Family-run home hotel, the staff were very friendly.
The room facing the street was clean and comfortable stay.
As for the location of the hotel, all the main attractions in Elzrum are within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area, so I think there is almost no problem. Breakfast is also available, so it is a very satisfying hotel overall. You can recommend it with peace of mind.

The hotel is located opposite a large city hospital. It is a pity that the price, which is not small, does not include breakfast. I didn't like the sauna - there was a terrible smell of sewage and there was no bottled water. The bathroom in the room was with a plum in the plum. The smell of cigarettes was leaked from the ventilation, while the floor was for non-smoking people.
In the rest of the rooms clean and comfortable.

The hotel liked it. Very convenient location for travelers from south Turkey to Georgia. There is no need to deepen into the city, the less many cafes, restaurants nearby. Breakfast in the hotel is decent, sausages, nagettes, eggs, mushrooms, several varieties of cheese, olive, vegetables. Overall good Swedish table. Coffee machine with different kinds of coffee. Staff polite, attentive. Room spacious. Smiling design. Hotel is new or after the capremont. Clean, comfortable. Recommend those on the way and on the road need to stay overnight. Excellent option. The only minus is a small sink in the sink, uncomfortable to wash, water sprayed. The place allows you to put a fairly wide shelter. And it will be all super at all!

The hotel is really excellent! Since Erzurum is not a crowded and big city, its location is perfect! They have free shuttle services for airport and ski resort. Staff are all friendly, and very helpful, they do their best to solve your problems and always smile.

Meet politely, everyone told. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the room is a teapot, coffee, tea. The bathroom is clean, lots of bottles with shower tools. Soap pump) in the room smells nice. The disadvantages - the plumbing is tired, requires attention. Breakfast that is included in the value, chic! Very big choice, the Swedish table, delicious. The ratio of price and quality is very good.
The location is successful, sights in a few minutes, there is a parking lot.

IIulianaExcellent decently priced hotel. It is walking distance to the city center (20 minutes) and 5 minutes from the famous street with cag kebap restaurants. The rooms are good, clean, with bathroom. The only downside is that you don't have a fridge in the room and you should put your things in the big fridge in the breakfast room. Breakfast is open buffet and you can eat well in the morning. Staff is nice and friendly. They don't have a parking, you can only park in front of the hotel. Two nearby mosques.

Номер просторный, но мебель немного обшарпанная, штора была оборвана (муж ее починил). В номере нет чайника, но внизу есть бойлер и чай пить можно сколько хочешь. На ночь включают батареи, есть одеяло в шкафу, поэтому мы не мерзли. Кровать удобная. Несмотря на включенное на ночь отопление, пол холодный и днем прохладно, берите пижаму и тапочки, ночью на улице минус. Уборки за три дня не было.
Очень приветливый портье, помог с бронированием билетов на автобус, днем позже рассказал, как их выкупить в турбюро в городе, спасибо ему большое за отзыв!
Завтраки с 7.30. есть картошка, яйца, нарезка сыра, джемы, масло, мед, огурцы и помидоры, из фруктов мандарины и яблоки.

PprenterBooked a single room only. Stayed 2 nights, went to Agri Dagi and returned for one more. Limited space as expected. Water pressure and hot water response time actually pretty good. No air temperature control in too but not important in October. Need larger waste bin and a floor mat to absorb shower water. Breakfast offered (usual Turkish fare), internet reliable. Overall represents inexpensive option at $15AUD per night.
