The hotel is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The overflowing pool is beautiful, the private beach is well maintained, and the spa centre is very professional, with quality care in a calm atmosphere. The Fell room is a little disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel, and the international restaurant is still medium, without great originality. In general, it is a beautiful address for a relaxing stay, despite some perfectible points.

Look everything is fine but room are very old, and very far from elevator, quality of food really wasnt satisfactory, remaining things are good.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’accueil était chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse et variée. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un emplacement idéal. Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande vivement ! Thank you very much to the whole team, I really enjoyed it, a big thank you to Abir and Simon for your company, the day of entertainment at the pool with good music and dancing, frankly it's great and the location of the hotel with a beautiful sea view and we finished with a good evening in the lounge by the pool, music at full blast with DJ Abir and Simon in dance mode, thank you very much again, I really enjoyed it, see you soon ❤️❤️

Super and warm and I advise you to visit top service

The service is very pleasant. The sheets, mattress, and pillows are very old and uncomfortable. The food is very basic, almost every day. The menu is the same. The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Food options at breakfast and dinner were decent. We are glad we went for the half board option. Desserts were really nice. Free access to indoor heated pools were really good and jacuzzi. Great view from our bedroom with two balconies. ATM and money exchange was available at the hotel. Corner shops and food shops also nearby. Evening entertainment bit loud. Beautiful view of seafront and walkable to beach with unlimited drinks. Spacious rooms and quiet. Sadly bedsheets were dirty did request for them to be changed but were still bubbly and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Pillows were too soft. Carpets a bit run down in hotel and smell of cigarettes in corridors. Requested iron three times and didnt get it till next day. Any additional water bottles for the room we were told had an extra charge. Decent hotel for a short stay.

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

I didn’t have a good experience at this Hotel. Stayed 12 days on a business trip and many of these days I arrived after work with no towels, no shampoo, or no laundry bag. Weak breakfast, and the Hotel needs a total renovation.

Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.
