We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

Seriously, this is an outstanding hotel. It took me a while to choose this place, and while the price was on the higher side, it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room environment was beautiful. The observation deck offers breathtaking views. It's located on a hill in Uchisar, a town that's delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle of Goreme. You can reach Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, with just a five-minute walk. The hotel breakfast was quite good, but the real highlight was enjoying it with such a magnificent view. The hotel can also help you book various local services. We booked a Turkish Night with dinner, as well as a taxi. Both were fantastic experiences – the Turkish Night was 2000 Lira per person, and the round-trip taxi was 850 Lira.

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. A spacious room with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The breakfast was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel!

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

Wonderful hotel! The moment we stepped into the room, we just thought 'Wow.' It's an excellent starting point for excursions. We rented a car to be more independent. It's a shame our stay was only two days, but we will definitely be back—also because the breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel so far. Thank you, thank you so much!

Sacred Mansion’da geçirdiğimiz 2 gece 3 gün, Kapadokya’nın mistik ruhunu en derinden hissettiğimiz anlarla doluydu. Otelin her köşesindeki o devasa, büyüleyici heykeller ve Lilith Restoran’ın olağanüstü atmosferi tatili bambaşka bir boyuta taşıdı resmen. Estetiğin, konforun ve tarihin bu kadar zarifçe birleştiği çok az yer var bence. Bu otel sadece bir otel değil, adeta yaşayan bir sanat galerisi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca personelin profesyonelliğinden ve odaların o otantik yapısından, temizliğinden, kişisel ürünlerin kalitesinden çok etkilendik. Özellikle Lilith’te akşam yemeği yiyip o heybetli heykellerin arasında vakit geçirmek büyüleyiciydi. Kapadokya’nın ruhunu bu kadar klas bir şekilde yaşattığınız için teşekkürler. Her detayıyla kusursuz bir deneyimdi, mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz.

A very related help is a hotel run by people. We were very happy.We are very close to the center. We recommend to everyone. Especially breakfast varieties were perfect.

The cave-style room was comfortable and well designed, with efficient underfloor heating. Staff members kindly assisted with luggage, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the stay. The restaurant offers a daily changing menu with consistently high-quality food. The rooftop bar is a separate venue, featuring three distinct terraces. One terrace is enclosed with a transparent cover, allowing guests to enjoy the space comfortably even during the winter months. Thanks to the hotel’s elevated position, the rooftop bar provides stunning nighttime views over Göreme, while Sunset Point is also within easy walking distance. The hotel’s Turkish bath and spa facilities are elegant and well maintained, with professional and attentive staff delivering a relaxing experience. When an issue arose with a pre-booked horseback riding activity, the hotel team promptly assisted in reorganizing our plans. Rose redesigned a walking route covering the Göreme Open-Air Museum, Rose Valley, and Sword Valley, transforming a potential disappointment into a memorable highlight of our trip. On the day of departure for Istanbul, the hotel staff personally came out to see us off, a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. Highly recommended, and I would be pleased to stay here again

This was an absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. While cave hotels offer a unique charm, for families with children, considering the comfortable room environment and excellent hotel services, this particular hotel comes highly recommended. Even with many families present, the hotel maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your stay. The meals were superb – both lavish and healthy! The staff's service was impeccable. You can even watch the hot air balloons from the hotel entrance, and by just crossing the road, you can capture truly amazing photos of them. This is a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you. I definitely want to come back again.
