We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The only concern I had was the shower bec it’s kinda low on pressure. Hindi maganda ang distribution ng tubig so you end up using the faucet underneath it instead. Staff was very accommodating and facilities looks clean too. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

Good value for the price. Room faced SouthWest so got quite warm in the afternoon. Breakfast that was included is decent but not outstanding. Good location if you are planning to use public transportation since IT Park is a hub.

Hotel had decent breakfast with good variety although very tight seating arrangement. We had the suite room and it had a comfy bed but lacked the hairdryer and safety box which was said to be in the room. Nice feature to have a washing machine, we somehow failed to make the drier work but clean cloth sat least. The bathroom. Gets pretty wet when taking a shower by spilled water. Average stay, had better hotels at this price range. Receptionist had kind reminder to take all belonging like wallet passport though! 👍

I stayed at this 4-star hotel and received 5-star quality service. I originally booked it after being disappointed by another 5-star property, and I’m so glad I decided to try something new in a central location. The staff are truly the best asset of this hotel — from the team on the ground floor, reception, to the dining and bar staff — everyone exceeded my expectations especially this gentleman at the bar, he is knowledgeable and made me and my friend awesome drinks! They are well-trained, professional, and always aim to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. I will definitely be coming back.

There are no pajamas, and while there's no hot water in the room, there are instant coffee packets and such. You'll need to go out into the hallway to get hot or cold water. There's no hairdryer or toothbrush in the room either, but you can get them at the reception if you ask. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, so I adjusted it to a lower setting myself. The water pressure in the shower was good enough; for a budget hotel abroad, I'd say it was satisfactory overall.

Surely it’s very nice 5 star hotel, but still one thing you need to consider before booking. The beach is sandy and zones nearby are quite comfortable to stay in and have a rest on the shore. But if you’re snorkeling fan - not a good option for you. On the photo you can see what happens on low tide. Surely you need to wear coral boots (mandatory!!!) and walk a long distance before reaching point where you can swim and snorkel. Still famous aero plane wreckage can be easily accessed and seen underwater. Coral bottom of the sea quite poor on this beach. But you can see a lot of different starfishes.

A lot of ants, sheets and quilts don't know how to dry. The environment of the entire yard is quite good. Little black service attitude is very good, 30 minutes walk from Alona Beach, there are some small stalls around, pizza barbecue and the like. Although the fan room was written, it is actually air-conditioned.

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Dusit Thani, For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose Dusit thank by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is because of the service given to us!
