Location is great. It’s near the airport, near the beach, many restaurants and convenience stores around. However the cleanliness of the hotel has so much more to improve. Pillowcases smelled used, so I had it replaced. The duvet cover also has some nasty smell. They do not clean daily. And when they do, they don’t replace towels. They are nice when I’m asking for assistance, but clean sheets and pillows should be a standard and I shouldn’t ask for it pa. Their pool on the third floor is not that safe for children, as some of the tiles are quite lifted up, and it could cause small cut if you’re not careful. But their infinity pool near the beach is great, it’s big and clean. However, water there is expensive, so bring some with you if you decide to go.

The hotel's location is good; there's a restaurant right next door where we ate every day, and the food was delicious. We had a big issue with the air conditioning. In our first room, it broke on the second day. We asked for it to be fixed, and they offered to move us to another room. It wasn't a quick change; we waited about 4 hours for the room swap, but I'm grateful they did it. However, in the new room, condensation was dripping from the AC unit above ours, and the constant dripping noise filled the room, making it hard to sleep. I suggest they install some kind of drip trays. Other than that, it was okay for a short stay.

We had a great stay at Seda Cebu while traveling with family. The hotel is definitely good value for money, especially with the free breakfast included. The rooms were comfortable, the location was convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Special thanks to Stephen and Camila from the front desk for their excellent service and warm hospitality. Also to Riza and Ana Amante from the breakfast service crew — they were very accommodating, attentive, and made our mornings even better. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Cebu!

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The service is also top-notch, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom is tiny, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and the breakfast selection is quite limited. If these issues were improved, it would easily be a five-star hotel.

While the standard rooms are pretty basic, the individual bungalows are fantastic. The natural surroundings are truly amazing. You get your own private beach, which is wide, white, and has incredibly fine, powdery sand. Right in front of the beach is a snorkeling area where you can spot many starfish. If you swim closer to the buoys, you'll find some coral and more fish. In a cluster of coral to the left, there's an anemone that's often home to a family of Nemo clownfish. Be careful though: on the right side, near the beach of the neighboring hotel, there are many sea urchins in the shallower areas. If you're snorkeling there, make sure to wear beach shoes. The sea faces south, so you can catch both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.

This hotel's service is the kind that ruins your day. I was asked for my room number three times. The first two times were fine, and the inquiries were at least polite. But once, when my child was playing in the pool, a male attendant came over and very sternly asked for my room number. His look and expression made me feel like he thought I was some outsider trying to sneak into their pool! It was incredibly offensive! To top it off, our child cut their toe in the pool. When I mentioned it to them that evening, there wasn't even a single 'sorry.' I initially thought about sending an email to complain, but then decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I definitely don't recommend this hotel! The food was also bad; even the butter at breakfast was some unfamiliar local Filipino brand.

The advantage is that it's very quiet. The downside is that it's quite out of the way; at night, you definitely need to take a tuk-tuk back to the hotel, you can't walk on your own.

Our Valentine’s stay at Citadines was truly memorable. The place had a warm, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for spending quality time together. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel at home right away. What stood out the most was the excellent service. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall ambiance was calm and romantic, exactly what we were looking for during Valentine’s. Thank you, Citadines, for a lovely and stress-free stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back.

Marco Polo Plaza, Cebu Review Here is a two-paragraph review that balances the atmosphere of the hotel with the quality of the service: We had a wonderful stay at the Marco Polo Plaza. The hotel offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the views from the Nivel Hills are absolutely stunning. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly professional and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the well-maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a fancy stay, this isn't it. But if you just need a place to sleep for a very cheap price, Aosmec CampHotel is definitely worth it. It’s perfect for solo travelers or backpackers who are only in Manila for a quick layover or a US Embassy appointment. The ”rooms” are actually indoor tents, which is a unique experience. Even though you're in a tent, the air conditioning in the main area is strong, so it stays cool enough to sleep comfortably. The location is the best part—you are right in the middle of everything, close to malls and transport. Just keep in mind that since it’s a shared space, it can get a bit noisy when other people move around or unzip their tents. If you bring earplugs and don’t mind sharing a bathroom, you really can’t beat the price. For a low-budget stay, it’s a solid 4/5 stars.

