It's very close to the airport and provides a dedicated shuttle service, wake-up calls, and breakfast. The front desk staff and service team were very attentive and deserve praise. The surrounding environment is tidy, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's perfect for travelers catching a flight. I will definitely book again.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Better than I expected but I got upgraded though to a higher floor! It's in a commercial/residential building and it's very new. Has all the amenities you need; daily 2 bottle water, toothbrush, body wash, shampoo - no conditioner though, huge fridge and even a washer and detergent with area to hang your clothes to dry. I had the river view which was amazing day and night! It's about 2km walk to the Gongbei border but Zhuhai is cheap and convenient with Didi, plus many taxis and restaurants downstairs with Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC if you need your western fix. Cleaning is done daily if needed, they will send you a wechat message to ask. All the staff are amazing, so friendly and will help you if you need anything. Highly recommend and will be back!

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Shanwei. It felt so warm and welcoming! Environment: Excellent Service: Outstanding

On Children's Day holiday, I was wondering where to take my kids when I saw this place on a video and it looked pretty good. It's quite convenient to get here by subway. From the city center, take Metro Line 2 to Guangzhou South Station, then transfer to Foshan Line 2. Get off at Shiliang B exit, go through the tunnel, and you're there. Very convenient. As soon as I entered, I was captivated by the magnificent fish tank. It was stunning. The service was excellent. Although we had to wait a bit to check in, we were allowed to go up to the 3rd floor and play in the ball pit, which was great. The dinner buffet was very rich. I had all the salmon sashimi I wanted. You could take several oysters at once, which was a nice touch! There was also white and red wine available. Overall, I was very satisfied. Highly recommend! The breakfast buffet was also very generous, with a wide variety of fruits.

This hotel is super close to Guangzhou East Station, just about a five-minute walk. The hotel facilities and service are excellent. As a member, I was able to get a room upgrade, and the pool and sauna were also great! The breakfast the next morning was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of choices to cater to different nationalities, including Muslim-friendly options. The caramel bread, in particular, was absolutely delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel! I'll definitely be booking it again soon.

The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!

The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and comfortable. They even upgraded our room for free when they found out we had a child, which was a nice touch. There's a washer and dryer available, and the parking lot is right downstairs, conveniently located by the road. Being on a higher floor meant we didn't have to worry about noise. It's super easy to get around, and the pedestrian street is only about a ten-minute walk away. Definitely recommend!

Ascott M-City Foshan gets my like! Sadly, I only stayed for one night. I don’t often come to this area and usually visit for business, but this stay was a great experience. I had a room with a beautiful view, the bed was incredibly soft, and I slept really well. The property offers all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, and there are coffee shops, restaurants, and a mall right at your doorstep. The breakfast was also very good. I hope to have business here again — and next time, I’ll definitely stay an extra night or two just to fully enjoy the place. Highly recommended!

What an excellent stay! The room is very beautiful and well decorated, cozy, and have a stunning ocean view. I got in the room and immediately felt at home. Everything is clean, all amenities are in excellent conditions. The bed was sooo comfortable, the pillows are high quality, and the service attitude was wonderful. I went on a business trip and couldn’t stay as much as I wanted, but now knowing this hotel, I’m planing to go back, book the same room and stay more days, enjoy a little holiday, have a longer quality time at this place. Highly recommended!
