Pet Friendly Hotels in Jilin, China

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!

The room facilities were complete and well-maintained, and everything was clean and hygienic. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is excellent, right on a commercial street with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even introduced some new items daily. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is tastefully decorated, with wall art that perfectly complements the overall design, clearly showing meticulous planning and execution. My room featured two very comfortable 1.2-meter beds. The bathroom, though compact, was spotless. The room also came equipped with an induction cooktop and a counter space, and the sofa in the living area was incredibly comfortable. From the balcony, you could enjoy the view, and the screened windows kept out any mosquitoes or bugs. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service with unlimited rides. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – truly the most abundant I've ever experienced at a hotel. Just a few steps from the hotel, you'll find Qingshan Restaurant, along with small convenience stores and a pharmacy. The scenic area is also conveniently located, just a 6-7 minute walk away. Generally good stay with good breakfast spread. Rooms comes with ski passes. But only one time hot spring entrance ticket despite the number of nights one is staying in. This means one entrance ticket to the hot spring even if you stay 10 days. There were some confusion with the checking in and some difficulties with us claiming the hot spring passes but was quickly sorted out. There are two buildings - Building 1 (which offers a much better view and is only a 50m walk to the ski slopes) and Building 2 (which is about 200m from the ski slopes). If you’re in Building 2, you may have to carry your ski gear a lot farther. We were accidentally placed in Building 2 but the staff promptly arranged for us to be transferred to Building 1. A special mention to a staff called Kitty who was extremely helpful and efficient. She attended to us even when it was late at night. In fact all the staff here are very helpful and friendly. A great experience all in all. Rooms are nice and clean. The view was amazing from our suite window as we can see the whole ski slopes

The hotel's environment is beautiful and its design is unique, making people feel relaxed and happy. The hotel staff were very attentive, and our requests were met in a timely manner, especially Song Ge and Zhang Yue at the front desk. Their high-quality service left a deep impression on us, as well as the hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment. , the breakfast quality is very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The children's playroom on the third floor is very clean, and the garbage in the trash can is collected in a timely manner. We stayed for more than an hour, and the staff even changed the garbage bags for us once, and gave them to the children. The children like to go there very much. The choice this time also added a lot of fun to our trip. We will choose an Ascott hotel next time. It feels comfortable.

Traveling solo, Yanji was my last stop. I booked this hotel kind of blindly, but from the moment I walked in, the staff, from the helpful young man to the pretty ladies at the front desk, were all incredibly warm and friendly. Seriously, who says northern girls aren't gentle? (Dispelling that myth!) After checking in, I was amazed by the palace-like structure when I opened the door to my room. And the room itself was huge! It was clean, and they paid great attention to detail. The toiletries even smelled like the ones I use at home; I actually checked the brand, and it really was the same! The bed was comfortable too. They didn't ask about extending my stay until 2 PM, unlike other hotels that rush you. This is truly the best hotel at this price point. I'll definitely choose this place again when I bring my parents next year.

First of all, the location is great, and the parking lot is right next to the Public Security Bureau, so it's very safe. It's also a short drive from the zoo and shopping mall we were going to. The staff was very welcoming, understanding my accommodation needs and providing slippers and toothbrushes for our child. The housekeeper even helped us move the bed and get a bed guard (many hotels don't have them, so this was a great touch). The hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with delicious millet porridge and good dishes.

I always choose this hotel for business trips. The transportation is convenient, the breakfast is good, and the overall environment is clean and tidy! There are also many restaurants and restaurants to choose from nearby. I will come again next time!

They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!
