We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It was also surprisingly spacious, which made it even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Found this gem of a place by accident. With many hotels increasing rates during the festive season I managed to book a room here for a price I thought was way below the average for a 3 room unit. Of course my expectations were not much BUT when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised - what I say a “bang for your buck” - it was near one of the busiest shopping complexes and close to highways which was a breeze until u hit town (obviously). My room even had a sea view. It’s tucked away outside the busy streets and to me it gave me the extra quietness and calm I needed after a long drive. I hit the pool and tried the gym - not a big gym but “it’s all there”. This is what I noticed : bus station and airport was in my opinion nearby (no more than a 20min grab ride) In short you can’t fault this property for the price you’re paying. I will be back! Tq for making the stay memorable.

The building has a beautiful heritage charm with a unique and artistic atmosphere that makes the visit memorable. The food and coffee were delicious, and everything was presented nicely. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The location is also perfect for exploring George Town. I would definitely recommend Kim Haus to anyone looking for a cozy place with great food, excellent service, and a distinctive ambiance. Looking forward to visiting again!

Unbeatable sea view! You can even watch the sunrise 🌄. With mountains behind and the sea in front, the environment is tranquil and serene, with different bird calls in the morning – very comfortable. The decor is cozy and I loved the sea-view balcony. The owner is also very thoughtful and gave many recommendations for nearby attractions. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and tidy. You'll need a taxi to get to Batu Ferringhi Beach. Highly recommended!

Traveling to Penang makes it more convenient and easy. The homestay is overall good 👍. Only the water heater in one room needs to be repaired.
