GGuest UserBest place we’ve stayed in New Zealand!!! Very clean, nice view, amazing amenities and friendly host.
The best thing is they have a clean and good hot tub (nice view as well). We wake up with a super nice mountain view and the breakfast is amazing. The host is very nice and let us know about the activities we can do around Kaikoura!!

SShiniuniuThe location is easy to find, and parking is super convenient, right in front of the room. The room has a kitchen, which was very important for us as we like to cook our own meals. The owner is Chinese and speaks Mandarin, which was a huge plus. Overall, it was a great stay!

WWangjingsanshaoThe road from Wanaka to the West Coast is closed, and the car can take a detour. On the way through, I chose this high-rated motel. It was quite satisfactory and clean. Although it was on the edge of the main road, there was no car passing by at night. It was still quiet. There is no restaurant in the town, the cockroach can buy it from the supermarket to cook it himself, the kitchen has no exhaust fan, and the dishes have to open the window and open the door for ventilation.

The room is clean and has a heater. The town is not big, a few hundred meters away are restaurants, shops, and gas stations, but there are not many people.
