The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

This hotel is super close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, just a few minutes' drive away. The environment is fantastic, with a garden-style design surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The moment you step in, all your travel fatigue just melts away. The rooms are clean and tidy with great natural light, and the bedding is really comfortable. The service is thoughtful and attentive; the front desk staff are warm and efficient, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including some authentic Guizhou specialties. The hotel is also very new, and it's incredibly convenient that you can open the door with your phone, so there's no need for a key card.

This hotel Location nice, just locat at side of main entrance,become convenient to enter seeking foods or take bus,room confortable and clean,the owner are nice couple, they provide free pick up and sending back to train station service,saving us a lot trouble,no regret,is the right hotel to pick.

The hotel environment is pretty good, though the soundproofing isn't ideal. However, once you're asleep, it's not a big deal. It's located right at the entrance of the pedestrian street within the ancient city, so there's a good amount of foot traffic. The hotel breakfast tastes good, and the auntie who makes it is very warm and friendly!

I stayed at Yunfuli for the Fanjingshan climbing competition. The inn's wooden decor was incredibly rustic and cozy. The room facilities were convenient and complete, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a wide, beautiful view. The owner was also very kind. After climbing, our shoes were wet and cold, and the owner allowed us to wash our feet in hot water and change into clean socks. I'm very grateful. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with excellent central air conditioning. We arrived on a cold, rainy winter night with our dog, elderly parents, and child, and were greeted by warm, friendly smiles and greetings from the staff. Everyone, from the front desk staff in the lobby to the security guards, and the staff we encountered in the elevators and restaurant, was incredibly nice and friendly, both to us and to our dog. The breakfast was plentiful, and both the facilities and service were easily four-star quality, offering exceptional value for money. The 100 yuan deposit for our dog was refunded instantly; it hit our account before we even exited the underground parking lot. For a hotel that's so friendly and welcoming to pets, I highly recommend staying here.

The B&B gave us so many surprises. First of all, the housekeeper Xiaoqin was always thoughtful from check-in to farewell. She is a simple and kind-hearted person. The children especially like her. Secondly, the bedding, cleanliness and quality of the rooms in the B&B are all very good. There is also free afternoon tea and minibar. Third, the view from the room is very good, and you can see the entire Drum Tower and stockade. Fourth, the design of the B&B is very clever, with water systems interspersed in it, and it is well-proportioned. Fifth, I was lucky enough to catch up with the wedding next door and get a free dinner. I integrated into the local life and the food was delicious!

Excellent value for money! **Facilities:** The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, as all the facilities are brand new. The room was very spacious and even had a smart AI assistant. They provide three meals a day, so you don't even need to go out for food, and they offer free laundry service. **Hygiene:** Very clean, with thoughtful little amenities like disinfectant wipes and toilet seat covers. **Environment:** Great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient access to anywhere you want to go. **Service:** Every staff member was very enthusiastic. **One small area for improvement:** The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Choosing the Hampton by Hilton was the perfect decision for my trip to Kaili! It's not far from the Folk Culture Park, making it super convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The hotel facilities are brand new and spotless, and the room was spacious and bright. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a truly peaceful stay. The staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and any requests were handled promptly. The breakfast had a great variety, including some delicious local specialties. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, is meticulously clean, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kaili!

Service: The owner was so enthusiastic, giving us tips on how to easily explore Xiaoqikong and Daqikong (Small and Large Seven-Hole Scenic Areas), and even treated us to some really sweet oranges 🍊. For those who love Hanfu, you can rent outfits for photoshoots. Introverts can enjoy a game of chess, while extroverts can gather for a lively mahjong session 🀄. Our little one had an absolute blast! At our next hotel, the first thing they asked was, 'Do they have a mahjong room here?' Hahaha 😂. Facilities: Since there were many of us this time, we specifically chose the unique three-story suite. Not only did it have independent dual bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings much less chaotic, but the parent-child facilities – especially the big slide – brought out the inner child in both adults and kids. There's also a fantastic massage chair 💆 on the first floor that's incredibly comfortable. The large outdoor terrace would be perfect for sunbathing for hours if the weather is good ☀. P.S. A note on the location: It's only a few hundred meters from the East Gate of the Daqikong/Xiaoqikong scenic area, less than a ten-minute walk to the East Gate Visitor Center. The guesthouse used to offer shuttle services, but unfortunately, due to policy changes, these have all been discontinued. It's a bit of a shame, but regardless of its location, facilities, or service, it's still an incredibly worthwhile guesthouse!
