Pet Friendly Hotels in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

Recently, I had a minor disagreement due to some less-than-ideal service, but the staff's handling of the full parking lot here was the epitome of kindness. If everyone were as accommodating as the folks here, this would definitely be my go-to hotel in Dongtan. I look forward to seeing you again frequently. Thank you so much! Wishing you good fortune.

It's pretty good and very convenient. There's a CU convenience store on the first floor, and I went there almost every night to buy a bunch of snacks. It's really friendly for business travelers; it's super easy to grab something to eat and drink after finishing work!

We had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.  The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too. We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room.  It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.  When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again. 이 부장님, 고맙습니다. 정말 잘 했어요. 😊

Turtle Island Hotel Cielo offers excellent value for money, including location and price. They also offer free breakfast on weekdays, which is nice. The rooftop pool is also warm and has a Jacuzzi-like heated pool, making it a great place to spend time with the family! Recommended for a short outing during the holiday season.

The bedroom and the living room are separated and connected by a passage. The living room was made of high ceilings, so the space was good. You can feel the forest. And the view of the mountains outside the window made me enjoy Gapyeong. It's really quiet The sound of the birds in the forest right next door was personally great. And especially from bedding, very clean facilities, satisfied. (Cleanliness 5 star hotel) admits. They're thoroughly disinfected with quarantine! After barbecue, I also watched Netflix YouTube.. The evening time was too short. There is also a karaoke cafe table tennis arcade in the supporting facilities, but I couldn't use it because I didn't have enough time at the hostel.. The pool kids pool adult pool is so nice, but I didn't use it because I was tired because I was missing it, but the atmosphere was good! Like a picture ^^ There is a sunbed and it's a good atmosphere to rest. If you are entering the room, please arrive early and enjoy the time at the hostel ~~ I entered the room with my sister after 5 o'clock, but I regretted coming earlier.

I was going to stay at Sono right next door, but it was already fully booked for that date, so I had no choice but to book here. It's a hotel in name only, but I think the front desk needs some improvement. I arrived a little after 5 o'clock on the day and was waiting for check-in, but a staff member who wasn't even wearing a uniform was walking around the front desk and didn't give any explanations and just kept yelling at me to wait. It's not like a flea market and it's so chaotic, and since it's so crowded, they didn't even explain to me to wait, let alone threaten me, but they kept yelling at me to wait in order because they knew everything and not cut in line!!! And there were a lot of customers at the front desk, and since it was a weekend afternoon, they should've come out earlier to help, but there was only one male staff member who was stubbornly handling things... Haa... .. I don't know if he's the real manager, but please improve the hotel service!! And it was way past check-in time, but since it has central heating and it takes a while for the room to heat up, you should have turned on the heating in advance or asked if you could turn it on when you checked in. When I checked in, the weather was close to 0 degrees, so the floor was as cold as ice, and when I asked the front desk, they only turned on the heating, and it took about 2 hours for it to warm up. I have land in Yangpyeong, so I don't have many options, so I come here and stay sometimes, but I hope you either change the name to ”hotel” or improve the service to match the level of a ”hotel”!!

Can be very good

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

I recently stayed at songtan number 25 hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the excellent quality of the linens. The view from my room was outstanding, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch and well-kept. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious selection of dishes, and the service was prompt and courteous. Overall, I highly recommend songtan number 25 for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
