Pet Friendly Hotels in Sicily, Italy

The customer service is good. Because the pool in the room was leaking, the staff tried their best to make arrangements. Finally, we stayed in a sea view room, opposite Piazza Italia. The restaurant's cuttlefish noodles are delicious and the service is good. There is a problem with sound insulation in rooms close to the road

Pros: - location is a 5-minute walk from the railway station, from where buses go both to Palermo airport and to other cities - the street looks quite safe even in the evening, but it’s difficult to call it clean. The area is generally unattractive - it’s convenient to walk both to the center and towards the sea. There is a nice park nearby (Villa Giulia). On the way to it (on the side of the hotel), there is a good bar-pasticeria Bar Touring (cocktails, coffee, a large selection of cakes and pastries, ice cream) - the room was quite clean upon check-in (there was a room with an entrance from the patio). I saw photos from other reviews, in my case everything in the room was fine and in working order - a good, fairly powerful hairdryer in the bathroom - breakfast is not the most delicious and varied (boiled eggs, cheese, a couple of types of cold cuts, toast bread, jam, yogurt, croissants), but you won’t go hungry Minuses: - poor sound insulation (you can hear everything and everyone, especially from the patio). If you are a light sleeper and go to bed early or get up late, take earplugs with you - during 4 days of stay they never did cleaning or took out the trash - the room had a large table and 4 chairs, but there wasn’t even an electric kettle or cup to make tea - the staff at the reception is almost never on site, most of the time it is locked.

Though this hotel is rates 3-starl, it's huge and luxurious, and very near to Quattro Canti. My single room's windows faces the inner part of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of Palermo. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I found myself very good, very nice staff

It was very nice and the decoration and Furniture was very antique and nice. The rooms were nice and had clean sheets and Two TV’s. The bathroom as well was very clean and nice although there was no toothbrush holder. Besides the rooms the Hotel had amazing breakfast service and very clean nice courtyards and a Poll and Scuba diving, They also have a Spa and restaurant. An Overall amazing Hotel, The only downside was the location being far from the City but with horrible Traffic inside the city it was nice to be a little bit away from the city center.

Very satisfied. Very artistic. There are many attractions around. I found that it was too late to come to this hotel. It would be nice to live here as soon as I arrive. Next time I come to Sicily, I will stay at this hotel.

Struttura non rinnovata, pur in ottima posizione. Letti abbastanza scomodi, poca insonorizzazione riscaldamento poco funzionante. Lato peggiore la colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità e poco assortita.

The hotel has large rooms (at least ours were), halls and smaller stairs. There is a kind of common room/kitchen in every floor and a ”autonomous” bar with living in the latest floor. Girl at the reception very available. Health services with all the necessary, everything very clean. Negative sides: uncomfortable mattress, not completely open window, room faced on the road with rooms so a little noisy in the evening

The hotel liked it. The location next to the petrol station was not confused. According to Italian standards, a great variety of breakfast. Although the cruisans were not impressed, the choice and quality of the food was good. A delicious coffee. There were problems with wifi connection, but it was possible to solve it on its own (the staff on the respiratory could not help). SPA costs 20 euros in 50 minutes.
