We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. Thank you very much for your outstanding hospitality.

This hotel is almost perfect! The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The location is great, with direct access to K11. A lady from the front desk provided excellent service – she was beautiful and kind, truly radiant. They even surprised my child with a little gift for their birthday, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic and offered views of the Grand Theater. The buffet lunch is also highly recommended. All in all, everything was just wonderful! 👍

Our family weekend road trip led us to this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The attentive service and wonderful environment made the whole stay incredibly pleasant. I absolutely have to leave a glowing review, and a special shout-out goes to the front desk staff, Rosie. When we checked in, we had our elderly parents and children with us, plus a lot of luggage. We were a bit flustered as soon as we reached the front desk. Rosie immediately stood up, greeted us warmly, and proactively helped us with our bags. She even thoughtfully gave the kids a blind box keychain of a pony to keep them happy. Because we had our parents with us, we wanted a quiet, low-floor room. She patiently looked for and arranged a suitable room for us, maintaining a gentle and patient tone throughout. The check-in process was quick, and she carefully informed us about the elevator location, breakfast times, and even specifically pointed out suitable places nearby for our parents to take a stroll. Later, our child accidentally knocked over a water cup in the lobby. We were rushing to clean it up when Rosie saw us. She immediately brought tissues and a mop to help clean, reassuring us not to worry and repeatedly reminding the child to be careful not to slip. Another evening, when we returned from going out, we forgot to scan the hotel's parking voucher. She was the first to help us resolve it, without a hint of impatience, always with a smile. This meticulous service truly made our whole family feel so warm, and all the fatigue from our journey just melted away. Aside from Rosie's amazing service, all other aspects of the hotel were excellent. The parking lot was spacious and ample, making parking incredibly convenient; we didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all when driving. The lobby was spotlessly clean, with gleaming floors and fresh air. The overall environment was elegant and comfortable, making it a truly pleasant place to be. The room hygiene was exceptionally well done. The bedding was soft and tidy, with no stains on the sheets or duvet covers. Every corner of the bathroom was wiped spotless, showing incredible attention to detail in cleaning. The room amenities were complete, the toiletries were of high quality, and the towels and bath towels were clean and soft, making us feel completely at ease. The hotel's WiFi signal was super strong; streaming videos and working online were consistently smooth without any lag. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh options, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks. The taste was also excellent and could satisfy the different preferences of our family. The gym equipment was neatly arranged and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The swimming pool water was clear, and the environment was spacious and bright, perfect for leisure and fitness. This was an incredibly comfortable stay; from the service to the facilities, we couldn't find a single fault. This hotel will definitely be our first choice next time we're in the area. I sincerely recommend it to all travelers!

I got together with my friends and chose Hilton Huiting in Xingcheng. I was really surprised. First of all, the location is not far from the train station. It seems that it takes ten minutes to get there by car. The entrance lobby is full of warmth. The front desk staff warmly received, especially praise cuckoo, Very enthusiastic and patient to answer our questions, let us have a feeling of home, and recommended a delicious restaurant, after we went, we felt that we didn't step on thunder at all, the breakfast was rich, and there was coffee to drink, it was really at home, and I sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you so much.

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours. The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. See you again, Ascott, in the summer!

Coming from the Northeast, I chose Shenyang for the Dragon Boat Festival. For convenience, I decided to stay near Zhongjie Street. After considering several options, I picked this brand-new hotel, which supposedly just opened in mid-June. **Hotel Location (Image 1):** Excellent! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Imperial Palace and a 5-minute walk to Exit B2 of Zhongjie Subway Station. **Room Environment (Images 2-4):** The room is definitely at least 30 square meters. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. Besides the sink in the bathroom, there's another small basin in the room, along with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The coffee capsules are in the drawer. If you need any other amenities, you can refer to (Images 5-6). The bathroom is divided into three parts: the sink is in the middle, with the toilet and shower separated on either side, achieving a 'three-fixture separation' design. **Hotel Environment (Images 7-9):** The hotel lobby features a co-working area and a self-service beverage bar. The bar offers a variety of tea bags, including black tea, green tea, pu-erh tea, oolong tea, as well as various tea substitutes like lemon slices and different flavored syrups, so you can customize your drink to your taste. The hotel offers garden view and street view rooms. The garden view rooms have inner windows overlooking the hotel's indoor landscaped garden. The street view rooms face Zhongjie Street directly. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; despite facing Zhongjie Street and ongoing subway construction right outside, it's very quiet. The window effectively blocks out the hustle and bustle of the street, preserving a peaceful sanctuary for guests. **Breakfast:** Served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, it includes both local specialties like chicken noodle soup, 'dachazhou' (corn porridge), soy milk, and wontons, as well as Western options like bacon, bread, butter, and coffee. Since the hotel is newly opened, some rooms do have a slight new smell. The hotel offers solutions to address this, such as changing rooms or providing air purifiers. **Hotel Service:** The warmth and politeness of the lobby staff, along with the cleanliness of the mirrors, sinks, and floors in the room, indicate that this hotel maintains high service standards. Overall, it's pretty good. Oh, and the complimentary custom refrigerator magnet (Image 10) is quite interesting. I just wonder if it's only a special opening gift 🎁.

The room is clean and comfortable, and disposable towels, toiletries, and disposable slippers are provided. The price is relatively low on Ctrip, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The stay experience was good. The environment of the community is very good, there are many elderly people who come here for self-cultivation, and the residents are kind.

PPuluowangsiThe best choice for enjoying the sea view, there is a parking lot downstairs, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Breakfast, cooking and supermarket are all available downstairs. You can sit on the terrace and watch the fireworks show in the evening, which is very comfortable.

RRourou84I arrived in Benxi before the National Day holiday to visit the hotel. It seemed to be the off-season, as there were hardly any people there. It would probably be crowded in the summer to escape the heat. The evenings were a bit chilly and very quiet. I was woken up by roosters crowing in the morning, which had a unique charm. The courtyard is perfect for bringing a small dog, although the neighbor's dog, Wangcai, was a bit too enthusiastic, haha. I don't know if there's a problem with the water pressure in the room, but the water flow was extremely low; it took forever to fill a toothbrush cup.

PPhillippe-BThe triangular hut is very novel. It is fully equipped and clean. The only drawback is that the water in the bathroom is slow and water accumulates easily. The environment is very natural, there is a stream next to the room, and the water is very clear. The only drawback is that the park has not yet been completed, the price is a bit high, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. The service staff are very enthusiastic and kind. Although the breakfast is simple, it tastes good and is clean.

The room is large. The family room is suitable for a family trip. It has sufficient heating on snowy days. It also has a bathtub and is hygienic. Not bad, the equipment is very new, a little snowman is built outside, the children are happy. Overall, five-star praise.

RRos RidleyIt was pretty good overall, but the elevator experience wasn't great. There's a shopping mall next door, and the hotel uses a shared set of elevators with it. Sometimes the dedicated elevators are slow, and the shared ones are often very dirty. However, the in-suite facilities were quite nice and very spacious, though the TV was a bit old.
