Excellent, very central location. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room featured a comfortable bed and modern decor. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying.
The hotel was great: clean and quiet rooms with a delicious, plentiful breakfast. I’ve worked at the Hilton Amsterdam before, and I think the breakfast here easily beats it.
My corner room was big and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit old and could use an update.
The staff were very kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
The service, environment, hygiene, and facilities were all excellent. The location is great for those traveling by car, with an underground parking lot. There are malls and small supermarkets nearby, and it's not far from the beach. We used the washing machine, dryer, and iron, and even cooked a meal here. We'll definitely choose this place again if we have the chance, and will recommend it to friends. Very satisfied!

The hotel is situated in a central location close to the tram line and bus stops. Lara beach is just a bus journey away and Mark Antalya Shopping centre provides lots of inexpensive food options at a large food court on its top floor. The hotel staff including Omer at reception were lovely and very helpful and answered all of our questions during our stay. Breakfast is filling and delicious. The only downside was that the entertainment system was outdated with an older tv in each room with limited channels available.
The hotel is located close to the sea and the embankment. Healthy and varied breakfasts, there was oatmeal, omelet, fruit. What is important for me is a good fitness room with a horizontal bar, treadmills and dumbbells up to 20 kg. There is a free sauna. The rooms were very well cleaned. The staff is friendly.
Of the disadvantages, the hammam does not work well and there is a strange rule that you cannot bring food from stores to your room and order delivery

The room we stayed in was different from what the merchant showed. The big bed room we bought was actually upstairs, without stairs. Entering the door felt like a small hotel 30 years ago, but luckily there was a balcony, and the receptionist was an old man, so we were embarrassed It is not the three beautiful wooden houses in the picture that ask him to help with the luggage.
The location is okay, it's very convenient to go to the beach and lively neighborhoods.

Good value for money. Breakfast was included, not a huge variety but decent. The toilet lid kept closing on its own, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom light sometimes flickered. Other than that, everything was fine – daily housekeeping, water, tea, and coffee provided. A hammam was also included in the price.
This is a great otel with great customer care, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The location is just outside of alanya, you are 2min car ride away from cleopatra beach.
The room and views were incredible, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Facilities: Decent, relatively new.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service: Fairly attentive, but not overly enthusiastic. Breakfast was just okay.
Environment: The surrounding area is a bit desolate, with nothing much to see or do, and not many restaurants.

A pleasant spot right in the heart of the Old Town. It's a popular place, with lots of guests.
The room layout was a bit odd and not very practical. We also had a bit of a struggle with the main entrance door to the suite block. Don't bother booking these rooms just for the terrace, as it's shared with other rooms and located in a walkway. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful (though the coffee wasn't great), and I was especially impressed by the olive selection – about 6-7 different varieties!

DDanish ShadabNot very satisfied with the room size and other services. I booked my room inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Set breakfast with minimum spread. Dinner was also set with only three options to choose from.
BBesstia128Everything is clean and stylish. I love the large rooms, the friendly staff, and the pool area has a great atmosphere. I was reminded of Adam and Eve. The reception staff gave me all the information I needed in the city. I would highly recommend you.
GGuest UserEspecially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.
AAnonymous UserHotel is good, we were given a spacious comfortable room. Hotel staff is very kind. On the beach with the negative did not face, very welcoming were. We were on weekdays, maybe associated with it. In the restaurant a very welcoming young guy, I don't remember the name. The last day there was no cleaning, just put the paper with towels, it wasn't very nice, as after the sea the floor in the room is packed in two days. In general the hotel remained satisfied.
GGuest UserI went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.
ССветлана БорейкоWe stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer.
ИИгорьПетровHotel was shot for 24 hours. The room is small but everything is available. Breakfast is included, Swedish table. Staff is kind, love animals. Cosy hotel. There is a swimming pool but it is located in a closed area from the sun.
Kkiss5000Breakfast is the worst I have ever eaten in the past few days. The room is small and the price is expensive. Apart from the good scenery, others make me want to vomit. If I just want to take pictures, I don’t mind if I can stay.
GGuest UserOn Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything!
Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor.
+Mini club and disco open for kids everyday.
- this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it...
- noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!
TtravelwithSefThis review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist :
Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.
