TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

PPanozzoI stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience.
The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea.
The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service.
A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
I will definitely be back!

GGuest UserWe stayed at Hotel San Desiderio for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel as if we were staying in our own home rather than a hotel. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated with photographs and paintings that give it a unique and artistic charm.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Hotel San Desiderio to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

The air conditioning doesn't work, so I have to open the window. The noise, shouting, and cars are very loud all day and night. Turn on the air conditioning and everything will be perfect!

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, and the room was lovely, but the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms as if they were in your own. No compensation was offered, and the 30€ per night for parking was only mentioned upon arrival. It's a shame because everything else was top-notch.

TTraciThis is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants. It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This has made our trip enjoyable and a delightful stay at Souvenir Hotel, although it take a little effort looking for it to begin with, but
what was there a very pleasant surprise. Good gentle service, well appointed rooms and garden facilities, at Monterross A Mare would be difficult to find.
