One of the most satisfactory hotels in Xinjiang, the room is relatively large, the overall feeling is very transparent, and the hygiene is quite good.
The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable.
Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey.
There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great.
The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected.

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind! Since it was off-season, she helped us upgrade our room type, and we even got to see the sunrise in the morning. When we first arrived, the underfloor heating was already on. It was our first time staying in this fully transparent 'stargazing room,' and the kids were so excited and happy. We were really lucky to book this place. We had such a great time that we're planning to stay here again during the summer vacation – looking forward to it! However, there was one minor drawback: the lights turn off at midnight. If you want to see the starry sky, you'd have to wake the kids up in the middle of the night, haha, because we hadn't adjusted to the time difference yet.
Choosing this hotel was such a wise decision! As a tourist coming from a lower altitude, my biggest worry—altitude sickness—was perfectly solved. The oxygen concentrator in the room had a nebulizer function, so I could breathe oxygen anytime. A few minutes of oxygen in the middle of the night when I felt unwell was enough to make me feel better, giving me a huge sense of security. The hotel is very new, with stylish decor, clean and tidy rooms, and a well-planned layout. The large terrace was a huge plus; enjoying the high-altitude breeze and the view of the snow-capped mountains and golden grasslands was incredibly relaxing.
The service was incredibly heartwarming. A dedicated porter helped with our luggage, so we didn't have to suffer on the plateau. The front desk also helped us coordinate our itinerary, even proactively arranging transportation—very reliable. The food exceeded my expectations. The stir-fried yak meat we ordered at dinner was plentiful and delicious, and I still crave the yak dumplings at breakfast. The local specialties in the lobby were more affordable than outside, so I bought some snow chrysanthemums and dried fruit to take home. The hotel also has several popular photo spots with ethnic-style decorations. Staying in such a comfortable and thoughtful hotel in Tashkurgan truly doubled the happiness of my entire trip!
Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight.
The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. There's a large supermarket nearby, plenty of dining options, and the night market is just a short walk away. It's also very close to the observation tower. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff were very proactive in resolving it. They upgraded us to a better room for free and even gave us breakfast vouchers. The hotel breakfast was also very generous.
## Environment:
The location is great! It's not far from the ski resort, and there are tons of food options nearby, including a commercial area with lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is also excellent, offering a variety of free snacks, and the breakfast was especially good! We really enjoyed the food, which was a pleasant surprise! Since we were skiing, a good breakfast was super welcome!
## Service:
Overall, the service was fantastic. We shipped our ski bags ahead of time, which was very convenient, and there's even a shuttle bus to the ski resort in the morning! I absolutely loved that! They also offer airport drop-off; I'm not sure about pick-up, haha, feel like I missed out! 😂
## Facilities:
Very nice! It's a newly opened hotel, with smart features, and the decor is very comfortable. The equipment seems all good, as expected from a new hotel – everything is sparkling new.
## Hygiene:
Hygiene is something I really care about, so I'm happy to give this a high rating! It's much, much better than where I stayed on previous ski trips! The cleaning was also very prompt. We had a lot of takeout trash, and every time we left it outside the door, someone would collect it quickly, which was great! 👍🏿

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. For the price, it's absolutely the worst value for money.
**Facilities:** The facilities are pretty standard, nothing to write home about.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was appalling. I honestly didn't even dare to shower. The corners of the bathroom walls were yellowed. The toilet was leaking, and even after they changed the sheets, they were still dirty. There wasn't even a single word of apology. Right away, they blamed the laundry company. But isn't the laundry company one that *you* contracted?
**Service:** The front desk service was average, but the housekeeping service was incredibly poor. They didn't even offer an apology before immediately shifting blame to the laundry company. The sheets were so visibly dirty, and yet they wouldn't even offer to change my room.
To top it all off, the cleaning staff were arguing at the front desk when I checked out.

Check-in was super fast and efficient, with absolutely no waiting around. The professional and warm service made me feel really comfortable. The room assignment was perfect for my needs, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was incredibly practical. The whole environment was bright and clean, making me feel at ease the moment I walked in. During my stay, the hotel's service was also spot-on, with thoughtful greetings occasionally that made me feel very welcome. I also really liked the room's facilities and decor; the attention to detail truly showed the hotel's dedication. The hotel as a whole is filled with a rich exotic charm, from the decorations to the atmosphere, which really added to the experience. Plus, the location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. From the service to the environment and the location, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Urumqi!
The best hotel i’ve stayed in for my whole trip in Xin Jiang. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed, had an air humidifier too although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good. Most importantly the service here is excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. He guided us around and he also helped us book a ski instructor too as beginners and they provide free rides to the ski resort. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to book their next ski trip. Location is great not too far from anywhere, easy to get around, convenience stores are available nearby too. I will book this place again if I ever have the chance to come back.
My stay in Kashgar this time was excellent. The hotel honored my Diamond member benefits and upgraded our room. Even though it's one of Hilton's economy brands, the room and bedding were immaculately clean, as always. The breakfast was delicious and well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The gym, while having limited equipment, was very new and clean. The overall standard of this Home2Suites exceeded my expectations. A fantastic bonus was the coffee machine, complete with Nespresso capsules, which added a lot of convenience to our journey.

