It was a very clean and comfortable stay. There was a water server in front of the elevator, and it was very helpful to get cold water, hot water and carbonated water for free. It's eco and really good service, so I want you to introduce it at other hotels. You can stay with peace of mind in stable Hampton.

The front desk was very welcoming and the Romanian people were very warm and friendly. The room is large, well equipped, there is a bus downstairs, there is a supermarket next to it. very good

Professional staff members. Welcome you with smile and their breakfast is impeccable. I love it so much I’ll go stay there anytime I’m in Cluj. 🙌. I recommend signing up for their rewards to get 10% off foods and beverages. They have breakfast for champions and their restaurants food is good as well.

A little away from the city centre, very quiet area to rest and park. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a past. Recommended for your price quality.

This is a true 4 star hotel with excellent facilities and service. Parking plentiful on the grounds and underground. The breakfast has a great variety of food and drinks, the room spacious and clean, the bathroom spotless clean with plenty toiletries and a hair drier that worked without cutting off. Complimentary coffee daily available in the room and the reception area. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great accomodation, spacious room, warm shower and cosy bed. Coffee maker, extra pillows, mini-fridge, lots of storage. Thank you for accommodating us.

Liked most hotels this year The location is a bit vague. Breakfast is not a lot to eat but coffee is delicious Early check-in rate check-in India generous I love the view Many doctors visiting me ^^

Staying in Villa Hotel Escala during our 3-day trip to Cluj Napoca was undeniably great choice. The manager welcomed us very warmly and showed us around at first place. The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in.

The first time I stayed in that quilt was really bad. Cotton is a group, the second time I stayed, it was not bad.
