Five stars, highly recommend! The service throughout my stay was incredibly attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with meticulous care. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, responding quickly to any requests and resolving them effectively. Every detail showed how much thought was put in, making for an exceptional experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Free underground parking with plenty of spaces, and EV chargers are available, making it very EV-friendly. The staff are super friendly and even gave a small gift to my child. Afternoon tea and breakfast were both excellent, though the restaurant is a bit small so it's best to go early. The bedding in the room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for heating. It was also very convenient to take a taxi to various spots in the ancient city. Plus, there's a top-rated local restaurant right next door with delicious and incredibly cheap shaomai!

The hotel's newly opened ． in 25 years likes the layout of the room, (mainly without the taste of decoration ．) a value-for-money  hotel, worthy of praise is the rich breakfast and variety, thank the front desk clerk and floor attendant ． service warmly treat customers ． at home, Next time I come to Hengshui, I will stay at this hotel ．

Another fantastic stay at Novotel, just as excellent as before. It's my go-to hotel when visiting Shijiazhuang for business. The location is superb, with convenient transport making it easy to get around and conduct business. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful. A nice bonus is the complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel is right next to Wanlimiao Pedestrian Street, meaning there are plenty of dining choices all around. I even got a complimentary upgrade to a suite this time! I'll certainly be choosing to stay here again on my next trip to Shijiazhuang.

A good budget hotel not too far from the train station..I just walked there. The staff are nice and you even get a free breakfast in the morning.. wow! Good heating and a washing machine to! Probably the best value hotel in Handan. Highly Recommended!!

The hotel facilities are very good. It is not far from Handan East Station. The room is very clean. The floor is very good and the view is great. The smart toilet is very useful. The small refrigerator even has a microwave. This is the first time I have encountered such a configuration in a hotel. It is very considerate. The whole house is very smart and convenient. It turns out that I am incoherent. In short, it is very good

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

Review 🏨: Highly recommended! Excellent value for money. The hotel facilities are complete and relatively new. Since high floors generally have good soundproofing, I slept very well. There's a subway station downstairs, and shopping malls like ”FreshFresh” and ”Starbucks” are very convenient for delivery (robot delivery available). The breakfast was plentiful and the service was good. It's not too far from various attractions. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has disposable toilet seat covers and is very clean! Highly recommended!

Originally, for this ski trip to Chongli near Beijing, Genting was my first choice. However, I have a soft spot for big brand hotels, so when I saw there was a Crowne Plaza, I switched to it. Firstly, I love that the rooms have wooden floors, and secondly, the balcony view from the room is absolutely stunning! I couldn't get enough of the mountain and lake views; every day, besides skiing, was spent just taking photos. The hotel service was also incredibly satisfying, especially our butler, Linda Fan. She was exceptionally thoughtful, patiently showing us rooms until we were completely happy. Her warm and helpful service made this trip very enjoyable, and I'm very grateful. I also want to mention the hotel's breakfast – a rich variety of delicious options.

Five stars, hands down! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it super easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked us in efficiently. Housekeeping was quick to respond, and the cleanliness, down to the smallest details, was impeccable. The facilities were all well-equipped and worked perfectly. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommend!
