Excellent and clean hotel! The room was small but cozy. The bedding and towels were new and spotless. The plumbing, drainage, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The staff are responsive and friendly. Everything at breakfast was fresh and delicious. We walked to the waterfront. We really wanted to stay a bit longer, but we were pressed for time.

My experience at Noax Hotel in Mersin was very poor due to a serious incident that does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. On April 24, I left the hotel at 6:00 PM for dinner and returned at 9:30 PM. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to find one person inside the room and another person in the bathroom. When I asked why they were there, they informed me that they were new guests who had just been assigned the room, despite clearly noticing that there were bags and clothes inside, indicating that the room was already occupied. According to their account, they had contacted the front desk to report that the room was not vacant. Nevertheless, the reception sent a bellboy to the room, who proceeded to collect all my personal belongings, including my clothes and luggage, and moved them to the hotel lobby without my knowledge or consent. I immediately went to the reception desk to inquire about why my belongings had been removed and why other guests had been assigned my room. The staff apologized and claimed it was a “mistake.” The duty manager also came and offered a verbal apology. However, what happened goes far beyond a simple administrative error. It constitutes a serious breach of privacy and a significant failure in professional conduct, especially considering that my belongings were handled in a careless and disrespectful manner, and that sensitive personal items, including my personal computer and documents, were in the room. This incident negatively affected my mood and caused discomfort throughout my entire stay. Despite my request for a formal written apology explaining the incident, none was provided, with the justification that it was merely a mistake and that my belongings had not been stolen. Based on the above, my evaluation of this stay is very poor. What occurred represents a serious professional failure that does not align with the standards expected from a hotel of this category.

Great hotel 🏨 It's a bit far from the center, but we know the city well, so it wasn't a problem. It's clean, cozy, and beautiful, and the room has everything you need.

I liked the hammam, it was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is the location. It's located in the middle of favelas, and the walk to the sea is also through favelas. The view from any window is terrible.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

This hotel is located near Mersin Railway Station. There are various other hotels nearby. The rooms are clean. The power button on the remote control was broken, but I fixed it by turning off the main power.

I had a pleasant stay at Divan Mersin Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety. My only issue was that the rooms had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice the staff are lovely but talk little English if you don’t talk Turkish downstairs they always had fresh Turkish tea I always seen the ladies cleaning room out it was nice little stay the rooms are comfortable

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the sea. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the details are in place. Breakfast is enjoyed on the first floor. There are many types of meals and the fruit has kiwi fruit. The staff is kind and courteous, always smiling and serving, very comfortable.
