The breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western style, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Hotel location is excellent, highly recommended!

The hotel is in the style of an old state-owned enterprise. The facilities are too old and seem to have not been renovated. The rooms are small and damaged everywhere. Its location is the best, just within 100 meters after entering the toll gate. The service in the front desk lobby is relatively good, and they are caring. The mix of guests is also a problem. You can hear loud noises at four o'clock in the morning, and at six o'clock in the morning, the old men and women ”wake up” everyone like the crowing of the 🐓 in the morning. The breakfast is average. By the way, I have to remind you that starting this year, Jiuhua Mountain does not allow self-driving to the mountain during the day (it is allowed after 5 pm, but it is also subject to the daily control notice). Guests need to pick up their own luggage and take the shuttle bus at 50 yuan per person to check in after going up the mountain, which is not very convenient.

The room is well-equipped and has a unique decoration, but maybe because it is a long time ago, there are too many fabrics, which makes people feel that the hygiene is not very good, and the elevator is very slow. The surrounding environment is very good, with a variety of popular snacks. It is also 3 minutes away from the river and the city center. The overall cost performance is good.

A hidden, ancient courtyard tucked away in Tunxi Old Street, featuring a stargazing loft where you can gaze at the starry sky and bright moon directly from your bed. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, I was able to lie in bed and watch the moon without stepping outside—it was truly dreamlike. The common areas are incredibly spacious; my child spent time practicing calligraphy and playing the guzheng, completely captivated. It was wonderfully relaxing, washing away all the fatigue from yesterday's hike up Huangshan.

I checked in once on May 1st, and came back to check in again on May 3rd after climbing Huangshan. I had originally agreed with the housekeeper to continue arranging the room that I stayed in on May 1st and the accommodation needs that I had customized before, and to put the stored luggage in the room. As a result, when I checked in at nearly 3 pm after dragging my tired body down the mountain on May 3rd, the male waiter at the front desk changed me to a corner room on the pretext that the room was not cleaned well, and he also ignored all other accommodation needs that I had agreed with the housekeeper. There was no welcome fruit in the room, only two sesame cakes and minibar drinks and snacks. And the waitress at the coffee island on the second day of breakfast impatiently asked me to take away the cold latte as a hot latte, and she didn't apologize after I pointed it out to her. This made this stay unpleasant. Most of the hotel waiters are very proactive in service, but some waiters need to be more attentive and service-minded to follow up on guest needs.

this is a very high standard hotel. great service from the ladies at the front desk and great amenities with thick towels. room is comfortable and very convenient. located right by busy intersection with lots of shops and eateries nearby. pedestrian street just few min walk. I love the location. the lobby is on 6th floor and there is someone there 24 hours which is very nice. you can walk to many places nearby amd spend whole day walking around hotel looking at shops and eating there. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
