this hotel. It is superb value for money. As many have already mentioned, the airport bus stops close by, the subway and supermarket is also within easy reach. The room is cleaned daily. We loved the self service coffee and hot chocolate, as well as pastries. My daughter loved watching daily sunrise at the rooftop terrace. It was slightly inconvenient that we had to climb from level 5 to 6 as the lift stops on level 5, and we had a lot of luggage, but no biggie. The room was spacious (we are 3 pax) but a tad cold for us who came from the tropics. When I gave feedback about this, I was given an extra radiator for the room. We loved the breakfast. There was a lot of variety it's amazing. And also delicious. As we were travelling near Christmas, we did not realise the hotel was going to close for the holidays on the day we check out. We had intended to leave our luggage at the hotel before taking the bus to catch a flight, but found out that we had to be back by 2pm which was unexpected and we had to adjust our plans. I'd suggest this communicated early on during check in so as guests won't find their plans affected at the last minute. All in all, we enjoyed the hotel very much, and would be happy to stay here again.
The hotel is located very close to the highway to the airport, having a bus stop to/from the airport at 2-3 minutes. It is the same for buses that come from the center. The room was big enough for the whole family, the bunk beds are practical to leave some of your staff. The big windows give nice daily light and lots of sun in the morning. The breakfast is similar as in other 4* hotels in Scandinavia, but the restaurant itself is not that big, thus the hotel asks the guests to come in different times for breakfast. The only issue is that during the weekend there was lack of some food, especially during the last hour. I asked particularly for some specific food that was available during the weekdays and both, Saturday and Sunday I was told 'tomorrow'. I had a feeling that the kitchen was not ready for the number of guests they had. Probably the best part of the hotel is its living room, which offered such a nice place and atmosphere, either early in the morning (before the breakfast) or late in the evening, when you come from the busy day in the city and can enjoy free coffee/tea/water. The price we paid was very convinient for the services we got, especially comparing some other offers.
Its a Perfect location only few km from Arlanda Airport , with free airport transport . Very affordable price , good and comfortable room, and a great breakfast buffet
Fabulous, small hotel in a quiet yet convenient part of the city. Currently undergoing renovations (Jam 26) this affects weekdays only at the moment and despite some peripheral preparatory work we were not disturbed at all. Our room on the first floor was a standard double but was roomy, very clean and really nicely decorated and fitted out. Coffee and tea facilities in room were perfect and a minibar had a few essentials in it and room to provide you own too. Staff were some of the nicest and friendliest I have even had the pleasure to have met! Breakfast is an essential at the hotel as it is fabulous despite no pastries 🤔but with some of the best cakes at every cafe you pass you won’t miss out. Hot food, waffles, cereal, real bröd, cold cheese and meats as well as a dedicated gluten free station. Pedestrianised street 100m away as well as the main road of Sveavagen within 5 minutes walk where you can find the metro station, Coop, and any number of bars and restaurants. Ask about the gym and sauna that is provided by a nearby facility. All in all 100% if you don’t want to be in the old town and like a wander
