Kamala Beach
A Heavenly Retreat at Bell Pool Villa! Me and my besties recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bell Pool Villa, and I must say, it was an absolutely enchanting experience! From the moment we stepped foot on the property until the day of departure, every aspect of this luxurious villa exceeded my expectations. The villa itself was an epitome of beauty and comfort. The private pool, nestled amidst lush greenery, provided a tranquil oasis where we could unwind and relax. The villa's design was thoughtfully crafted, seamlessly blending traditional Thai elements with modern amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Bell Pool Villa truly made our stay unforgettable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their genuine smiles and gracious hospitality made us feel like cherished guests, and it's evident that they take immense pride in ensuring each visitor has a memorable stay. The dining experience was a delight as well. The on-site restaurant served delectable Thai cuisine that tantalized our taste buds with every bite. From authentic Pad Thai to sumptuous curries, the chefs mastered their craft, making dining at the villa an experience in itself. The location of the Bell Pool Villa is another highlight. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it offered the perfect sanctuary for relaxation, yet it was still conveniently close to local attractions and beautiful beaches. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant nightlife or simply soak in the sun on the sandy shores, everything was within easy reach. In conclusion, Bell Pool Villa is a true gem that offers a luxurious and serene escape from the outside world. The attention to detail, the warm hospitality, and the picturesque surroundings combine to create an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and bask in the lap of luxury, look no further than Bell Pool Villa. It's an experience you'll cherish forever!
Rawai Private Villas - Pools and Garden

The service is very good. We need to leave the hotel at 6 o'clock in the morning. After informing the lady at the front desk, we arranged for the staff to bring the deposit to check out at 5:40 that morning, so that we don't have to go to the front desk. It is very considerate. But it is better than the previous few days. The VIP hotel in Delavi is a bit older. There are not many people there at night.
Ibis Phuket Kata

Kata Beach
Ibis Kata is located nearby Kata beach. The hotel has been around for a while, providing many bedrooms and lots of activities. The hotel itself is abit dated. Reception always get busy. Swimming pool area and breakfast area is pretty decent. There's also a shuttle van from hotel to kata beach and back (5 times a day). Although it is walkable distance too (have to walk around club med area). The telephone in our room is not working during the stay though. And also one of the elevator is out of service during the time as well. Anything else is decent and quite good. The bar lobby area is good for mingle with friends and families. There is also a taxi service from hotel to the airport, you can simply book in advance with the reception team. It is 1000.00 Thai Baht. Special shout out to K. Rujiret (Asst. Front Office Manager) and the crew for being so friendly and going extra miles to help each customer's request.
Ibis Phuket Patong

Patong Beach
The best thing about this hotel is it's location and on-site massage station right by the pool. 10/10. The hotel is only a 5-min walk from the famous and beautiful Patong Beach and a 15-min walk from the famous ”Patong Beach Bangla Walking Street” & ”Jungceylon Malls.” Everything else was what one might expect from a 3-star budget-style hotel. So not to say it was anything bad, it met our expectations quite well. My only complaint is that the showers were a bit wonky/weird - if you were to spray water directly against the shower glass doors (which are also 2 doors that fold together), the water runs off the bottom and actually splashes the bathroom floor entirely, like a flood, getting the entire floor wet. So when you shower, you need to make sure the water doesn't directly spray the glass panels. Other than that, the hotel was quite decent! We enjoyed our 3-night stay!

Having not being able to travel to Asia for almost 2 years i was happy to take part of the ”Phuket Sandbox”. Lots of paperwork to do, but all in all it worked well. BOOKING. I booked direct with the hotel. I was offered a good price and they were answering all my questions fast and friendly. Also they were very helpful informing me about the rules and changes for the Sandbox. ARRIVAL The booked SHA Plus Transfer from the hotel worked well. Check in was fast and after a long flight i was just happy to get to my villa. ROOM/VILLA So spacious. I booked a 1 bedroom Villa, But became a villa with 2 bedrooms. Large and comfortable living Room with a fuly equipped kitchen and a large refrigirator and fridge. Well assorted minibar. Bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. I had a small issue with not having hot water but it was fixed immediatly. Large terrace with table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a swimming pool (6 x 3 Meter). Villa was clean and terrace/garden well maintained. SERVICE All the staff were sweet, kind and friendly and very attentive. The very friendly italian manager is always around FOOD Not many guests in the hotel so no full breakfast buffet, but you could order eggs any style. Some fruit, cereals, coffe and tea- One morning the manager asked me if i missed something for breakfast. I said maybe some muesli and yogurt. Well next morning it was there. Perfect. I had often dinner in the restaurant. Food was so tasty and well presented. And at very reasonable prices. They do serve both western and Thai food. AREA/SURROUNDINGS Paklok is not a typical tourist spot.It is a place where people are living. No beach, Not a shop or restaurant on every corner. But many possibilities to enjoy fantastic street food. Easy to get in touch with local people. Many supermarkets for all your daily needs. You do need a car or a Scooter/Motorbike. Nature around the hotel is stunning and beautiful. I rented a mototbike from the hotel and made many trips to beautiful locations in the area. I never missed the noise from Patong. ALL IN ALL If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious accomodation with good service and food i can highly recommand Boutique Resort. I also did enjoy the beauty of nature and the feeling of being in the real Thailand and not just in noisy tourist area.

