Their check in time was 4pm so that was inconvenient. Nice kitchen, but kettle not working. Not a bottle of water to drink for the price we paid. Bathroom and bedroom doors were punched in and broken. Quite disappointing. Personally, not my thing but we needed a place for one night.

As a regular guest of this hotel, I am very pleased with the service here. Stuff are always very helpful with the problems and wishes. Some rooms are not that great that's why I am giving 4 stars. But when I asked my room to be changed, they do as best as they can. Cleaning is very good. Location is very central to the city. Breakfast is adequate. Could be more fresh and tasty. But varieties are fine. Gym and spa are fine too. Best in its price range

The hotel is well located, there is the metro nearby and restaurants. The only concern the household woman who passes the aspirator at 8:00 this has weaked us But if not, it's all gone well.

I met in Tripadvisor and I can say that was the best hotel I've ever met. I was just looking for anything but where I could stay with my cat, but I found a clean and careful hotel with very nice, very nice and staffing staff who did his job rightly. I could even say I was happy to have this urgent need because I had been in Ankara for many years, but I was unsure about this hotel. Prices are suitable, room service is fast, minibar is diverse. They also offered the breakfast I ordered from room service. Everything was very nice, thank all the employees and businessmen.

I stayed in March June. Because of its very close proximity to the centre, I would certainly recommend the concept house, not in a good position as if you stay in your house. Thank you for your help and kindness to the lady Cemile, a multi-staff staff. I'm glad I'm staying.

The following are the real pictures and videos taken by me who stayed at the hotel on the same day. I stayed in room 306. Hotel location: Ankara's traffic is more convenient. It rained and snowed for 2 days in Ankara, and I didn't go out much. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, it was taken on the same day. Bedding and linen look at the picture. Disposable slippers are provided. Room facilities: hair dryer. Hotel decoration: look at the picture for yourself. Toilet: It is dry and wet separation. The water pressure is very high, that is, the drainage is not very good, and the water pressure can't keep up. Breakfast: Seeing the picture for yourself is self-service and can eat. Hotel service staff: I personally feel very service conscious and very willing during my stay. The picture of the hotel matches the picture of the actual room.
