This villa guesthouse is nestled in the heart of the old town, offering a peaceful retreat despite its central location. It's a convenient 5-minute walk to Hadrian's Gate, and the beach is also within walking distance. While breakfast isn't provided, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We parked our car on the small lane next to the guesthouse, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Finding the place by car was a bit tricky as it's on a narrow lane; we navigated to a nearby main road, walked to the guesthouse, and then a staff member guided us in with the car. But that wasn't a major issue at all.

We were very impressed with the interior of Pearly Hotel — clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The room was spotless and well maintained, with contemporary amenities that made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony, which is adjacent to the room. We really enjoyed sitting there with a cup of coffee while taking in the lovely beach view — a perfect way to relax. Breakfast was nice and fresh; however, it would be even better if some juice options were included, as this is usually standard in most hotels. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area. Overall, a clean, stylish, and comfortable hotel. We would definitely recommend staying here.

非常棒！在老城入口處，房間很舒適乾淨。最重要的是服務極好！性價比很高哦。 我們去的時候是冬季，遊客不多但是正好是橙子收穫的季節。酒店的院子裏有好多橙子樹，早上就可以摘兩顆讓餐廳來一杯新鮮又美味的鮮榨橙汁。 不管是餐廳還是前台，都讓你有賓至如歸的感覺。I want to send a special thanks to the waiter with curly hair and pair of glass working at the restaurant! Disappointed… booking with a view of the swimming pool, rather seen on a construction site. The first day the temperature rose to 43°C. We complained to say that it was extremely hot in the room and that the air conditioning did not work. We were told that this was normal because it was 43°C outside. In the photos, you might think that the sea is right next to the hotel; make no mistake, it is a 40-minute walk from the hotel! Avoid unless you want to be disappointed. Cleaning was not carried out during the 3 days we spent

the hotel didnt have internet i rooms and i think not safe for put your stuff....there wee two receptions. knew english . very nice helpfuland professional. I think there is a problem with the owner as nothing works there but people in eception were there 24 7 and very nice people

Facilities: Decent, relatively new. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Fairly attentive, but not overly enthusiastic. Breakfast was just okay. Environment: The surrounding area is a bit desolate, with nothing much to see or do, and not many restaurants.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, polite staff, English-speaking. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water was hot. Wi-Fi was also problem-free. There was only one outlet in the room.

Great hotel, very clean, perfect apartment with washing machine and fridge. 15min walk to the city centre and about 25-30 to the marina. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the lady who does the breakfast in the morning. I forgot her name but she was the best, top quality service at the breakfast from her. I'm going back to Antalya in few months, will definitely stay there again. 10/10.

Нам безумно понравилась атмосфера этого места! Мы жили в историческом здании, которое напоминало на настоящий замок. В номере была соответствующая мебель, всегда было чисто и уютно. Отдельно хочется отметить высокий уровень сервиса: постельное белье и полотенца меняли ежедневно, что было очень приятно. Завтраки подавали на потрясающей атмосферной веранде. Они были не огромным шведским столом, а очень душевными и вкусными. Настоящая турецкая классика: разнообразные сыры, оливки, овощи и зелень, фрукты и свежий хлеб. Все именно то, что мы так любим и хотели попробовать в Турции. Персонал на ресепшене был исключительно вежлив и внимателен. За день до отъезда мы попросили помочь вызвать такси, и нам не просто помогли, а все организовали быстро и без каких-либо проблем. Из небольших минусов, пожалуй, отметим, что наша комната была довольно маленькой для двоих человек с большим чемоданом. Но этот небольшой недостаток полностью перекрывается всеми достоинствами отеля, его невероятной атмосферой и уютом. Мы определенно рекомендуем этот отель тем, кто ценит колорит, уют и аутентичность, а не стандартные безликие сетевые гостиницы. Мы мечтаем вернуться сюда снова!
