Our room was upgraded to a high-floor city view, offering a spacious and bright feel the moment we stepped in. Room Amenities: The decor was modern and minimalist, with great attention to detail. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality. Service Quality: Housekeeping was very responsive; an extra set of pillows arrived within five minutes of our request. The turndown service was meticulous and even included a handwritten weather forecast card. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with delicious local specialties. Location: There's an airport shuttle right outside the hotel, and the surrounding area boasts numerous shopping centers and restaurants. It's also easy to get a taxi to tourist spots. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed stay.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

We were transiting in Golmud. The hotel we booked at first was not very good, so we changed to Hilton. We just looked at the reviews and decided. We thought there would be no star-level hotels in Haixi Prefecture, but the Hilton in Golmud exceeded my expectations. The lobby reception breakfast and guest rooms are all five-star standards, with full marks for details. It is also one of the few hotels with air conditioning. Takeout can be delivered to the door. There is free parking in the underground garage. The breakfast is great. The front desk lady is also very beautiful. The bathroom sanitary ware is also high-standard Duravit and Grohe. The water flow is large and the water pressure is stable, the hot water is sufficient, and there is no sewer smell. The bedding is also very good, the usual King Koil series is comfortable and easy to sleep, which relieves the fatigue of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

This hotel was absolutely perfect for me! The full smart home system was truly impressive. A simple voice command to 'Xiao Du' handled the lights and curtains effortlessly. Being able to control everything from the comfort of my bed without moving was a godsend for a lazy person like me – so incredibly convenient! When we checked in, the sky was perfectly clear, and the sunlight streaming through the window was incredibly pleasant. By evening, dark clouds suddenly gathered, and watching the clouds roll and unfold from our room offered a truly fantastic view – it felt like watching a live, epic celestial show unfold! The bathroom's wet and dry separation was exceptionally well done. The vanity was spotless, and showering never made the rest of the area wet, which was a huge plus. The friendly front desk staff also enthusiastically mentioned their e-sports rooms. Unfortunately, we were too exhausted from our journey to experience them this time. But I've secretly made a mental note to definitely try them out on our next visit – it sounds fantastic!

The room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the facilities are complete, but a bit old, the car is very convenient to park in the hotel courtyard, there are small restaurants and supermarkets around, the bedding is excellent, the night is quiet, and the pet is very friendly.

The best value hotel of this trip!!! I didn't know much about Golog and Maqin, so I booked this pet-friendly hotel without much thought. Parking was convenient. They provided welcome fruit and a free late-night snack (although we didn't eat it because we were too full from dinner). The bedroom was huge, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and there was a bathtub with disposable bath bags. The decor was beautiful, and the lighting was amazing. All the slippers, tissues, and cups were much better than other guesthouses and hotels; even the plastic slippers were sterilized and packaged. There's also a restaurant where you can order food, including snacks, desserts, and main courses, and the food was quite good. The first floor has many postcards, handicrafts, etc., all worth checking out.

In addition to the long waiting time for the room on the 29th floor, the stairwell on the first floor has a smell of urine. The hotel and the room are fine, simple log style, especially the mattress is zero pressure, very comfortable, the boss is very good, cost-effective. Unfortunately, Xining's room is not air-conditioned, and I wake up at night ╮ (╯▽╰) ╭

The hotel service is first-rate. The hotel helped us to make an appointment for the pick-up service in advance. It departed at 9:15 in the morning. At 9 o'clock, the eldest brother was waiting at the hotel entrance. The room was clean, the lobby was bright and the breakfast was very good. All the staff of the hotel are very warm, it is a four-star hotel, I highly recommend everyone to stay