GGuest UserThe hotel name sounds fancy, but personally, I think it's more like a guesthouse or hostel. It's located in an alley off the main road leading to Alona Beach, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy, close access to the beach. I was really pleased with the great value for money and the simple, clean environment; the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious. The downsides are that you need to bring your own toiletries, the water pressure for showering isn't strong enough, and there was a brief power outage once that led to the water being cut off. Overall, it was still a pretty good stay! 😊

GGuest UserThe location is a bit remote, so be careful when you come out at night, but the store finds her relatives to drive back to pick us up. It is quite convenient. You can rent the store’s motorbike around the island, which is very fun. The hotel is close to the sea. In the morning, you can catch a lot of marine life. Breakfast is included. Although it is not delicious, the breakfast in the Philippines is not very good. It’s primitive and beautiful inside. We don’t want to go out anymore. Personally, I think it’s more beautiful than Alona’s beach. There are too many people there, so it’s not quiet here. However, the network is not good here, and the signal has to be better by the pool. There is also a small shop where you can buy snacks and drinks, and you can also have dinner here.

GGuest UserVery good location. Clean place, neat room and was well maintained. The only issue I had was that the sound proofing was not good enough. I could hear moving of the furnitures from other rooms, in my room, and people talking in the corridor. I also like that the elevator had labels for easier navigation around the place. The workplace is also nice and spacious.

CCayucosAn otherwise pleasant stay ruined by somewhat incompetent communication surrounding a private transfer booked through the hotel. For those booking a private transfer through the hotel it’s worth knowing the following: 1) this is a third party arrangement and as such whether it is “private” or not is at the discretion of the third party 2) In the event that a transfer is not private, the hotel does not appear to need or feel it necessary to inform you. This situation happened to me when leaving the island, having checked out early and being informed by reception which was my boat, I departed the island on said boat only to be made to turn around 90% into the journey as there was supposed to be another passenger. The hotel simply said this was the third party decision and whilst they were aware of it on the day, had not informed me (resulting in me traversing the stretch of water multiple times). All in all this was the cherry on an otherwise miscommunication-strewed cake (they never mentioned the private transfer had to be paid in cash, and they miscommunicated breakfast would start at 6:30 when in reality it is 7:30). On the plus side, the location is good for dive shops and the food was nice. However, I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to family or friends.

GGuest UserStayed at the hotel for three nights, the hotel is very new, although small but the facilities are very good, facing the beach and the sea (although it is black sand beach). Breakfast is delicious, if you don't have time to eat, you can ask the hotel to prepare a sandwich. I have eaten a few meals at the hotel, but it is more expensive than the outside, but it is recommended. The hotel also has a horse to kill the chicken, but there is no special room. It is made on the beach chair by the pool. The price is more expensive than the outside, but the experience is Not bad. The only bad thing is that the hotel location is cheaper. Come in and take a bad road. We were also found on Google Maps. It would be a bit painful to take the baggage. The hotel is 20 kilometers away from the city, it is more troublesome to go out, you can sit on the yellow bus is very cheap. It is recommended that people who like a quiet holiday come, otherwise it is better to live in the city. The chickens in the house next to the hotel like to call in the middle of the night. If the room is close, it will be a bit noisy.

KKuailededadadadabaibaicaiA great place to watch the sunset. The room was quite large but the facilities were sparse, not even a sofa. The waiters were friendly, except for one strong, female employee who had a bad attitude. Getting around wasn't particularly convenient; there were no cars at the door, and it was difficult to get a taxi online. Walking to Belfort would be better. The hotel restaurant was a good option for dining, and the food was delicious. There are many restaurants in the Modara Commercial Plaza in front, and there's also a Filipino restaurant next to Belfort. The environment is beautiful, and the beach is nice. Overall, except for that waiter, everything else matched the price.

GGuest UserHonest review for Northville Beach Resort 🌴✨ The place is really nice, clean, and beachfront, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The ambiance is calm and perfect for a family getaway, and the staff were very accommodating and kind. Just an honest feedback — the aircons in 3 rooms were not as cold as we expected, and the shower in 2 rooms was not functioning properly. But it was still manageable for us since there was a balde available and we’re not very picky. Overall, we still had a good stay and enjoyed our family vacation 🤍 Still a must-stay for us for a chill beach getaway 🌊 Also very near the port, which makes it very convenient. And there’s WiFi, which makes it very convenient. Thank you Northville .

JJulianDA lovely relaxed stay. Acacia is in a great location, away from Alona beach but only 10 mins on a bike. The public area has a small pool, and a place to cook, with a fridge. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. I would recommend Acacia highly.

ЛЛюдмила@We stayed for three days, I don't even know how to describe it correctly, the location is very beautiful, cozy! But the room, of course 🤔, no kettle, no glasses, dirty, one large towel, sockets did not work, no Wi-Fi in the room, in general, we finished our stay, although we initially thought to extend it, we definitely don't want to go back there(((