AAnonymous UserOverall, my experience was fantastic, but I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly warm and welcoming!
From the moment I walked in to check-in, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a big smile and a very friendly tone. She even helped me out with a few small requests, which really made me feel right at home.
Apart from that, the hotel's facilities and environment were excellent too. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit and will happily recommend it to my friends!
GGuest User【Exceptional Service! Staying in a fairytale campsite under the stars, a perfect experience!】
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away! 🔥 The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful—our butler asked about our itinerary in advance and kindly informed us that Panlong Ancient Road opens at 10 AM, saving us from rushing in the morning. My heart was truly touched! Knowing we wanted to wake up early for the sunrise, they prepared hot coffee and eggs before breakfast time. As someone who appreciates details, I was thrilled! 💯
The camp's environment was breathtakingly beautiful. Opening the tent revealed a sky full of stars ✨, and lying down to watch the Milky Way at night was incredibly romantic! The facilities were comparable to a five-star hotel: KingKoil mattresses, Hermès toiletries... It perfectly combined the raw beauty of glamping with ultimate comfort!
This 'campsite exterior + hotel soul' experience was truly unique, and I absolutely have to recommend it to everyone! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
QQuyezuhe-Geographic location: The hotel is located in the city center, commercial center, tourist attractions, etc. The hotel is located in a bustling commercial center, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, shopping and dining are very convenient.
- Transportation convenience: The hotel is close to the railway station and other transportation hubs, and public transportation is convenient nearby, making it very convenient to go to various attractions.
XXiao BaiWe were very pleasantly surprised by the stunning location and very modern style of this boutique B&B hotel! We received a first class welcome from the staff and a welcome tray, with refreshing herbal tea and snacks, that was served on the patio of our room with a stunning view of the adjacent river valley. So relaxing just sitting there in our room's deck chairs sipping tea!
The whole property felt brand new and very well appointed based on the vision of its architect owner.
The special chicken based hotpot dinner they served us in the restaurant was a feast of a meal for 2.
The room amenities included a hanging swing chair that was positioned to take advantage of the view out the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and valley beyond it. We didn't have a TV in the room but we did not miss it, after dark we both enjoyed relaxing reading the books we brought with us.
We enjoyed a personalized breakfast before having to leave early the next day, with regrets that we couldn't stay longer.
Highly recommend this modern but relaxing boutique hotel, especially if you have time to stay a few days.

GGuest UserElla is a conscientious and gracious host who has cultivated a warm and fun environment. I had a great experience sleeping in the comfortable dorm which was a very fair price by China standards as well. Facilities are new and clean. I slept well on a comfy bed in a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to the ancient city. Also you can take a taxi directly to her Homestay whereas in the ancient city you have to carry your bags at least a few hundred meters from taxi drop off. Ella was patient and answered all of my touristic questions while caring for the other guests too. Also she often prepares a potluck meal for a fair price. I met many interesting travellers here too so if you are looking for a good base to rest that meets your social and touristic needs as well Ella’s home is the place for you. Probably my favorite hostel in my month in China. Shame I have to leave. The private rooms look quite cozy as well
GGuest UserThe locations is nice, close to or in the grape valley, service is friendly, we stayed at the family room which is a duplex and had a good sleep. For the high price of 1.200 Yuan would have expected lights at entrance area of complex, more luxurious reception area (currently more Chinese boarding house style), bedside tables with lights, more than a basic breakfast.
It’s a nice place for 300-500 max, for 1200 you usually get a luxury resort and service in China.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, the bedding is clean, and the courtyard of the B&B is warm, romantic and full of vitality. Sitting in the courtyard, we can directly see the grassland and snow-capped mountains, and we also saw the beautiful sunset.
The breakfast at the B&B is simple, clean and nutritious. Reservations are available for lunch and dinner. We had delicious BBQ, grilled lamb chops, and the boss's cold-mixed dandelions, so we ordered two meals in one go!
The boss and his family are very nice, with a strong sense of service. The pick-up and drop-off at the scenic spot is timely, and they greet us warmly when we meet. It was a very happy and comfortable two-day stay. I sincerely recommend it!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to visit Keketuohai. I stayed at this B&B and it was clear from the interior design that the owner was very attentive! The atmosphere created by the colorful chandeliers is very warm, and the carpets and pillows with ethnic patterns are very local. When the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows open the curtains, you can see the snow-capped peaks and pure snow scenery. It is very beautiful🥹 It's like being in a painting. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also very convenient to go to the ski resort, which is very suitable for those who want to experience skiing! The living facilities are also complete. The boss entertained us very warmly. The experience is very good and the price is high. I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity~

PPockyBackpackThis hotel is truly surrounded by nature. There are walking paths and scenic viewpoints within the property, and the views are beautiful. However, during winter, it feels a bit quiet and almost deserted, as there are not many guests staying.
The service style is more upon request — staff will assist when called, but they do not proactively offer help. One thing I didn’t particularly like was that despite many rooms being available, we were assigned a room with a less impressive view.
That said, the room itself was in good condition, and the heating worked perfectly even in -20°C weather, which was very important and appreciated.
One major advantage of this hotel is the flexible cancellation policy — free cancellation is allowed on the day of arrival. This is especially helpful in winter when travel plans can change due to road conditions.
Breakfast was good and served directly to the room, which was convenient. Overall, the staff did nothing wrong, but the service mindset felt somewhat lacking in warmth or attentiveness.
EEdwinMy stay at New Dap Hostel was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful host, Tuang, and her assistant, Yong Yong. They were incredibly welcoming and made my visit exceptional.
The hostel itself is perfectly designed, offering plenty of spaces to socialize with other travelers or to find a quiet corner to relax or work. The location is also very convenient, with a great handmade noodle restaurant just 150m away and a convenience store right next door.
A highlight for me was the ”Journey to the West” tour (100¥), which I'm eager to experience again with my mother, as it was her favorite fairytale. The social atmosphere is great—I shared three bottles of wine with Franco from Italy, a self-proclaimed wine expert who was genuinely impressed by the local wine.
Don't forget to say hello to the friendly golden retriever and the mama cat with her kitten! I look forward to returning and highly recommend this hostel.
