I had a very pleasant stay at Harmony Hotel in Kampala. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, close to many key places in the city. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, and the hotel offers good value for money overall. Went down to the counter to extend my stay for one more day, was told that it is ok as long as I pay before 1300. when I went to pay at 1300, I was told that the hotel is full and I have to check out.When I check back at Trip.com I saw that there are other rooms avaliable but I was not even given that option. It would have been ok if I was told that it was full and I cannot extend. I am now stuck at the lobby and will have to look for another hotel.

The hotel is very international and the service is very good, very nice.

The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

Hotel is within walking distance of downtown. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Not many dining options within the vicinity although hotel does have a restaurant. Breakfast was satisfactory and delivered to room. Internet was fast. There are matatus that pass the hotel that go all the way to Entebbe so it was very convenient for me

The internal facilities of the room are average, equivalent to the domestic 100-300 Express Hotel... The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the airport and there is a pick-up service. The breakfast type is acceptable. It is close to Lake Victoria, the scenery is very good, that is, there are a lot of small bugs...the original ecology, nature...

Super exceeding expectations hotel! We had a trip the next morning, so we originally booked here for one night. I thought I could sleep and take a shower. I didn't have too high expectations for the hotel, and the result was unexpectedly good. The room is very very spacious, the ventilation, lighting and hot water facilities are also very good, the health is very clean, even the socket panel is Chinese. The hotel's rare package of three meals is Chinese food. Our plane arrived late, and the boss also specially reserved dinner, especially after we came from South Sudan and ate the fly-filled African meal in the wild for more than a week, we could eat clean and authentic Chinese food. It was as warm as going home.

Excellent hotel, central location, beautiful environment, balcony, delicious breakfast. There are delicious restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I go to Kampala.

Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast. Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet. Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.

I asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad! It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!! I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!
