I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

The room I stayed in was quite spacious and offered a direct view of the river, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The homestay is conveniently located right by the main road that cars can easily access, and there is a lift available up to the 4th floor. From the homestay, it is easy to walk to the main tourist areas, and there are plenty of restaurants and minimarts nearby. The host is very friendly and helpful. They also assisted with coordinating transportation from the HSR station to the homestay, which made the arrival process very smooth. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner is exceptionally kind, warm, and incredibly helpful, especially for travelers who are unfamiliar with Zhangjiajie. They went above and beyond to provide us with useful travel tips and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was truly outstanding, exceeding our expectations in every way. The location is also perfect, very strategic and convenient for exploring the main attractions in Zhangjiajie. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

I've been to many ancient towns, but Furong Town is the only one that truly lives and breathes with the sound of water and the glow of lights. The waterfall cascades right past the eaves, and the bluestone slabs are smoothed by time. The lights at night aren't a forced spectacle, but rather a gentle embrace that envelops the entire town. There's no frivolous over-commercialization, just the poetic harmony of nature and local life. It's breathtaking at first sight and unforgettable for a lifetime – this is truly an irreplaceable secret gem of western Hunan.

I specifically chose a guesthouse with a direct view of the waterfall for my trip to Furong Ancient Town, and it truly exceeded my expectations! As soon as I opened the window, there was Furong Waterfall. In the restaurant, I could see the mist rising, and when the sun was out, I could even spot a rainbow. At night, the lights on the waterfall made it feel like a magical fairyland – the night view was absolutely stunning, a hundred times more beautiful than during the day! I could hear the sound of Furong Waterfall right from my bed, and I slept incredibly well. The guesthouse itself is decorated in a super authentic Tujia style, with beautiful wooden elements that give it a lot of character. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and breakfast was also fantastic.

This hotel is tucked away in an alley near Hongqiao, and while it's not directly on the river, a short walk of a few dozen meters takes you right to the heart of the Tuojiang scenic area. The rooms are quiet, very clean and tidy, with a great separate wet/dry bathroom and powerful shower. Breakfast is provided, and there's a lovely rooftop tea area where you can relax with tea, chat, and enjoy the views. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and proactive; they'll contact you before check-in for pickup, otherwise, it would be tricky to find! For those driving, they'll arrange free parking at a nearby lot, which is very convenient. The hotel has four floors; it would be absolutely perfect if there were an elevator, especially for older guests, to avoid climbing stairs.

This hotel is super close to the shuttle station for Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park (routes A, B, and C require reservations), just a 2-minute walk away. It's an excellent location for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie's Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. The room size, layout, and cleanliness are all great. (Note: There's some construction noise during the day from a new building site nearby.)

The place is genuinely clean, and the layout ensures privacy from other guests. For this price, the value for money is absolutely outstanding. Typically, cheaper places have cleanliness issues, and more expensive ones are just too pricey. Here, you pay for a standard hotel but get a villa-like experience. You can spend an entire afternoon relaxing, enjoying the scenery with a cup of tea. The laundry room has both washing and drying facilities, so no need to queue like in a hotel, and there's even a butler service. They also have a mahjong room and a bamboo grove for barbecues. Thumbs up!

The owner was fully committed for us to have the best experience in Fenghuang city. We were contacted 2 days before our arrival for a pick-up from the railway station. Everything went so smoothly. I was speechless regarding the quality of the service. It was also relieving as I travelled with my parents who are not that young anymore. We had the same shuttle service for our way back to the station. The hôtel also helped us book a guided tour to visit the surrounding. We are not just receiving a room in this hotel. We received much more. We were really grateful for your kindness.

Extremely pleased with this hotel! The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff were all smiles, and our butler, An Yu, was particularly welcoming. He proactively greeted us, thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and dining hours, and even sent thoughtful reminders for meal times. The hotel's decor is a beautiful New Chinese style, creating a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Watching the city lights at night from our room was incredibly relaxing. Cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress had the perfect firmness, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The facilities are top-notch: the shower had excellent, stable water pressure, and the hot water was instant – perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Both breakfast and the late-night snack were abundant and delicious. I especially recommend the freshly prepared rice noodles and fresh fruit, which truly recharged us for our day's activities. The location is also incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a nearly perfect stay. From the amenities to the soft services, everything exceeded my expectations. The value for money is exceptional; it's absolutely worth every penny. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family!
