This is the best hotel in Songpan, perfectly situated right next to the city walls. It boasts an excellent location while also being incredibly quiet. The hotel's interior environment is superb, and the room furnishings are fantastic. The toilet even thoughtfully includes a disposable seat cover, and the complimentary bottled water is the premium Nongfu Spring brand. Breakfast is also very good, especially the beef noodles, which are delicious. It's truly the most worthwhile hotel to stay at in Songpan. Plus, the hotel offers a thoughtful shuttle service, and the lovely concierge upgraded my room!

The environment and facilities are very good, the room is very large, everything is complete, very quiet, no noise, the only downside is that there is a problem with hygiene, the toilet seat is a bit dirty, and there is a used paper in the toilet, because it is late to the store, and I didn’t reflect this problem. Overall, it is still very good

The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel.

I promised the owner a good review, and here I am today! I absolutely love this place! Even though it's a guesthouse, you can feel the owner's dedication in every corner, offering service that rivals a five-star hotel. From the restaurant staff to the sweet old lady who was always smiling and accommodating our every request, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic. My child wasn't fully recovered from an illness this time, but I really wanted to go, so after much deliberation, we decided to make the trip. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and even provided an extra heater when we checked in! A tip: If possible, try to stay on the second floor or higher next time. The French windows in the rooms, combined with the mist outside, create a living ink wash painting! I'm already looking forward to my next visit! P.S. The location is superb, with distant views of Mount Emei's Golden Summit. The rooms are large with great views. The indoor and outdoor kids' playgrounds and swimming pools are fantastic, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities. The service is attentive, and the breakfast is unique. It's a perfect holiday spot for families with children!

Facilities: Good! Especially the washing area, where the washbasin, shower and toilet are separated into dry and wet areas, very convenient! There are many teahouses in the public area, as well as free coffee and juice. After a trip, you can sit in the lobby to rest and chat. Environment: The hotel is in a good location, on Dongpoli Water Street, across the street is the Binjiang Wetland Park, very beautiful Service: The staff was very friendly and gave us gifts.

This hotel is super close to Bifengxia Scenic Area, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is very new, with beautifully designed rooms and a full suite of smart facilities. It was a really comfortable stay. What really stood out was the excellent service; everyone was so warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich, and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Bifengxia. We'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Disposable bathtub liner/onsen liner/bath salts: Very comfortable. Light travel | Thoughtful travel service kit: The front desk service was excellent. Foodie map (one-stop shop for authentic local food without disappointment): The breakfast was delicious. Environment: The amenities are very comprehensive, the onsen pool is very comfortable, and the room is very spacious. It's very suitable for families with children, and we'll definitely come again next time. The Leshan experience was absolutely fantastic!

 Highly Recommended I would like to express my sincere appreciation for this hotel apartment.   First, the room itself exceeded my expectations. The entire apartment is exceptionally well-maintained, with hardly any dust in the living area or bedroom. The wardrobe is cleverly designed with multiple compartments, making it very practical for organising luggage. The bed is clean, and the mattress offers just the right balance of softness and support. For the first time in an unfamiliar place, I slept soundly through the night — largely because the room is completely silent, with no distracting noise at all. The in-unit washer and dryer were a game changer, allowing us to have fresh clothes every day.   Second, the location is superb. The surrounding area is filled with small local eateries serving delicious breakfast options such as youtiao (fried dough sticks), congee, soy milk, and vegetable-meat buns. There are also barbecue skewer shops and hotpot restaurants. Tao De Casserole is just a ten-minute walk away. Moreover, the hotel apartment is directly connected to a duty-free mall and several upscale restaurants, so we enjoyed a wide variety of cuisines within just a few days — incredibly convenient for families with children. After shopping on *******, a delivery robot would bring our items to the room in under 15 minutes; the speed was truly astonishing.   Finally, I must praise the staff. When a technician came to fix the TV remote, he put on shoe covers before entering — a level of hygiene awareness that surpassed what I have experienced in hotels in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Xi’an, Zhuhai, and Shenzhen. A special thank you to Tina at the front desk. She proactively helped us contact the Sichuan opera theatre across the street, arranged ticket booking, and secured excellent seats for Saturday’s performance. She also recommended local restaurants and reminded us to make reservations, which made dining out effortless. She always responded promptly on WeChat, making us feel truly cared for. The housekeeping ladies who brought extra bottled water and towels were all warm and smiling, leaving me with a deeply positive and unforgettable impression of the people of Chengdu.   In summary, this hotel apartment excels in room quality, location, and service. I cannot recommend it highly enough. 這間酒店公寓給了我很大的驚喜，值得給一個高度讚賞。 首先，要讚的是房間本身。酒店公寓保養得非常好，客廳和房間幾乎沒有灰塵，衣櫃間隔實用，格子多又方便整理行李。睡床乾淨舒適，床褥軟硬適中，一覺睡到天光，最難得的是房間完全沒有雜音，對於在陌生地方難以入睡的我來說，簡直是福音。加上廚房配備洗衣機和烘乾機，每日都可以清洗替換衣物，非常方便。 其次是地段。附近有大量小店，早餐選擇豐富，油條、粥、豆漿、菜肉包應有盡有，也有串燒和火鍋店。步行約十分鐘就到陶德砂鍋，而酒店公寓本身更連接免稅店和較高檔次的餐廳，短短幾天就嚐遍不同類型的美食。在美團購物後，機械人不到15分鐘就把貨品送上來，效率快得驚人。對於帶同小孩的家庭來說，實在超級方便。另外，酒店對面就是川劇劇場，位置一流。 最後，一定要讚職員的服務態度。維修電視遙控的同事上門前主動穿上鞋套，衛生意識比以往在杭州、上海、西安、珠海、深圳住過的酒店都要好。前台職員天娜更主動幫我聯繫川劇劇場、訂票、搶位，讓我在週六坐到一個極佳的位置欣賞表演。她又介紹附近美食，提醒我訂位，方便到多家餐館用膳。微信發問，總是迅速回覆，令我感覺被好好照顧。其他保潔阿姨送額外瓶裝水、毛巾時，個個態度友善、笑容可掬，讓我對成都人留下非常難忘而美好的印象。 總括而言，這間酒店公寓無論硬件、地段還是人情味都無可挑剔，我會極力推薦給其他人。

I came to Mianyang for a business trip and chose this chain Fanlatu hotel. The experience exceeded expectations. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are brand new, the air conditioning and WiFi are fast, and the office is completely fine. The hotel is located in the core area of Licheng District, the surrounding area is very convenient, and it takes 10 minutes to drive to Mianyang Station. Small snacks are also prepared in the room. The toilet is also smart with heating. For me who wakes up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet, it is really friendly. The bathroom is also separated from wet and dry. I can see that the hotel is very intimate. The price is very good in the same location. The hotel is very good, the price is very high, next time I come to Mianyang, I will stay here!
