Very good location, hotel near the beach. Shadow and bedroom included in the room cost. The staff of the reception is friendly and available. Inappropriate room and bathroom (the box was not closed, the refrigerator could not attach to the current because there was no suitable take, very small bathroom without bidet, the shower was not in position)

This is a newer hotel situated in a perfect location. The rooms are large, clean and modern. There is a bus stop across the street and a taxi stand next to the front entrance. It has a cafe attached to the building and a restaurant on the first floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful…I will definitely return!

Buon hotel, pulizia impeccabile, ottima colazione...un po' tardino il check in ( ore 14, poi anticipato alle 13)...rapporto qualità/prezzo buono...camera con vista mare deliziosa

Camera matrimoniale con materassi singoli scomodi,problemi con l'aria condizionata ,prese elettriche non funzionanti.

We were without a car and then this B&B is very far from the center. You come through a nice climbing road! There was only a bus line that way. Felisia was very friendly but a B&B shared with the residents is not our thing. The air-conditioning was not good. The fan did nothing and the room was tight. The bathroom was in the hall and is being modernized. Small shower cabin. No glasses to clean teeth. It smoked a bit strange in the bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable. It's a pity we didn't have coffee in the room, there were tea bags, the balcony was nice but very noisy, in short, loved people, but only interesting if they were in car.

The second time in this structure and the second time we were fully satisfied, the warm welcome, the abundant and timely breakfast, the room different from the previous, but also the brighter and warmer, Parking and location close a picture to say not perfect. Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità da uno staff attento e cordiale, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La camera era splendida: spaziosa, luminosa, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort. La Spa è incantevole: ambienti curati, atmosfera rilassante e trattamenti rigeneranti, un’esperienza sensoriale vivamente consigliata. Ottima anche la colazione: un trionfo di sapori e qualità! Dalle opzioni dolci alle proposte salate, tutto era fresco, vario e presentato con grande cura. Torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura, è raro trovare un equilibrio così perfetto tra eleganza, comfort e attenzione al cliente. Complimenti a tutto il team!

Rest in this hotel 5 nights with a family. The room is two-room but very small))) The second room is a two-story bed. Breakfast is normal as everywhere in Italy in 3 stars. From hot - make omlet or eggs. Located in the very center of town. To the lift on the car 10 minutes. Parking next to the hotel is free. In principle we liked everything, riding certainly not the Alps, but if it is lucky with snow and weather, it is quite. There are a few decent restaurants in the town. The hotel has a ski room and a dry one, we have dried all the ski clothes after the rain))))
