This room type has been renovated from its previous version, and the price is directly proportional to the environment. Last time I came, a porter actively helped with my luggage from the airport shuttle and stored it upstairs. Now, there's no one, and I have to carry it up myself. The service isn't as good as my last visit, and they're quite stingy with the amenities. They only provide one set of skincare products each time, even for two people.
I stayed in a twin room with my child to support a tennis tournament.
The room was quite small, but it was clean and nice. The complimentary lunch box was delicious. The service was also polite! It's close to the tennis courts in Shirako and the sea, and there are many fashionable shops nearby, and a convenience store is just a short drive away!
I'll use it again.
I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station. There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient.
Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations.
The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.
It may be unavoidable because the price is low, but it's a shame because the hotel has very poor hospitality.
The image is of a casual person who came to stay at a relative's house.
⚫︎Room
As soon as I entered the room, water was leaking from the ceiling.
When I called the front desk, they said, ”I'll check,” instead of ”I'll change your room,” and an older man came in, humming, and asked, ”Where are you?” and ”Are you here to check on the front desk?”
About 35 minutes passed before I changed rooms.
When I entered the new room, it was obvious that the bed had been poorly made and the sheets were sticking out, and the comforter was sticking out of the sheets, and there were noticeable stains.
I noticed it right away, but the hotel staff just turned a blind eye.
I was disappointed to be lowered in rank, but
Since the time for the online meeting had already passed, I had no choice but to start preparing for the meeting immediately.
The batteries in the TV remote control were old and I had to reinsert them in order to use them.
There were no tissues... (hard paper napkins for some reason) which was inconvenient.
⚫︎Bath
There's a set of cosmetics on the 10th floor, but for some reason there aren't any on the 1st floor.
The door is broken and there is no sign of repair (I can feel the age of the poster)
⚫︎Rice
Floor staff have limited field of vision
I thought it would be a morning and evening buffet, but if it's a course meal, you should ask about allergies at check-in.
It's rude to react like it's a pain on the first day.
Day 2: It says plum chirimen rice, but I was served Yukari rice, so when I checked, I made some strange excuse, and by the time I finished eating, a dish I had forgotten called plum chirimen came out lol.
It was really unreasonable for me to become a complainer every time I checked because I had so many unpleasant things for two days in a row.
By the way, there is curry for breakfast, but for some reason there is no spoon (do people in Chiba eat it with chopsticks?)
⚫︎Front
Generally, I am slow to answer the phone.
After about 30 calls, I finally got it, and all I could say was ``Hello.''
⚫︎There are no coin laundry machines or cleaning services these days.
I didn't have enough clothes so I had no choice but to go shopping.
⚫︎As an apology, I was given a free drink at dinner on the first day...but that wasn't the case.
I was planning on bringing someone with me, but I'm glad I came alone.
I wanted to extend my stay, but it's not possible here.
⚫︎The good thing is that
The room facing the sea had a beautiful morning sun.
Also, there is a water server on each floor. that's all
The facilities were very clean and the front desk staff were kind and polite. The hot spring was also very easy to enter, spacious and clean. The hot spring on the first floor is a little difficult to get to, but once you get used to it it's fine.
The buffet food was also very good in both quality and quantity and was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the wide selection of seafood, including tuna sashimi and seared bonito.
The next time we stay in Boso, we would like to use Kamenoi again.
The trailer house was my first experience.
There was no inconvenience at all, but rather comfortable.
Not only for humans, but also for the amenities of the dog.
Because I couldn't get along with other dogs, my dog was also a very satisfying night at a private dock run.
I would like to use it again ♡
Loves the place and 2 to 3mins walking distance to a convenient store. The dome just beside the rail way track and drive will be convenient to move around.
It’s a good experience i like to stay there good service staff good
