A great hotel with excellent service! Shandong hospitality at its best. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone was incredibly polite. They helped with my luggage and guided me to my room. The room itself had a lovely little courtyard, and the main courtyard was also beautiful. It's right by the city wall, so you can catch the gate opening and closing ceremonies in the morning and evening. The room had a smart toilet and a projector, which was a nice touch. I only stayed for one night, but it was a very comfortable experience.

Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang.

5 out of 5 stars? I'd give it 100! This was my first time ever getting upgraded to the Presidential Suite. When we first arrived, there was a wedding reception in the adjacent ballroom, and it was as noisy as a marketplace. I thought, 'Oh no, this is going to be terrible.' But then we got to the lobby on the 26th floor, which was surprisingly quiet. And guess what? Ms. Tong at the front desk, knowing it was our first time in Yantai, specially upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! Oh my god! The room was enormous, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. Not only did it have a bathtub with a sea view, but it even had its own gym. The dinner at the Executive Lounge was incredibly delicious too, the salmon was so tender and melt-in-your-mouth. It was completely different from some of the online reviews. So, you really have to experience a hotel for yourself to know if it's good or not!

I've stayed in hotels for twenty or thirty years, and this is the first time it felt so much like home. Bringing the whole family to the hotel was exhausting, and I thought check-in would be complicated, but it wasn't. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and patient, even giving us little gifts and fruit. As soon as we entered, the greeter on the right was fantastic; seeing I had elderly folks and kids, he immediately took our luggage, brought it directly to our room, adjusted all the equipment, and then left. I was going to tip him, but a cleaning lady came in to get something, and he just turned and left, so I felt awkward. The next day, we were climbing Mount Tai, and halfway up, I suddenly realized I'd lost my pair of 999 pure gold earrings. I called the hotel's customer service, half-heartedly asking if they found them to contact me, otherwise, no big deal. To my surprise, the hotel staff called in the afternoon saying they'd found them! Five or six staff members, all for a pair of not-so-valuable earrings, turned the entire room upside down multiple times, searching for hours. They found one in the bathroom and another under the bed. I am truly grateful. Although it's a small thing, it made me feel that the environment and human quality in Tai'an are truly exceptional. I usually dislike visiting Beijing and Shanghai the most, so I never expected the service quality at this hotel to be so good, and it's not because the earrings were less than a gram and not worth much. After descending the mountain in the afternoon, my legs were giving out, and I was in a hurry. My sister went to retrieve the car from the parking space, so I didn't even get a chance to properly thank these staff members. I can only express my gratitude through this review. You all worked hard, thank you! Thank you all so much for leaving me with such wonderful memories in Tai'an, making me want to come back again. Thank you, everyone, for your hard work! 🙏

Check-in was incredibly swift, taking less than three minutes. The room had been pre-ventilated, so the air was wonderfully fresh and felt immediately comfortable upon entry. They noticed we had quite a few belongings and thoughtfully provided extra hangers and bags. These small, thoughtful touches, anticipating guests' needs, truly elevated what would have been a simple stay into a wonderfully comfortable experience. A special shout-out to Jessie, the Front Desk Manager, for her exceptional service. Our overall stay was truly excellent.

The hotel offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a window, which was airy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with great attention to detail. It's perfect for business trips.
They also gave me a Taian-themed cultural and creative gift; the Mount Tai stone pendant was lovely.
The Zui Furong restaurant gifted a fruit platter, which was a nice touch.

The overall decor and layout are pretty standard for a Wanda or R&F hotel, and the location is fantastic, right next to Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping.
I do want to mention a small incident: When I checked in, my phone was dead, and the front desk asked for a deposit. I explained I couldn't pay it at that moment and asked if it could be waived, as many hotels nowadays don't require a deposit. I understand hotel procedures, but the front desk agent suggested I could just remove all the consumables from the room instead! Honestly, many hotels offer complimentary minibars, and often even if you drink something, they don't charge you for it. So, in all my years of staying in hotels, I've never encountered such a request! About an hour later, I went downstairs and paid the 500 deposit.
But what really made me want to bring this up in my review is that when I felt unwell in the early hours and wanted a carbonated drink, I opened the minibar only to find just two free bottles of water, despite a drink price list clearly being on the table! I was too tired and uncomfortable to specifically call for a drink to be brought to the room then. When I checked out, the front desk confirmed that rooms on the 27th floor don't have minibar drinks. Okay, so two points:
1. If I was intentionally placed on a floor without minibar drinks because I initially didn't pay a deposit, I find that practice very confusing and unsettling. And if that's the case, shouldn't they have restocked it after I paid the deposit?
2. If it was an unintentional arrangement, then why does the hotel have specific floors without minibars? Is that fair treatment?
This one issue really soured my experience, preventing me from giving a full five-star rating.

