Location: The location is good; although it's outside the old city, it's only a 3-minute walk to the old city. Facilities: While I didn't get to stay in a traditional building converted from the Academy, the decor is relatively new and the facilities are modern, making it more comfortable. The downside is the lack of a gym, making exercise inconvenient. Service: The front desk service was good; they offered tea and pomegranate juice while I was waiting to check in. They politely declined my request to check in early at 8 AM (which would have cost extra), so I didn't get my room key until the afternoon. Other: Booking a Kala tour wasn't cost-effective (other tours were $50, while theirs was $80), so I found other travelers on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) to join a group tour.

Slightly underwhelming experience. 1) Check-in and overall experience with staff: Just OK. No one was at reception upon arrival, but a guy eventually came and he was friendly. A girl at the breakfast area was also quite warm, but other than that, most others don't really interact with guests. 2) Location: It was clear before booking it was slightly off the old city, but there really was nothing within walking distance. No restaurants or shops to get food. One can walk to the old city (~20 mins) but the roads are unpaved and there is no street lighting at night. However, the hotel provides free shuttle service to the West Gate and the train station; very helpful. 3) Breakfast: Small spread but quite tasty. I recommend installing a coffee machine. 4) Amenities: The room was spacious and comfortable, but the water supply was very erratic. The first morning there was no water supply for hours, while the pressure became weak and the toilet couldn't flush on the second morning. Overall, it was quite average, but given the low price, I think it's still OK for budget conscious travellers who don't mind being away from the centre of Khiva.

The hotel is located in the old city, which is great for daily strolls, allowing us to easily return for a rest whenever we wanted. They offer triple rooms, and while breakfast is simple, it's filling. The staff's English is excellent, making communication seamless, and the service is good. You can call the front desk to book airport pickup and drop-off. The hotel terrace offers fantastic sunrise views! However! When we arrived, the hotel was undergoing simple renovations, which Trip.com and its agents failed to inform us about! This seriously affected our health! But once we checked in, it was non-cancellable! And at that time, we weren't even sure if we could find another hotel. There were paint cans in the hallway, so our room had a strong renovation smell. I immediately contacted Trip.com customer service, but regrettably received no response, absolutely no response! Not even from a human agent! It wasn't until I checked out that they offered me a so-called 'solution'! I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service and hoped Trip.com would take international bookings seriously and fulfill its responsibilities! Regarding the hotel service, after I reported the issue, the front desk attendant showed me all the remaining rooms, but unfortunately, they all had the same smell. He then helped us turn on the ventilation fan; in short, he did everything he could to help. We had no choice but to make do for one night. If you plan to stay a month from now, I would still recommend it!

I booked 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the city wall. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a taxi to Moynaq and Bukhara. The safety box didn't work but I felt safe anyways. The room and the toilet were ok just a bit smell if paint or something like that. They have kettle, coffee, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the room. The breakfast was very complete and the taste was good too. If you have a tour at 7 am they make sure you have your breakfast before you leave which was very kind of them.

Very good, overall very satisfied, the environment is good, the service staff is also very nice, close to the attractions, recommend everyone can live here, I hope a pleasant journey

Even before my arrival, the hotel efficiently arranged airport transfers and sightseeing cars via email correspondence, which was incredibly helpful. The driver was also very kind. The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to walk to many attractions. Getting back after seeing the illuminations was also very easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was surprisingly substantial. In addition to what was already on the table, I was served fried eggs and sausages. I enjoyed the two boiled eggs and two fried eggs immensely.

Good hotel, would recommend.

The homestay is in the old city. It takes about 200 meters to enter from a city gate. The taxi and the gatekeeper explain that they can drive into the hotel. Walk 200 meters at night to the short tower to see the night view, but you have to pass a dark light alley, and the small city is safe.

This hotel is located within Ichon Qala, the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Khiva. The cleanliness, location, service, facilities, and amenities were all wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind. It was the best quality hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan, and I would love to visit again! What I liked: • The room was super clean • Excellent location • Delicious breakfast • Enjoyable conversations with the staff • They helped exchange USD to local currency What I found a bit disappointing: • Honestly, nothing at all (seriously!)

The hotel is located inside Ichan Qal’a. It is new, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, and the hotel offers beautiful views. It also features a rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery.
