The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.
Hotel locate best the west station notte fare from the city center with a nice walk, the room were clean and big and had all amenities. The reception was open 24/7 and offered breakfast.
Very convenient hostel in Europe. There are all of the facilities you'll need during your stay such as complimentary hair dryer, soap and shower gel.
Just five minutes on foot from Graz Hauptbahnhof. You can go to the main famous cities within 4 hours from there
Einfache und unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr sauberes und relativ neues Hotel. Sehr kompetente, nette und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Frühstücksbuffet- einfach alles da was
das Herz begehrt, das Auge erspäht und der Frühstücksmagen verlangt. Wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Wir werden bei anderen Österreichischen Städtetrips, bei der Buchung
wieder harry´s home Hotels einplanen.
The Hotel Daniel is a hotel for business travelers. We were 2 families and stayed for two nights. The service was recorded. Our suitcases were taken from us immediately and taken to a locked room (both on arrival and departure). This was particularly helpful as we arrived/departed by car.
walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding traffic is very convenient, and the travel is very convenient. The overall hygiene of the room is very good, clean and tidy, no smell. Living is very safe, the price is good, suitable for travel or short trips.
After a long trip you come to the hotel and just want to check in without problems. Unfortunately, this was not the case. A staff member told me hard that breakfast was not included in the price and does not even try to explain why. Simply, despite evidence, he said differently... Fortunately, the next day, another employee was and explained to me how and what is. Then the matter was quickly resolved.
Frokost costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sauce, eggs, etc.). Only bread, sauce and sweets... cooked eggs were cold! ... so better elsewhere breakfast than in the hotel...
Check-in time is given as 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. In fact, the room could only be occupied shortly before 6 p.m. This was not due to the cleaning team but to reception/management, who had allowed the previous guest to occupy the room until 5 p.m. (instead of just 12 p.m.). The wish of the previous guest was therefore at the expense of the new guest. The welcome discussions at 1:45 p.m., 5:25 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. are a bit tense; a friendly, warm “welcome” is different.
A tax is due when checking out, even though the invoice was already charged when booking. This could have been mentioned on the reservation confirmation or somewhere else or at the very latest when checking in. When saying goodbye, an unpleasant situation arises in the form of a discussion with a sluggish, grumbling receptionist who obviously feels disturbed.
The room's facilities are perfectly fine: If the bathtub is to be used as a shower, a robust grab bar would be an advantage for safety when getting out (slippery).
About the location: within walking distance of the train station, easily accessible by tram, not too far from the center, so there is some (but not really much) street noise until midnight and from 5:30 onwards.

GGuest UserClean, well-maintained rooms, the coffee and drinks machine near the room was also good. Unfortunately, my old sat nav didn't recognize the street and we had to search. Difficult in the dark and without signs. But otherwise I found the hotel good. Thank you very much
