Overall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This hotel in Queenstown is quite good value for money, though it's incredibly tiny. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around, but considering the price, I can't really complain too much. It was fine for a one-night stay, relatively quiet, and generally decent. I understand the small space, but the bedside table could definitely be upgraded; it looks quite cheap. There's definitely room for improvement there, and it wouldn't be hard to fit a slightly larger cabinet in this space.

Kitchen supplies could be improved, because there was no dishwasher and no range hood installed for ventilation, plus there was a scary sign ordering travelers not to cook fragrant food. Travelers arrive from all over the world with different food habits, so not sure what's considered unacceptable to cook. The electric cooking stove was old and kind of broken. The windows have no screens so it was difficult to leave them open without insects crawling in and we got multiple mosquito bites. Room on the small side for families as there was no separation. We appreciated the free washing machine and dryer, and detergent cost NZ$2.

Cleanliness and facilities are average. The bathroom needs to be improved. There is a strong smell when I open the door. I need to open the door to let the air circulate to feel better. Other services and location are very satisfactory. There is a very beautiful beach nearby.
