When I booked the hotel, I was a bit worried seeing that the pick-up service was only from 8 AM to midnight. I specifically called to confirm that they could still pick me up even if my train arrived in Dunhuang around 7 AM. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Shazhou Night Market, Dunhuang Bookstore, Dunhuang Print Bureau, and Mingsha Mountain. I'm very grateful to the kind lady at the front desk for upgrading my room and allowing me to check in early. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Oh, and the two cats at the front desk are absolutely adorable!

Choosing this hotel for our family trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel was so thoughtful, providing kids' slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries. The room was spacious, which was great for the kids to run around safely. The cleanliness was exceptional, even the corners were spotless, so I felt completely at ease letting my children play. The surrounding area had everything we needed – dining and shopping all in one place, no need to travel far. The staff were friendly; they'd proactively greet the little ones, and even helped with luggage and recommended family-friendly attractions. The bedding was comfortable, and everyone in the family slept really well. The overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it perfect for families. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to the night market, just a few minutes' walk, which makes dining and getting massages very convenient. The price was great during the off-season. It's also not too far from the train station, about a 20-something taxi ride.

Maybe it's due to geographical factors, new construction and operation factors, or the gap between east and west operations. Longnan Hilton still needs to work harder. First, the construction unit hasn't debugged the elevator yet, and there was a creaking sound during operation (this needs to be repaired and debugged, I'm a construction professional). Second, the smell of room decoration is still quite obvious. Third, it's difficult to open the external window (also a problem of inadequate installation). Fourth, the thing that affects my mood the most is that the toilet seat cover is not cleaned, and there is an unknown color liquid, which is extremely unfriendly to the health of guests. Fifth, the breakfast needs to be improved. Please pay attention to it. Please also pay attention to Ctrip customer service. Zhongzhou Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've stayed at in years regarding service. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, proactively greeted us, helped with the elevator, and even assisted with our luggage. They were incredibly generous with bottled water in the room, providing plenty. In the afternoon, we even received two complimentary bowls of mixed noodles, which was a lifesaver for us after a day of sightseeing and heading to the 'Meet Dunhuang Again' show that evening. It meant we didn't have to rush to find dinner. The breakfast buffet was also very extensive and delicious. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel also offers a self-service laundry and drying room, showcasing their thoughtful service. On top of that, they provided a free airport pick-up. We also booked tickets for the 'Meet Dunhuang Again' show through the hotel, which not only saved us 30 RMB per ticket but also included pick-up and drop-off, so we didn't have to worry about finding a taxi after the show. Next time I visit Dunhuang, I will definitely book Zhongzhou again.

The hotel's location is excellent; right outside, you can catch buses to destinations like Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, the airport, the train station, and Xuanquanzi Scenic Area. The hotel interior is also quite new, and the bedding is good. Downsides: The water wasn't hot enough. They required a 30 RMB deposit for each room key card, which is something I haven't seen in years. For such a large hotel, it felt really petty. The front desk service wasn't bad, but it felt a bit forced and uncomfortable. I don't know why, but they barely smiled, which made me wonder if the management was mistreating them? It just made for an uncomfortable experience. They offer a station drop-off service, which I initially thought was a nice perk. However, the communication was unclear, and I wasn't sure if the car was even there. When you're traveling in an unfamiliar place and have a train to catch, punctuality is crucial. No one could give me a clear answer. In the end, I had to repeatedly press the front desk in the morning before they could confirm. It left a very bad impression; the entire management seems to have issues.

Hotel is very close and walking distance to the West entrance, which is less crowded and quiet than the East. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Helped us with finding out the local bus schedule to Bingou and Kangle grassland and back to Zhangye and made sure we boarded the correct bus safely. There are plenty of local food options along the main road as well. Highly recommended to stay here for a Zhangye trip. Will definitely stay here when I return!

Knowing we were on a road trip, they specially recommended local delicacies, sightseeing routes, and even some hidden photo spots in Jiayuguan. They also suggested a few hidden gem snack shops popular with locals – so thoughtful! Any requests we had during our stay were promptly met by the staff, who were always polite and never perfunctory. It really made us feel well taken care of. **Environment:** The room had fantastic natural light, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The front desk mentioned the mattress was imported. At night, we could even watch the stars and moon from the room and took some pictures. The location is also excellent, super close to the food street, making it convenient for exploring and dining. It's also a short drive to the Jiayuguan scenic area.
