We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and for some reason, the maid didn't change the towels, just got them wet. Restricted access to the refrigerator: the cabinet door opens to one side and the refrigerator door opens to the other side. It turns out that this is a complete task, even though the weight of the refrigerator door only takes a few minutes. In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. In general, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the international standards of the Holiday Inn hotel chain, so it needs to be improved. Although it is considered one of the best in Samara.
