First, I have to rave about the river view! The room offered an unparalleled vista, directly facing the wide river. Watching the sparkling river during the day instantly lifted my spirits, and at night, it was simply a visual feast. What impressed me most was the night view across the river. As dusk settled, the buildings on the opposite bank lit up magnificently. The dazzling lights reflected in the water, creating what looked like a flowing galaxy. The hotel service was also incredibly thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a peaceful sleep after enjoying the beautiful scenery. If you're looking for a unique romantic getaway or want to bring family and friends to see a spectacular light show, this place is absolutely the top choice. The next time I visit this city, I'll undoubtedly choose to stay here again!

I have to rave about the complimentary photoshoot service at Hyatt! I originally booked this hotel for its quality, but the photography experience far exceeded my expectations. The photographer really understood composition and captured the hotel's ambiance perfectly. Their service was excellent too, making the shoot relaxed and efficient. It's fantastic to enjoy a comfortable stay and get free professional photos – the value for money is incredible. I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip.

This hotel is located on an old street, offering a quiet night's rest away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The entire street is charming and pleasant for a stroll, with a variety of shops including dessert places, coffee shops, and handmade pottery stores. Parking is conveniently located 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel's overall design resembles a traditional garden, which is very interesting and creates a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped; my friends and I particularly loved the small, moisturizing soaps provided. While the room rates are reasonable, the breakfast is quite generous, and the small wontons are delicious. The staff are also very friendly and provide excellent service.

Staying within the scenic area was a brilliant choice. It allowed us to explore in the evenings and early mornings when there were fewer tourists. The guesthouse, which is uniformly managed by the scenic area, exceeded our expectations. It was clean and tidy, with all amenities thoughtfully provided (like disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers). The butler service was excellent; they contacted us via WeChat two days in advance, and after check-in, promptly and proactively sent us various information and even arranged exclusive activities. On the day of arrival, we joined the butler for a photoshoot in the rapeseed fields, and the next morning, we strolled through the ancient village with them, listening to stories of old houses. During both activities, the butlers were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. They paid special attention to elderly guests and those who loved taking photos, ensuring no one got left behind, and frequently reminded us about the slippery stone paths on rainy days. Other staff members at the guesthouse were also very proactive and pleasant. The only minor inconvenience was that the guesthouse rooms were quite spread out, making the walk to the breakfast restaurant a bit far.

The hotel environment is quite nice; it's a garden hotel, and you can stroll around its internal mini-park, which is very pleasant. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the staff are professional and patient, though they could smile a little more. The rooms are also very large and comfortable to stay in, and the hygiene is good. The facilities and equipment seem relatively new, probably because the hotel hasn't been open for long. Parking is very convenient with plenty of spaces; there are no parking fee barriers, you just drive straight into the hotel's parking lot.

Arrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet. The front desk was very accommodating and arranged for us to enjoy afternoon tea early at the tea bar. The room was amazing, a proper river and pavilion view room, which wasn't advertised when I booked, but the view was just as good, if not better, than some 'pavilion view' rooms at other hotels. The room layout was very well-designed, with a large bathroom window directly facing Bayi Bridge. The bathroom featured a four-piece setup with a spacious area and a bathtub. Housekeeping was friendly and responsive, and we received a complimentary fruit platter. The revolving restaurant offered great views and a rich breakfast buffet with both Chinese and Western options, available until 11 AM. Parking was ample. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Just two minor quibbles: first, no tissues were provided during afternoon tea on the first floor, and the tea was a bit cold. Second, at 8 PM, there was no one at the counter in the third-floor restaurant, and we had to search for staff to order food.

I was very satisfied with this booking. The hotel included cable car and entrance fees, and even gifted a traditional oil-paper umbrella and some local Huangling snacks. The service was excellent, and the location couldn't be better – right in the center of Tianjie, above KFC, offering fantastic views. The room's interior decoration was antique and charming. Although it's a renovated old house, the inside didn't feel dated at all; the reproduction antique furniture really highlighted the Huizhou cultural characteristics. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with modern fixtures. The only minor drawback was the TV, which felt quite old and was more of a decorative piece, lacking screen-casting capabilities. This didn't quite match the hotel's price point, and I hope they'll improve this. Overall, it was a wonderful and perfect stay. To truly experience Huangling, you really need to stay on the mountain to enjoy a unique perspective and beautiful scenery. Five-star rating!

The room was very clean and spacious, perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. It's located right next to a shopping district, with a subway entrance just downstairs, which is super convenient. For the price, it offers great value for money – couldn't ask for more. The front desk staff were also very welcoming.

We had an amazing time in this hotel it’s very close to the valley, but with traffic it can be a while. Fortunately, the owner had a very easy set up for us to make it. She checked us and told us to put her stuff down and to come down to that her driver could take us to the valley. It definitely took out part of the stress of trying to get there. We are very grateful. I would 100% suggest reaching out to her before showing up to coordinate transportation to the hotel. It’s easy, especially for foreigners who don’t understand the language and don’t want to get overcharged on the Didi app. She included breakfast with our booking and honestly, I can’t stop thinking about it. She’s so kind and generous. I wish I could communicate better to her. How grateful we were for her place and hospitality.