The layout of the room is more comfortable, the decoration style is very like, the details are a bit poor
Facing Dongchang Lake, it is more pleasant to bask in the sun and watch the lake;
The sanitary conditions are good, the facilities are relatively complete, and the owner is also enthusiastic
Love the breakfast form.
Let's start with the facilities. For this price, the hotel's amenities are absolutely on par with standard hotels in any city. It exceeded my expectations! The items provided were just right and very convenient. As for cleanliness, it was exceptionally clean. Regarding the service, everyone staying here is typically catching a flight the next day, and we were no exception, with an early morning flight. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport that can be tailored to your flight time, which is incredibly important and convenient.

XXiaoyudemaolfgI went back to Qingdao to visit my parents, and this hotel was relatively close to their house, but it was a bit hard to find. The navigation wasn't very helpful the first time I went, and I was quite confused, taking a while to find it. The hotel seems to have only been open a few years ago, as it was recently renovated. I hardly saw anyone at the front desk; I had to call them for everything. They didn't proactively come to my room after I checked in, and there was no room cleaning or tidying unless I specifically asked them to. Although the room was less than ten square meters, the facilities were fairly complete, it was clean and quiet, and the bedding was comfortable. However, the bathroom had a strong odor, which I suggest addressing. Also, there were no towels or bath towels, only disposable ones or you could bring your own. Checking out, you just leave your room key at the front desk; it felt like a self-service hotel.

FFanxingSTAR1Facilities: Basic amenities are complete, and there's heating.
Cleanliness: The bed linens are neat, and the bathroom is clean and odor-free.
Environment: It faces a residential building, which is nice, but transportation isn't very convenient.
Service: They offer pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is a competitive advantage for an airport hotel.

CCangkuhuaerThe room was great! I really liked the separate layout of the bathroom and the bed. The windows were also well-designed, providing good ventilation and making the room feel comfortable and clean. The staff service was excellent too. The young ladies were pretty, gentle, and generous – it was a pleasure to see them (and I'm a woman, haha!). The young men spoke softly, which was as calming as the sea here. All in all, I support dog-friendly hotels!
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, it is very convenient to travel for food, the interior decoration is simple and atmospheric, and the public areas are clean and elegant. The room was cleaned very meticulously, the sanitary condition was impeccable, the toiletries were complete, the hot water was stable, the air conditioning effect was good, except for the small room, the two beds were a bit crowded, the overall stay was warm and comfortable, and it was quite satisfactory.

There is light music at the front desk, which is very nice. AAnonymous UserThe views of Yuan Lake are fantastic, and you can even spot the high-speed train. My partner and I were very impressed with the Chinese restaurant's dishes. The 'Old Chef Cabbage' brought back childhood memories of home-cooked meals, and the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was quite authentic, though the batter was a bit thick. The sour radish and tripe dish was a great appetizer.
The only minor drawback was that during the May Day holiday, there were a lot of families with children. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the kids upstairs were running and jumping until past 10 PM. Plus, there was a persistent metallic noise coming from the ceiling.
WWuxingquetu261. **Service Experience**
I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Dai Shanshan. Her service was attentive and thorough throughout our stay. After we checked in, she proactively recommended itineraries, local eateries, and transportation options based on our plans. She was also incredibly responsive to all our questions. The hotel also provided complimentary fresh fruit, special Dragon Boat Festival gifts, and even thoughtful late-night snacks. The service far exceeded that of hotels in the same category, making for an excellent experience.
2. **Location**
The hotel is located in the heart of Qufu, right next to Ginza Mall, offering easy access to dining and shopping. It's only 1.3 kilometers from the Three Confucius Sites, just a few minutes by taxi, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
3. **Hotel Environment**
The overall decor follows a Confucian cultural theme, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the garden-style environment is serene and comfortable, ensuring a high quality of rest.
4. **Facilities**
The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the guest rooms are fully equipped with thoughtful details, maximizing comfort.
**Summary**
Considering its prime location, excellent facilities, and warm service, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend choosing it for your visit to Qufu.

GGuest UserLike the hotel room and service, I feel the grand strength of the hotel very much, the hotel is in a good location, I want to do everything very conveniently, it is a super hotel worth sharing with you. grateful.
KKayleighThe service here is amazing, and we were so pleasantly surprised by how generous and kind the staff were.We arrived a few hours early and the staff said that not only could we leave our suitcase and bags there, but they would take it up to our room for us. The woman with glasses (I’m sorry we didn’t ask for your name) was very attentive and also gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and restaurants. In the evening the staff provided free fruit to snack on, which was a very nice touch.
The room was a good size with a comfortable but firm tatami bed. The sheets and towels were clean, and room cleaning took place every day. The rooms are simple but great for what we needed. The staff said we could change our room if it wasn’t to our liking but we were very satisfied with what we had. At times other visitors were a bit noisy but that’s to be expected when travelling with children. There were no major disturbances and the environment was very good.
Overall I would really recommend this location! If we return to Qingdao we will definitely book this hotel again.