The experiences I had during my stay at this hotel were absolutely horrible. I can say that it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I strongly advise other travelers who are considering staying here not to do so. First of all, I came here with my husband and 2 kids. Hotel is defenitely not hygenic for kids. The room seemed like it had not been cleaned at all. The bed sheets and pillowcases were stained, and there was dirt in the bathroom. When I entered the room, I was hit by an unpleasant smell. This clearly showed that the hotel's cleaning staff did a terrible job. Also one of the biggest disappointment was that the hotel was not as advertised on their website. The pictures of the hotel and the room were misleading, and the actual conditions were far from what was promised. The room was not clean, and the furnishings were worn out and outdated. It was clear that the hotel had not been properly maintained or renovated in a long time. This was a huge letdown and made my stay even more unpleasant. The hotel's amenities were also very limited. The hotel only provided one room key card per room, which was inconvenient if my partner and I needed to go out separately. I didn’t know that so i had to wait my husband untill he comes back to hotel at midnight. And also, I had to wake him up during the day severel times because I dont have any other key, because he sleeps until late an me and kids go in and out for breakfast, pool, etc. Aditionally, we left out hotel card in the room today and when we came back, it was not there. The room service probably took our card after we leave the room, when we came back they tried to charge us 300 baht for a new key! So please if you leave your personal belongings the room, please make sure that there is nothing precious left inside,it can be stolen any time! Furthermore, the hotel charged me an exorbitant 700 baht for one towel, claiming that it was dirty. This was a completely unreasonable and unfair charge! And they never proove you anything! They just say it and charge it without any proove… The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and kept cutting out. There was no restaurant on site, and I had to go out to find food every time. However, the biggest problem with the hotel was its customer service. The staff were uninterested and unhelpful. They didn't respond to my requests promptly and seemed to lack any hospitality training. This made me feel undervalued and uncomfortable during my stay. Overall, staying at this hotel was a terrible experience. Everything from customer service to cleanliness was extremely poor. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and think that anyone considering staying here should think twice. I am travelling all aroud the world and I never see something like this before! Remember, as travelers, we should be very careful about the quality of the places we stay in. Do not choose this hotel under any circumstances! Sincerely, Eylül

A very laid back place with beautiful, comfortable accommodation. The staff are fantastic. Friendly, helpful. Good location between the beaches with a great choice of dining choices in the doorstep. Very clean, with everything you need. The swimming pool is the best ever. Small, but perfectly formed.

You will always find reviews where people rate a hotel badly as it didn’t meet their expectations, this hotel is moderately priced and had a variety to suit all budgets - so if you want basic get a basic room, if you want lavish - get a suite! I stayed here for nearly 2 weeks in 2 different types of rooms. One was basic room only big superior - which for sleeping in and having the occasional bed day is great. Water pressure and bed were comfortable. AC worked good and it was clean. 2 water bottles daily. You could hear the music from Zag at 10.30pm each night which didn’t bother me at all- it simply reminded me that I had to go have a beer :-) The next room I stayed in was the Michelangelo suite- which was a step up - more spacious and some more updated decorations. I couldn’t hear the music as much in this room. It is also included in sauna, breakfast for this one. Rooms were as advertised and I was satisfied with what I paid for what I received - altogether rooms were clean and worth what I paid. Now onto the bar downstairs - great place to meet people as I’m not a sauna person - I had many great evenings of conversation with people from all over the place - prices reasonable - Mai works hard behind this bar and is always smiling- please tip them! Chart and Paul work hard to being all of these services together and it’s great to see that after covid they have been able to keep the dream alive and hold onto a venue that provides good quality where you see many places closed shop for good. The staff are very good with recommending things too so I leveraged off their advice. Massage across from the main entry is great too and a hairdresser across from blue dolphin massage is great too! Breakfast was awesome! As I was having dental soft food was a must and the team were very accommodating. Location is the best of this place - Otop is about 15 minutes walk and that’s strolling, Bangla is 5 minutes, beach is 10 but 5 if you go down beside the Tiger restaurant shortcut. I have to recommend this place as a place I will stay at again if I come back to Thailand/Phuket. Yes the indoor pool is closed, but in a city where the beach is a stroll away and outside- I would say it was not the best part of this hotel. The rooftop spa is a good quick spot to get wet if you need it anyway. Thanks to the Aquarius team for my stay I had a wonderful time at Aquarius - if you are looking to book this hotel and see a negative review - it would be because they were being unreasonable as there is always 2 sides to every story. This was mine - I will leave it there - book it - you will enjoy yourself - whether you want a chilled break or a busy one - this place offers all of it. Thanks again team !

- breakfast always same things every day, should have more choices - Housekeeping good cleaning But there is no check before leaving the room, such as tissues, bath soap, toilet paper, cotton bud, drinking water, etc. Because I have to asked for those things every day - staff not really friendly but some of them they do a good job - swimming pool a bit dirty a lot of garbage around. - my second day I was asked for iron but they said it not available have to wait till noon and next day I asked for that again so it the same answer I get have to wait 2-3 hours but I already inform them that I have a meeting have to go soon but … I’m your hotel have only one iron? I've stayed in a 5 star 4 star hotel a lot also worked in 5 stay hotel and cruise ship I knew about service standards so if you want to show up your place as a hotel I think your staff really need to have service training. I choose your hotel coz I think it’s a nice hotel beautiful and the room look nice but service not wow.

These days when we travel overseas, we need a place to stay that is like an ally or even a friend. Phuket Riviera was the ideal spot for us (family of three with baby) to arrive. Everyone that works there was super kind and helpful. Well before we arrived they helped us with all the requirements we needed. When we got there we arrived to a clean two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool in the perfect location. We know Phuket a bit as we have been many times and Nai Harn area is the best for families with the nicest beaches. This hotel also allows dogs if you got one. The room we had included a highchair and crib which was the icing on the cake. To give one example of how helpful they are, I left my charing cable in the room. When I called to ask, they sent it that date by post and did not even charge me for the post. We will be back!
