Pet friendly Hotels in Goa, India

We got our hotel booked via Subba Sir directly. Initially we faced hiccups on the first day due to incorrect room allocation but the things improved drastically once Sunita Ma'am and Samita pitched in. The studio rooms are nice and spacious with a nice view from the balcony. The food is yummy. The staff is co-operative. Even though the property is old, it is well maintained. Swimming pool is awesome with a fancy shower best suited for pool parties. Hardly it is 200 mts from candolim beach and well placed near the taxi stand. Location wise it is very good.

Easy to get there by taxi from the airport. The hotel is on the first line! The rooms are very simple, the linens need to be updated. Beautiful sunsets. Book a room in the cottages (not in the main building). Breakfasts are normal. The staff is very friendly. If you go out to the beach and go right, then in 5 minutes behind the rocks there is the restaurant ”Black Horse” - delicious seafood at affordable prices. If you go out to the beach and go left, then in 10 minutes there is a modern restaurant with good music ”Tiki”. If you leave the hotel on the road and go right, then in 10 minutes there will be shops, a pharmacy, a fruit stand. Surfing lessons are taught on the beach, you can agree on training.

Originally, the room was not bright and some of the lighting was not available. However, there is no location condition problem. The staff was awesome.

Cavala is an oasis in this part of Goa, in particular, Baga beach area. We had one of the best Goan experiences while at this place and made lovely memories too! This was a work trip too so work-wise too, whether it was internet or quiet space - all was super great to be productive and be able to do what we do! Location is excellent - range of restaurants, shopping stores, groceries, etc all are within seconds or minutes of walking distance. Beach is barely 5 minutes walk. ”The most precious jewels are not made of stone” but are human beings often! STAFF - The Team Cavala - ensures we get the best of memorable experience, be it during check-in, or restaurant or pool or room service or elsewhere. Stellar support - always 24x7! Special gratitude to Madam Shabana, Monterio ji, Avinash Kosarkar (who is not only a golden team member at reception office but also a national level athlete), John (reception office), Mark, Raymond, Amit (restaurant), and EVERYONE of you who has touched our lives while we were there. The taxi recommendation from Cavala - of Mr Vidhadhar ji - is another hugely recommended one from us too. A *** is an encyclopaedia - and if the *** is truly Goan, then welcome to a whole new level of experience - Mr Vidhadhar - excellent driving competencies but also a rich history of Goa especially Baga Beach area breathes in him. An institution he is! Great food, great ambience, very well done rooms, solid housekeeping support all through. Strongly recommended

I stayed at Anjoned Hostels with my group of friends. We were group of 7 people and booked the dorm room. The room was neat & clean and equipped with the advanced amenities. You can also book private rooms also. The food provided in the in-house cafe at Anjoned was very delicious and affordable making is one of the best cafe in North Goa. The cultural tour organized by them was great. I will definitely book this hostel again on my next trip to Goa.

The stay at this property was amazing. Right from the check in process to the location to the rooms to sea view rooms and comfortable bed. Everything was beyond expectations and perfect! we booked a sea view wooden cottage room with balcony. The beach around is so clean. Beach view restaurant is an add on because you get to eat good food with great views! the staff is really prompt polite and helpful. One of the best hospitality experience in india!

Due to heavy rain on 7th night, rain water entered in my 1st floor room as the balcony was uncovered. My luggage were on the floor and water soaked into my suitcase and bag too making all our dresses wet. The caretaker mr kumar, helped me lot, shifted our room and tried a lot to dry our clothes with a drier. But even then a day, 08. 11. 23 was completely wasted as we were not left with any dry cloth to wear. But i am very happy with the behaviour and helping attitude of kumar. Secondly, i was given to understand by my relative in mumbai that there is complimentary breakfast with this accommodation although it is not mentioned on the booking information slip. The caretaker denied to have any such knowledge and said he has no order to serve breakfast free. As a result, i had to pay for breakfast that they served us. No thanks, done. That's all.
