Great
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong.
Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

LLvaldiEverything was excellent! I would recommend it anytime! Huge room with everything you need, comfortable and perfectly accessible! Thank you for the service!

GGuest UserClean, well-maintained rooms, the coffee and drinks machine near the room was also good. Unfortunately, my old sat nav didn't recognize the street and we had to search. Difficult in the dark and without signs. But otherwise I found the hotel good. Thank you very much
