The room was incredibly clean with great attention to detail, and the design was very cozy. It was well-equipped, and the location made it easy to get around. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. I really felt well taken care of – the service and attention to detail were simply perfect! 💯

It was my first time to Semporna with my friends. After landing, we chose a forest resort homestay with a good reputation in the town and stayed there for two nights. Before checking in, the boss set up a group to communicate in advance about the pick-up, which made us feel particularly at ease~ The small wooden house we stayed in was clustered in the natural environment of the palm forest and I loved it. During the stay, the boss provided a lot of local tips. We went to the seafood market every night to buy seafood and returned home with a lot of seafood. I never thought that one day I would be full of two mantis shrimps. Sisters, if you live in the town, you can go for it and don’t step on thunder.

We booked the wrong flight and found Anaya on the spur of the moment. We were surprised by how clean and comfortable it was. The family room was huge and very comfortable. It's one of the better hotels in town. You can walk to the pier in two minutes. Good food is about a five-minute walk away. The location is great.

I highly recommend this beachfront hotel in Semporna! The location is amazing, directly facing the crystal-clear blue sea. Just open the window and you're greeted by the azure ocean and sky. Wake up to the gentle sound of the waves in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening – every frame is wallpaper-worthy, and every photo you take will be a masterpiece! 📸 The rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a spacious and airy layout. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the toiletries are complete and brand new. The hot water and air conditioning are excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's overall environment has a wonderful island vibe, surrounded by greenery and a gentle sea breeze – quiet, soothing, and perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. The service is also top-notch! The staff are warm, attentive, and gentle, always ready to help with any needs. They even thoughtfully arrange island hopping and snorkeling, making your trip incredibly hassle-free. Conveniently located downstairs, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, it's excellent value for money! Choosing this hotel for your Semporna vacation is definitely a safe bet. The experience was fantastic, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 🌊

i had problem during my check in process where they can't find my booking and the room was occupied by other visitors. i booked 4 months in advance but still they missed my book. and at first they cant help me out, and ask me to make a phone call to that trip.com. i was so disappointed at that time because is late at night, and i already paid for it in advance. But luckily one of the staff offered me to stay in another kind of room without any extra charges.

We had a perfect time at Eaglebay Retreat. It’s truly an undisturbed paradise. You have an entire house and hundreds of meters of coastline all to yourself. Every morning, you can wake up in the sunshine and decide whether to go snorkeling or just relax in the sun—you have the choice. The sunsets were always perfect, and experiencing them on a paddleboard is far better than being in a crowded place like KK. At the same time, the retreat offers a wide range of activities that are both rich and reasonably priced—paddleboarding, jet skiing, kayaking, and more, so you’ll never feel bored. During our stay, Arlyn and h is family provided us with everything we needed: they inflated our paddleboards, helped us arrange sea activities, climbed trees to pick coconuts for us, and prepared delicious meals. Whenever we needed them, they were always available, without intruding on our privacy. Their presence was always perfectly balanced. I would also like to thank Faizal, who did a lot of work before our arrival, and Jamri, the kind lady who helped us recover our lost Apple Pencil during our stay. She assisted in finding it, came up with several ways to return it (considering Eaglebay Retreat’s remote location), and finally delivered it to my friend personally, asking for nothing in return. Your kindness will be remembered. Yes, I think we would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will visit Eaglebay again in the future.

The location is in the center, everything is nearby. Quite clean. With registration, service without problems. But the room was without windows, very small, with a terrible smell of mold that did not disappear overnight. Hard beds, no interior, a window into the corridor where the light was on all night. Reminds me of a free hospital in remote regions. We slept very poorly. Breakfast is symbolic: noodles, eggs and tea, coffee. The next day we moved to a real comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and significantly cheaper.

Had an absolutely fantastic two-day, one-night stay! The owner was incredibly welcoming and the staff even helped us take photos and played in the water with us. The room was very clean, and lying on the hammock net, feeling the sea breeze, was just heavenly. There's also KTV every night, which was a huge bonus. We got to try paddleboarding and snorkeling – everything was amazing!

1️⃣地理位置距離碼頭差不多1.2km左右，走路20來分鐘，或者坐酒店班車過去都可以，但過去的路非常破，甚至沒有人行道，晚上有點危險。 2️⃣酒店位於一個院子裏，辦理入住以及酒店工作人員都在院裏，如果外面有人講話，室內基本沒有隔音會聽到，同樣室內講話室外路過也可以聽到，追求私隱和安靜的慎入 3️⃣房間內部非常簡陋，窗簾都沒有，衹有一個羅馬簾，廁所甚至沒有窗簾😰 如果住一樓的話晚上基本沒有私隱了，為啥窗簾都不捨得整一個，屬實難受 4️⃣晚上會很吵，會有各種蟲鳴鳥叫，然後摩託車經過的聲音，並且我住的房間外面一直有莫名的持續的機械嗡嗡聲，非常吵，然後凌晨四點旁邊還開始用大喇叭誦經禱告了，一晚上基本就是在各種噪音中度過，非常折磨😩 5️⃣早飯就是一個蛋一碗拌麪，吃完就可以去跳島了 總之這個價位不推薦入住，真的太吵太吵了，本身住酒店最重要的就是休息，而且房間沒有窗簾私隱性差，這邊經常下雨，一樓還會有水臭味和黴味，很一般的酒店，對不起這個價位，個人認為反正都是吵還不如住碼頭邊得了。
