The room was very comfortable and warm. Most importantly, and I can't stress this enough, you can bring pets! For families with small dogs like ours, I highly recommend this place. When I called to inquire, the staff mentioned a deposit, but we were pleasantly surprised when a front desk guy in winter didn't ask for it. It's not for any other reason than the trust they showed. Our dogs are like family to us, and we'll definitely be frequenting hotels that welcome them.

The front desk staff, Angel, had a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and efficient. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower had consistent and comfortable water pressure. The hotel also features a heated pool and a 24-hour gym, which I was very satisfied with. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shenyang.

The room was quite clean. There are seafood restaurants and barbecue shops within walking distance of the hotel. It's not far from the Yalu River Broken Bridge scenic area, and the night view of the Yalu River is quite nice. The hotel offers views of the Yalu River.

Driving back to Beijing from Dalian on the sixth day of the sixth day, in order to avoid the traffic jam of the seventh Beijing-Ha Expressway for too long, I chose this hotel for one night in Huludao. I exceeded expectations and was satisfied. The environment was quiet. I could see the sea in the distance. The breakfast was rich and energy was accumulated. Free coffee in reception hall is fully renewed

The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The bedding was clean, and the environment was very pleasant. Service efficiency was high, and they even gave out small Christmas Eve gifts, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was bountiful, featuring the unique Shenyang chicken rack. The location is also convenient, with direct access to Metro Line 2 right downstairs. Very satisfied, very satisfied, very satisfied!

The space is incredibly spacious, perfect for a family reunion. The service was very attentive, always on call. The breakfast had a great variety, offering good value for money. The room temperature was comfortable, and there was even a humidifier. The location is very close to Shenyang Railway Station, offering a glimpse into the city planning of yesteryear. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to experience the 9th-floor spa this time, but I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang. Cleanliness: Very good Facilities: Everything you could need is there, including a washing machine and kitchenware, which were very convenient. Service: Enthusiastic front desk staff, as well as friendly restaurant and housekeeping personnel. Environment: There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is very convenient.

After the Qingming Festival, I chose this hotel to stay. The price-performance ratio is very high! Facilities: Automated room settings, with Yibao mineral water Hygiene: A small detail is that there are disinfectant wipes in the bathroom, which is great for people with mysophobia👍🏻 Environment: The room is comfortable and the bedding is comfortable to sleep in Service: The front desk and the floor lady are very enthusiastic

Watermelon Hotel is absolutely fantastic! After one night, I extended my stay for another day. These past few days have been the coldest in Dalian this year; while it's not as freezing as Shenyang, it's still quite chilly. Staying in the warm rooms at Xigua (Watermelon) was incredibly comfortable. The heating was definitely five-star standard, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Since I get cold easily, the enthusiastic staff even provided an extra duvet for me to sleep with. The two rotating front desk gentlemen, the two ladies, and the housekeeping staff were all wonderful. Their service attitude was incredibly warm and caring, and they enthusiastically resolved any issues I had. Plus, both times, I was lucky enough to get my favorite quiet Room 510. 🍉 When I return to Dalian, I will definitely stay at Watermelon Hotel again. It's super awesome, so good!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was spacious and bright with a great view, and you could even see the ancient pagoda in the distance. On the first floor, there's free hanfu available for trying on, perfect for photo ops. Before check-in, a staff member called to ask about our arrival time and reserved a parking space. They also assigned us a room close to the parking based on our estimated arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions within a 3km radius. There's also free hanfu on the first floor for guests to try on and take pictures. Upon arrival, a parking attendant specifically helped us find a parking spot. Later that night, returning from the spa near midnight, the front desk arranged for the parking attendant to guide us to our car, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to both the parking attendant and the kind front desk lady on duty. Our room was very new and fully smart-enabled. We could control the curtains, lights, and TV with the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant. After connecting to the in-room Wi-Fi, we could scan a QR code on the TV screen to cast our devices, which was very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed. I used my Trip.com points to redeem complimentary fruit and a late check-out, and the hotel smoothly arranged both for us.
